I realize covid changed some things around but to stack a Tuna bagel melt just gets melted cheese and tuna on the bottom of the other half of my bagel. Computer ordering takes some of the personality from this wonderful establishment. The staff has always been top notch here yet now interaction is reduced.

Waited an hour, bagels were decent at best. Ordered at a kiosk that was somewhat annoying to use. Ordering two sandwiches and 13 bagels took easily 10 minutes on its own. And those sandwiches didnt even have the right ingredients. Told people to skip the wait on our way out.

THB never disappoints. We frequent the Towson location for breakfast and lunch. The food is always baked and prepared the day its served. Bagels, sandwiches and salads are so yummy. We definitely have favorites, but everything is delicious. We especially enjoy the Saturday morning crew with Sergio leading the way. Hes an active and involved manager who is always friendly and attentive. Three cheers for THB.

Stellar operation, I ordered the old bay Asiago bagel with bacon egg and cheese. It is super delicious, they have home fries but they are circular cut not the chunk cut kind just so you know, they were delicious!

Delicious!! Selections were great (we grabbed a bfast sandwich and a muffin) and they were pretty quick with the orders as well. Highly recommend if you need a really good to go option or if you have time, sit outside and enjoy your bagel! :)

Great service - lots of people actually work here and they are like a well-oiled machine! It was very busy on a Sunday morning. The food is very good and ordering from the kiosk was virtually painless.

Seriously, one the best places in town, so fast, and they are so busy - they just crank it out and get it right every time on top of being friendly, organized. The bagels and sandwiches are great for breakfast, lunch or even a work meeting. They seem to rarely run out of bagel flavors like most other places.

Was here with a couple of friends who I will be attending graduate school with. I ordered a Plain bagel with bacon, egg and cheese and it was the best bagel Ive ever had. Additionally, everything was clean, and the owners were incredibly kind! I will be back here and there throughout the semester.

The grilled chicken salads are huge and delicious. The store is clean with lots of spaces outside seating indoors and outside as well. There’s a plenty of parking directly across the street. The staff is fast professional friendly and patient. The sandwiches coffee drinks and smoothies are yummy too. They help you Have a great day. wish I could have thb everyday 😜

I bought a bakers dozen for fathers day and wow. Great selection, fantastically fresh and unique bagels. The spreads are also superb 👌. Fast and friendly service. I feel that for the quality its very reasonably priced too. Cant wait to try more of what they have.

Being a Jersey Guy I am really picky about my Bagels and Pizza. This place is very good. Great ownership and team members. Love the Uncle Gigi’s and you can’t go wrong w the Omlette or the Bacon Egg and Cheese on an Everything Bagel.

I experienced some unexpected issues with my bagel shipment, but was able to get in touch with customer support despite having trouble contacting them initially. They promptly gave me some options as to how I could move forward with my order (re-ship or refund) and assisted me quickly in resolving my problem in a courteous way.

Freshest bagels around town! Highly recommend their lox and cream cheese on a bagel. Sergio has the outdoor and indoor spaces clean, and he runs the business effectively. We always feel welcome there!!

Delicious food, good vibe, relaxing but far from boring, staff is mature fast and customer service oriented. prices are moderate. Very clean and neat. Ordering kiosks are clean and very user friendly. Plenty of shaded tables outside on the curbside.

Favorite place to get breakfast in Towson, bar none. Great service from friendly staff, great food, clean location. Their adaptability during the pandemic has been incredible and admirable! I love this place, and I am so glad that they are growing and opening other locations elsewhere!

The Owings Mills location very poorly communicates which bagels are available, and if you dont get there early, they will not have the bagel you like.

The Nova Balt bagel was STUFFED with toppings! It was very well worth the price. All the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Towson wouldnt be the same without THB.

I always love the meals I get from THB but I get very frustrated with their online ordering system. The estimated time is almost never accurate - typically the wait time is estimated for 20-25 minutes after the order but sometimes its ready in 5 minutes and by the time I get there I have a cold bagel. 🥲 For a while we just planned on the food being really early until one time it wasnt ready for the 20 minutes. Theres just no planning with pick up foods from THB! 😭

Did not understand computers. Not a tech savy person. Got yelled at and made to feel small.COVID and tech nonsense making people less human. You need to be hospitable if you are to be a retail space. There are others. Deaf people blind people and people with disabilities. You want their business? Try thinking about people instead of technology

Quality of food/ order not consistent. Under cooked bacon/ burned egg. I order the exact same sandwich the 3 times Ive visited and this location will find a way to disappoint. Ive visited the Columbia MD location several times and that location is much much better.

