Tene’a and Jade helped me an my mom yesterday and they both are friendly and super helpful!! It was the best makeup shopping experience we’ve ever had an it definitely was because of their awesome customer service skills!!! Keep up the good work ladies!!!

The staff was very sweet to my make up obsessed daughter. One staff member even took the time to explain how they created their own make up look and show off products.

The girls in this store are super helpful! I was getting make up for my teenage daughter and some things I had no clue about. The girl who helped me was very nice in explaining the differences between certain things.

Absolutely amazing! Every time I enter the store I am always greeted with a smile. someone asking if they can help me but it’s not overbearing. If I say yes they help me, if I say no they keep moving and that’s what I love. My favorite is a lady named Jay she’s very knowledgeable, very personable and she makes my shopping experience very enjoyable.

Jade was absolutely amazing. She helped my mom and me find the perfect palette, and helped teach us how to use it. She went above and beyond and was so kind and friendly. She took the time to learn our names and remember them. I wish I was local so I could come back to her for all my makeup needs. I cannot say enough about how pleased we are and what an overall incredible experience we had!! I am in a better mood after our time in the store!

One star only because that’s the lowest. I had to return something to Sephora and to my surprise there’s a Morphe store directly across. I decided to check it out. The vibes in there were so unsettling but I continued to explore the store. No one greeted me the entire time I was there. A male Morphe employee in HEAVY makeup walked passed me, I spoke, “hello”. He scowled at me as of I took all his men! The to larger women in the store weren’t very nice either. I purchased a few things but I just wanted out of all that negativity. I was excited to see the store in such a convenient location but I’m certain Morphe wouldn’t approve how their customers were treated. I think I’ll stick to buying there products at Ulta or online. The company is great but they’re choices in employees is questionable.

Anything from Morphe is Orin it is top quart, topservive and prices❤️
