If you are a woman - do not bother going there.I was going to order cabinet hardware, about $800 worth. I am the only customer in the store. Two guys at the counter.1st guy tells me to talk to the 2nd guy who proceeds to ignore me. I stand at the counter. No acknowledgement. 1st guy, who says he cant help me is looking at me. 2nd guy - no. In the next 15 minutes 4 men wander in one after another and are serviced. I walked out and will spend my $$ elsewhere. Telling them I am replacing all the kitchen hardware and redoing my kitchen with Kraft maid cabinetry, a total spend of about $15,000 - and they have no interest.

Brought my cabinet door in to get new hinges. Very helpful and knowledgeable!

I went into the store looking to buy a small piece of Wilsonart laminate to do a repair. There were two guys in there and neither one of them seem like they cared if they helped me or not. Really all they did is tell me what they couldnt do for me. To be fair I was there near closing time on a Friday (maybe 4ish) but still at least a little effort would have been appreciated. I did not end up buying anything there.

Wayne is friendly and knowledgeable regarding Kraftmaid cabinets. Also a local supplier for Festool products.
