Best bubble tea shop Ive been to in Baltimore! We picked up drinks and desserts for a belated Mothers Day, and there was something for the whole family. Superb classic bubble tea and red bean drinks. The quality of tea is what sets it apart from the other places. 25% sugar was perfect for those of us who dont like sweet drinks. 🧋The cake and cream are very light. 🍰What a hidden gem in modest, little strip mall. Let me tell you this palace is definitely one to beat in the Baltimore County area for boba! The menu is definitely different but has some of the basics. For example my daughter got the coconut blended boba drink and I tried the fairy. We both loved ours. The price is slightly higher than some but its worth it since the drinks are crafted delicately!

I go to snow cloud pretty often and I love their drinks! Unlike a lot of boba places, they don’t try to kill you with sweetness or milk! Their drinks legitimately have REAL ingredients, rather than just a bunch of syrups and artificial sweeteners. I pretty much always get the cosmic dream drink and it is delicious!Another great benefit is their punch card. If you get like 8 drinks or something, you get a free one. I prefer this option over other boba shops rewards where you only get like 10% off or $1 off after spending soo much money on a drink.So for price, taste, ambience, and consistency, I give snow cloud a 5/5!

Very sweet staff! The desserts are adorable and reasonably priced. The tarot shaved ice cream was delicious, I’ll definitely be back.

In terms of decorating their desserts, Snow Clouds execution is masterful, and I would give it a 5 starts out of 5 in that regard. However, Ive been here 2-3 times now, and almost every single time Ive been disappointed with the flavor falling a bit flat. I have to knock two stars off for that. For example, Im a big fan of mango or taro flavored things, but there was hardly any flavor. I applaud that theyre trying to do something different with taro cake, mango mousse, custard shaped bunnies, and caramel tres leches cake. However, the only dessert I tried that I actually liked was the caramel tres leches cake.To be fair, I havent tried their boba or other interesting drinks. Those could be good for all I know. I will give them kudos that the shop is taking COVID safety precautions seriously from what I can tell: theres a giant shield wall, and all the employers I could see were wearing masks correctly.

Good prices (a little cheaper than chains for some things) great drinks. Had cappuccino milk tea and classic milk tea both great, large size $4. Great environment too, even a few games

This place is really cute inside and the staff were very nice and helpful. We asked them questions about the menu and they were able to answer back very well. They have a lot of items on their menu. They have milk teas,fruit teas, shaved ice and more. They have a good selection of sweets as well that range from $3-6. If you are familiar with Tous Les Jours around ellicott city than I feel like this place would be a good comparison to that. So if you live around here this place is a good second to that. The drinks are also a decent size and they are about $4 if I remember right. I didnt expect there to be fruit in it but there was which was a nice suprise!

I had a birthday cake (Tiramisu) from Snowcloud... It was so good, everyone loved the cake at the party... Also, their bubble tea is good.. they got lots of options to chose as per the flavour.

I usually stop by here when Im near the area visiting the dealership for service. This time I tried Taro and it was the best taro milk tea Ive ever had!! I have tried many from gong Cha, kung fu, ding tea, etc.

If i could give 10 stars i would!!! the service is incredible, the price is also super good and the boba and cakes are super tasty!!! i recommend this place!!!

I went in on a whim, and will definitely come back next chance I get. Stopped in earlier today because I was craving some bubble tea. Never tried these flavor combinations but they were good!It was also incredibly clean inside, although that wasn’t very shocking. Super cute inside, and once covid is over hopefully I’ll be able to come in and have a seat to enjoy the atmosphere

This little shop is adorable! We got thai milk tea and the cappucino milk tea and they are both AMAZING!! The cups are also super cute. Cant wait to come back!Edit: you know, this is THE BEST bubble tea weve ever had!

Phenomenal bubble tea! I got wintermelon/taro - which was really good! Not too sweet (which I dont like). Delicious! Good quantity and great price!

I got a classic milk tea and my brother got the coffee drink. Compared to larger boba chains, this place stands out. The flavor is more pronounced in the best way. They were quick and friendly. We also got a strawberry mousse that was delicious!

Good food/drink, a bit slow compared to other places nearby with similar menus. I would like to add that prices here are lower than anywhere else, without sacrificing the quality of the product.

I swear I’ve never had a better bubble tea in my life!!! I have been to many many places including the famous franchises. This place is clean, great service and the flavors are perfect! Not to mention the bubbles are cooked to perfection!!! Love it !!!!!!

I have been to almost every boba place around towson and snow cloud is definitely our favorite! the drinks are so affordable and you get such a great amount of the drink for the price! i’ve tried almost all of the drinks and some of the desserts and i’ve never been disappointed!

Absolutely delightful experience. My daughter and I have been on a hunt for the best bubble tea place in Towson and I think today we found it. The fruit teas were super fresh and delicious. We couldnt pick just one dessert so we got the caramel bunnies, tres leches cake, and mango mousse. Each one was as tasty as they were pretty. Staff was super friendly. We will 100% be back.

I got the “Hawaii Sunset”. It has a very pleasant taste of passion fruit and some other fun zesty flavors as it has slices of lime and orange. It also has a very nice burst of color from blueberries and strawberries. At the bottom, I asked for rainbow jelly which was actually red and white, but doesn’t matter to me, as it provided a very nice average jell-o chew to it. The fruit teas are worth every penny and the shaved ice cream I’ve seen on other customers plates looked delish!

Went here for the first time today. The inside was extremely clean, modern, and aesthetic. The menu is simple but they have lots of choices. The person working the counter and serving was extremely nice. Dessert display was so tidy and cute. My husband and I ordered milk teas and crepe cakes. The milk teas were delicious; the boba was perfectly cooked. We will definitely be returning a lot!Covid details -- counter is nearly completely enclosed with plastic sheeting for the safety of everyone. The menus are spread out on a table near the ordering window so theyre easy to read. The table also had hand sani and sani wipes. I felt very safe here.

The desserts look fantastic and the boba milk tea tastes really good! 11/10 would go again! :)
