Horrible customer service, nobody answers the phone! I received an email about an error with my large order. I called the ‘customer satisfaction line’ for two days early in the morning and hung up after waiting twenty minutes. A company should value their customers. I will never deal with Omaha Steaks again.

I have always found the staff extraordinary. I cant make as good of a pot roast as they sell. Wait for the $20 sale. Its just two pounds so youve enough for two meals for 2. Plus mashy potatoes!

April 19, 2018. I received a gift on Groupon for Omaha Spring Grilling Collection. It was a very nice gift from my girlfriend and probably a hint for me to cook her a nice meal !, but that went south real quick when I stopped in to pick up the package and I was informed that they did not have the 6oz filets. They offered to fill the order with smaller filets or sirloin....or I could come back. He told me that I didn’t call ahead. I told him that he could substitute with a better steak, not a cheaper one. I live 40 minutes away from the Towson Omaha Steak store in Bel Air and coming back is not convenient .....and since when do you have to call ahead to fill an order???? The word “Steak” is the name of the business. Save yourself time and trouble. Don’t bother with Omaha Steaks. I left empty handed. I don’t know if the product is any good, but I do know they don’t care about their customers or customer service. I am going to Wegmans they have great steak.

Went there at lunch hour 15 people standing in line 2 employees who was absolutely clueless! Didn’t have all the meats for the combos getting upset with customers for asking and slow as molasses!! A nightmarish experience we won’t be back!

Love their food. Sad that White Marsh store closed.