There is not a better bagel outside of New York city and THB bagels may still be better than a NYC bagel! The staff is also the best, they are small enough to still make you feel like youre walking into a hometown mom & pop business. I cant say enough good things about the bagels, the people and the business.

Got a bagel sandwich with provolone cheese and the cheese was basically inedible because it was so waxy. My girlfriend got the American cheese on her bagel sandwich and it was good so just avoid the provolone. The lattes they sell are just steamed milk and regular brewed coffee so unless you just want coffee and milk for $5.50 Id avoid that as well. Service was quick and easy though.

Bagels tasted pretty good,but my latte was terrible,with boiled milk and no foam, stuff need some training ( coffee is the same price as a breakfast bagel). Also I didnt like that after visiting this place my clothes smelled like kitchen all day .

It was okay. Very busy so it must be a popularspot. But I wouldnt go out of my way to go back. Kiosk ordering was nice.

THE BEST bagel/deli spot in upper Maryland. I recently started working in Towson and one of my employees recommended it as his favorite local spot. From breakfast to lunch THB gives you a great selection of quality food. From their sandwiches to their locally sourced coffee, this place has won a spot on my top favorite shops.

My favorite bagel sandwich, hands down. Always delicious. The sausage, egg, and pepper jack on an everything bagel sliced thin cant be beat.

Order delivered missing items after leaving a note in the special instructions “Please Don’t Forget _______ “. My order arrived without the one item in the order I specifically asked them not to forget. When called they say sorry, we’ll refund you for the item. But no chance in hell are you going to get the missing items delivered unless you place ANOTHER ORDER via Grubhub?! Food delivered was greasy, cold and not worth the price. I will never order again.

I pressed every number on the keypad over the phone to get in touch with a team member and I’ll it kept saying was “INVALID ENTRY”. On the voicemail you can barely understand what the guys say cause he barely speaks English. I’ve called 6 times to try and listen to what Number were supposed to press on the keypad. And I hit them all... including star, and pound. It shouldn’t be that hard to get someone on the phone. Make a voicemail with someone that speaks clean English cause that is just frustrating to try and translate.

My wife and I stopped here for breakfast after hearing about it from coworkers at Duckpin. We both went with everything bagels, which were fresh and delicious. Pictured is the lox and cream cheese bagel with all the toppings: capers, red onion, lettuce, and tomato.

This place is a great breakfast option with lots of nice sandwiches on the menu too! The purple bagels are also a nice touch on the weekends! Gets busy quick though so always try and order ahead.

Waiting an hour for an order for it to be cancelled 10 minutes before it’s delivery time. All for a notification that it was cancelled because of one menu item being unavailable. Frustrating.

Food was cold and SEVERELY UNDERCOOKED after specific instructions were to make the potatoes extremely well done. This was still 30 minutes after it was promised. They brought the food BACK out and it was STILL wrong! There were no apologies or urgency so I told them to keep it and I left --- even though I had already paid!

I placed an order for a dozen bagels in the store. Nothing else. No prepped sandwiches. Nothing. I waited 15 minutes in the store and then asked when I get my order. I was told I had to wait an additional 7 minutes because the needed to fill online orders first. I asked if they could get it to me sooner because I needed to make to my dr. appointment on time. I saw the manager go over to the cash register and sign in with his card to do something. Then they told me they canceled the order instead. Not the first time bad service at the Towson location. Good thing we have Uber bagels closeby

Nothing but love for THB. The best medicine for my college hangovers and still a great place to get a breakfast on-the-go in the real world.

Mold on my bagel and the manager refuses to rectify the situation. before i was able to show her the bagel she called me a liar. she wouldnt return my messages or calls. when i sent her the picture, i had to call her until she would answer. when she finally did, she didnt want to help me at all. horrible customer service and i hope this sways many people from ever returning. i pray nobody has become ill from their bagels. this is horrible.

