Awful service with a complete absence of care for customer satisfaction or addressing customer concerns. Without getting too into the weeds of my particular issue, Ive been trying for over 6 months to get Stanley Security to simply cancel the active security service a past resident (and stranger to me) installed on my home, which poses a risk to myself and my family, and ought to be a simple fix. I was kicked around various departments multiple times over, hours spent waiting, no follow up, false promises, departments do not effectively communicate with each other, difficult to reach managers or supervisors, managers and supervisors were rude, accusatory, decidedly unhelpful. After finally making some headway on my issue I received a voicemail this morning with Stanley asking to schedule a technician to come out and resolve my issue, only to return the call within ten minutes and be told by a manager in an about-face that nobody will be coming or assisting further, and basically to just pound sand, before hanging up on me. To my knowledge, after months spent trying and waiting and hours spent on the phone with various departments and attendants, a stranger still has an active security service on my house, and my only recourse was to physically cut the cord on the system. Steer clear of this company.
