Amazing service from Allen Rolocut! He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of while my car was in for service, he made sure I was updated on the progress and went to great lengths to make sure I had a loaner car for the time my car was in service. This type of service from Allen has been a constant for the past 10 years that I have owned Mini cars, he has looked out for me and has never been too busy to answer any questions I may have. It is this type of service that has lead me to purchasing another car from Mini, this will be my third! I feel like the level of customer service Allen has provided has raised the bar for any other employee at Mini of Baltimore County.
I took my Clubman to Towson mini recently because I had a leak in the boot. Allen Rolocut was exceptionally helpful in engaging my insurance company to get as much of the cost covered as possible. Without Allen, this repair could have been double-triple the cost to me. Additionally, he kept me updated the whole time my vehicle was in the shop and expedited when parts were needed (likely short due to covid).
I had a bad battery which needed jumping after work in the middle of the night. The next morning texted Allen Rolocut with my scheduling predicament. He told me he could get my battery replaced as quickly as possible and when I got there came through on his promise.Great service and helped me out greatly.Thanks again Allen

First time owner of a New to Me mini and it came with some challenges. Luckily, Allen Rolocut was my service advisor and it made for smooth sailing. He was there to answer all of my questions at the drop of the pin and kept me updated throughout the repair process. By far the kindest and most understanding car service agent I have ever worked. The service here was impeccable. From the time I called to schedule service to checking in to retrieving my vehicle, Allen was welcoming and friendly and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. I had another appointment during my service appointment and he even booked transportation to and from the appointment on my behalf. I drove over an hour to get to this service center and wasn’t familiar with the area so I very much appreciated his hospitality.
Wayne Luberecki was exceptional when it came to keeping me posted on the status of my 2012 Mini Cooper when it was delivered to the shop after an incident. He was prompt, friendly, and always updating with pictures, information as to damage, and answering all questions I had. Wonderful service advisor!!
MINI of Baltimore County (in Towson, MD) did a wonderful job diagnosing and resolving both evident and indistinct issues involving my 2011 Mini Cooper S. My Mini came to them from Delaware and they were able to isolate the problem very quickly without needing to contact the previous shop in order to retrace steps. This made for a seamless process to a successful outcome. Allen Rolocut was my consultant and kept me well informed with comprehensive details along the way. This gave me the reassurance that my car was in the right hands and confidence in their care.
My vehicle was to be service with in 1-2 hours it took over 6 hours I set an appointment over a week before the date and requested a loner vehicle, I called again the day before the service and asked again for a loner. I was told that I was out of the shuttle range to get me where I had to go and there was no vehicles to loan. I was poorly committed to about the time and services taking place on my vehicle. So I sat and waited at the dealership for 6 hours. Was never offered a ride or a car for the inconvenience nor was I offered lunch. I missed an entire days work just for a what was to be a simple. Service. At the end of it all the service desks only thing to say was “ at least you saved $1000 with your service warranty”This was the worst experience I’ve had at this location I expected some kind of apology or compensation and was given neither.
Allen Rolocut is truly the BEST service agent! Mini Cooper of Baltimore has old fashion customer service. Although they use todays technology, they have NOT forgotten the human touch. They treat you like an actual person and not a number or robot!! The drive is worth it!!
I am so pleased with my experience at Mini of Baltimore! Collin Fox was by far the most knowledgeable salesperson I have worked with. He was friendly, attentive, and respected our time. He listened to what I was looking for and provided all available options. We ended up leaving with the gorgeous clubman in the showroom.
Initially the experience was good; however, you need to be careful with what they are saying and fully understand what you are getting. Certified pre-owned beware of the fine print. You get more time but the date is not what you think and they are not clear about it. Extension is 12 months, but not from the time you buy it, from the original purchase date. Further, software updates cost you. They do not tell you, they are needed prior to end of the service contract ($250). Purchased the car just 11 months ago and already have a major repair - Engine Mount ($1,150) that is not covered because extension ran out 3 weeks ago.... REALLY.Sorry they should highlight to all buyers the exact date for the end of any service extensions. Most buyers would think it would be from day you are buying it not the original purchaser years ago. The assumption is Mini has fully services the vehicle and certified and you should not expect problems for 12 months.I would not recommend the dealership nor Collin Fox as a sales agent. CLEARER COMMUNICATIONS and follow up recommendations are needed.There was not even a little consideration given to work towards a reasonable resolution. On the flipside, in dealing with Annapolis Mini they were at least empathic and clearly communicated my options.