It was great. Ive lived in the Baltimore area all my life but I never heard of this deli up until recently. Its one of the better places to do breakfast or lunch. Great customer service and a HUGE selection of great food options. And the location is perfect. I guess thats why its been here for over 20 years.

If I could give a zero to the timonium location I would. We ordered online for pick up and when we arrived at the designated time they told us they were an hour behind and we should back later or wait outside. When we returned an hour later the bagel sandwiches were mush and the smoothies were disgusting. We asked them to remake the smoothies but they said it would take an additional 30 minutes to remake the sandwiches. We ended up throwing them out. They was no acknowledgement or apologies for the delay or the inadequate products. Money wasted. We will not be coming back.

Everything here is great, but Id like to pay special attention to their tomatoes. they are perfect, add them to your breakfast sandwich

I love THB Towson! I usually order a breakfast sandwich of some sort or have lunch on occasion but no matter which meal of the day the food is always freshly made to order. Sergio is so welcoming and friendly, it is always a pleasure going back to THB for good food and service. Would recommend!

I ordered online and Everytime they miss something. This time I asked for grilled onions and got maybe a sliver of an onion. I also did not get my bagel with my omelette platter. They get busy and are popular because their food is good but they need to slow down so they don’t miss thingsSo I decided to give this place another chance .. still messed my order up. This time I did not get home fries, a fork, condiments or onions.

A Towson classic. Great bagels--they are chewy and light, exactly what you want. Their sandwiches are underrated, highly recommend this place for lunch too! The coffee is ~fine~ but not for snobs. It will however do the job if youre a hungover college student, aka this places main demographic on weekend mornings. I recommend going either early or after noon/one pm to avoid the rush.

The cheese steak was one of the worst Ive ever had, more lettuce than meat on the sub, bun was not toasted, no salt or pepper like requested. Would have given 1 star but I know the showoff and other bagels and bagel sandwiches are good. Would not rec any other menu items!

I’m over in Towson in the AM infrequently but always make time to grab coffee and a bagel at THB whenever I’m there. Going on six years, say five or six times a month and never once have I had anything to complain about. They simply just do breakfast bagel sandwiches exactly how I like ‘em. Staff is friendly and service usually is quick. Once in a while some company calls in a mega-order and it slows down service so it’s not a fast food joint. Plenty of booths and high tops. Good place to have a morning meeting until the Beltway traffic lightens up. 👍🏼

Customer service was through the roof the moment that I stepped in the establishment. Even as I waited for my food I noticed that they even took the time to learn a few people names. Ordering my food was a breeze.. when the lady at the front thought i was takinh to long she offered to assist me. The organization of the orders for pickup (no dinein) was amazing. They really know what they were doing. Wouldnt mind coming back everyday.

Ordered a sandwich that doesnt come with cheese because I dont eat cheese. I had it delivered and when I unwrapped it it had two layers of cheese completely melted. If a sandwich comes with cheese, it needs to say that! The picture didnt show cheese, the name didnt say cheese, and there was another option for the same sandwich that comes with cheese! Currently waiting on a response from the company and will update when I get one, but for now its 2 stars, only because my mom enjoyed hers.

I love this place. It’s not your fathers bagel shop! I come to thb often and GM SERGIO is constantly on the move making sure every customer is taken care of promptly and at 100% satisfaction. Hes a true asset to your company.

Our entire family loves THB. Ive been for both breakfast and lunch. Recently I ran in for my morning favorite- egg whites & turkey sausage on everything. Solid coffee too, but nothing too fancy. Lunch options are fantastic too. My wife loves the shrimp salad wrap or sandwich. I often will get whatever is on special, which they rotate often with decent deals. Place is clean, and there is seating inside and outside if the weather is nice. Give THB a try.

Great atmosphere here. The bagels are specially made to be a balance of chewy and but soft and flavorful. And they have an extensive menu from all types of egg and omelet dishes, sandwiches and more. Great for a breakfast or lunch. Fast service and good price.

This location is nice although it can be a bit wild on the weekends. My orders are accurate a majority of the time. The staff is very friendly and the management is very helpful. They also cater which is great for those who need it. Would definitely recommend!

This place is great. The food tastes fresh and delicious. I’m a huge fan of the bacon. The dining area is kept clean and there is plenty of seating both inside and outside. The coffee is great and there are plenty of coffee options. Overall, the quality of the food is worth the price.
