Inside the mall. Normal sneaker heads, staff was indifferent to any questions- unless the sales commission is in question. So to recap, you will be ignored, unless you size a shoe to purchase.

My favorite shoe place

Last couple of times I brought shoes from Foot Locker I have through the website. I went last week to the actual store first time in awhile and decided to try on the couple of shoes I had my eyes on. Staff are helpful and attentive, left satisfied with the shoes I wanted.

I was at kids foot locker located in third floor of Towson mall on Saturday around lunch time. My mother and I were shopping for my daughter and the female staff named Ken(I am not sure this is her nickname or her real name because I asked a manager there and this is what I got) and she was helping me out to check out. I was paying with cash and put dollar bills and coins on the table. After I put all the money there on the table, Ken said it is better to put money ON MY HAND. She was very demeaning and the way she talked to me and my mother was very RUDE. I ended up returning the product I urchased tgere simply because I was dissatisfied with her rude attitude. It is very disturbing to me to see/deal with the employee there who is supposed to demonstrate hospitality and politeness. Totall disappointment and it wasnt worth buying anything there investing my money. I dont recommend this store as long as this employee named Ken is still working there.