This is my first MINI and I had no history with the shop. Still, Allen treated me like a longtime customer. I trust and value his judgment. Ill not only stick with MINI of Baltimore County for service, but Im more likely to stick with the MINI brand because of Allen.
I was very hesitant to go to the Mini dealer because I did not want to “get fleeced” just to get my car fixed. I was very surprised & professionally reassured that was far from the case. Collin was great. He explained everything very well.My only complaint is whoever your cleanup person was needs to find something else to do! So far Im 3.5 hours into cleaning up their mess both inside and out. Whatever they sprayed both inside an outside including the wheels are a mess. They sprayed that stuff even on flat black trim and all over the interior especially the dash area. The wheels are the worst. I still have two more to do which will take me about 1.5 hours to finish!!!! Get rid of that person fast. This is my second Mini plus a BMW 335I hard top comfortable with the M package that I have purchased from BMW/MINI of Baltimore. The first Mini and the BMW went great.Collin offered to take it back and try to clean it himself. Very nice of him but thats not his job!!Regards,Howard Steven Smith

Called over to parts for a simply question and just spoke with the worst representative. Zero customer service skills after asking a couple very simply questions he made me feel as if wanting to spend money at this location wasnt the right choice. Mini Baltimore has been servicing my car for years. They are always friendly and prompt. The video inspections are a nice touch and they really go out of their way to explain what needs to happen and why.

This company was super nice to deal with but I did not buy a car. Here is why. The no haggle business model in a brick and mortar store makes no sense. They were charging $500 for document fees, literally these are $75 everywhere else. I went on Carvana later in the evening bought the same car at the same best price only I was able to choose more options and have it delivered to my door with better warranty. No haggle will be extinct with the rise of online retailers. Just saying, why waste your time going to this dealership that wont negotiate when you can get better options and door-to-door delivery. Think about it - my two cents after visiting the store.
I have owned 4 minis over the last 20 years. I loved each one as though they were a beloved pet or family member. It has always been a pleasure to get my vehicle services at Mini of Baltimore County working most often with Allen Rolocut. He knows me and more importantly my car well so I can count on him to suggest maintenance or to forestall it when unnecessary. I use hand controls to operate a vehicle. Alan is well aware of the challenges it is for me to find reliable substitutes when I need a loaner, so he goes out of his way to communicate clear expectations on the time required to repair my car so that I have minimum time without it. Ever since I bought my first Mini Cooper, I have been bringing my car to Mini of Baltimore County. The service staff are friendly and send you videos via text to show you any concerns of which you should be aware. Alan is consistently upfront and nice to all customers . All the staff make you feel comfortable and welcome. When my Mini recently came in and there was a surprise repair needed Alan made sure I had a lovely loaner car. Best customer care and Mini car care around.
I custom ordered my Mini Copper through this dealership and now am a happy owner of a new Mini. My entire experience was great and very different from other car dealers I used to deal with. It was actually a pleasant experience with no games played and the quote actually matched the final price. Great service all throughout the process. Allen Rolocut is reason Ill by my second mini cooper for Mini of Baltimore County. However, I dont need to buy a new Mini because he keeps my 2012 Mini Cooper (with 160,000 miles...) in top shape. When the time finally comes to purchase a new Mini, it will be from Mini of Baltimore County!
Alan in Service is always great to work with - happy with Mini of Baltimore - my current Mini is now my forth .I do wish that they would add the service of vacuuming the floor of the car inside along with the usual outside wash - it would be a Great Help and simple enough for them to do !
This was the easiest and most comfortable buying experience for a new car I have ever. They’re open and upfront trade in value was amazing and within $100 of Kelly blue book value. If you never consider a mini, think about it. It is a great car with a lot of pep and go.

I cannot even begin to shout out enough praise for the INCREDIBLE staff at MINI of Baltimore. I live an hour away and they have ALWAYS accommodated my vehicle needs when my Mini needs service. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and available are just a few character traits that come to mind. I am now on my third vehicle from them and I know it will not be my last!
Enjoyed making the purchase with everything explained to me as we went through the different repair coverages.
One of the issues I wanted them to look at was the trunk not latching. Although he recorded a video showing no issues, today I had the same issue after putting something in the trunk. Also I used my gps today for a trip and was puzzled why the directions were not coming through the radio. Not sure what they did, but my Bluetooth connection to my phone was lost. That could be a dangerous situation especially when not aware of the issue. Not a happy customer!

Would give 5 stars because issue was diagnosed and repaired but after the maintenance they obviously hadn’t done the “world class inspection” as claimed. Tire pressure light was on at pickup (was told it was just cycling through) when I got home put the tire pressure gauge on and it was in fact 10 psi below recommended level... makes me wonder if they had actually done the inspection.That being said they were very nice and communication was good throughout.
Very good experience. Jeff Testerman was a great salesman. Most paperwork was done prior to pickup. After a couple of signatures and payment, Jeff went over the car in detail and off I went.
Baltimore Mini Service is terrific. Allen helped clarify a brake problem, the technicians found an issue that could have become a larger issue later as well. Allens kindly assistance and helpful loaner were particularly appropriate to the situation. Its great to know I can depend on them!

Allen and Jeff have always provided me with the highest level of advice and service. Theyre friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable: Everything youd want in an advisor-mechanic team. And because of them I never worry about whether or not routine maintenance or any kind of repairs were done correctly. Theyre exceptional representatives of MINI of Baltimore County.
We took our sons car in to have an oil change and look at one of his tires. They recommended breaks because of the miles, but upon inspection let us know breaks were not needed and told us the tire was fine. They found a couple other house keeping issues that needed to be fixed though (belt replacement and a water pump replacement). The prices weren’t bad and the time to get it fixed was fast.
Servicing department is outstanding, the only place I will take my mini to get worked on!
Do not lease a car from Mini of Baltimore. They will find any reason to charge you extra upon turn in. Left dealership with understanding that nothing was owed. Got home and sales manager sent an email saying I owed them. Didn’t even have the nerve to call to explain. Then told me to call Mini. What?!? Never again. Update: since the reply from Mini was so far off, they were able to get the extra bill down to $170. Hope they are happy they lost a possible repeat client over $170.
My maintenance coordinator was very considerate and worked hard to make me feel appreciated and comfortable. However, it took more than twice as long as he indicated for routine maintenance on a car with only 9000 miles, even though i had an appointment.
Yoni continues to be amazing.Courteous, efficient and responsive, he makes the Mini experience as convenient and hassle free as possible.

Was it the best experience? No. I went in for an oil change and came out $1k poorer. But the issues found were valid so appreciate the thoroughness of their inspection and how quickly they worked to resolve. Allan and his team kept me up to date throughout the inspection with pics and video of what they found, got me in a loaner, and handled the discussions with the extended warranty provider. Work was done fast and done well and I am back on the road. As always, dealing with Allan was A+. Been driving cars for 34 years, and working in the automotive industry for 33, and some of the best service I have seen provided.

I describe my recent purchase of a MINI from. MINI of Baltimore County as totally outstanding! The amount and type of attention provided by Collin Fox (my motoring advisor) was perfect from my perspective - he provided prompt and accurate answers to all of my questions, did not push me for a decision before _I_ was ready to make it and has continued to provide outstanding support after the sale. I highly recommend MINI of Baltimore and Collin Fox!
We have had 2 minis over the last couple years and the cost of routine maintenance has been offset by the quality of service provided by Allen over that time period. We have always had everything explained when needed and his personal attention to detail continue to retain us as customers. In a perfect world we would rather have Allen working in a grimy little garage rather than in a place that had free snacks and loaner cars and routine oil changes that cost half my mortgage but such is life.
Ive had two recent experiences with Mini of Baltimore, specifically with Allen in Service. Both times my wife and I had to go through the service department, Allen was open, compassionate and consultative - Ive passed recommendations to other Mini owners I know, as well as those who own other vehicles as an example of how all customer service should be run. The Platinum Rule: Treat others better than you would want to be treated.
