This diner is much like the kind of diners that I prefer -fairly spacious seating, nice big tables, and that older feel of yesteryear. We are able to get seated immediately which is always nice. The wait staff was there right away and took our orders very efficiently. Food was quite good, and the serving I got up the chippy over toast was so huge that there was no way I could eat it all. I took some home and enjoyed half of a breakfast the following day from it. It was a pleasurable outing, and Ill definitely be going there again when I work in the Towson area.

I had a good experience at the diner. The server was very nice and attentive. I enjoyed the fish and chips. Someone else ordered the Reuben sandwich and was pleased, but wouldve liked less cheese.

Though crowded, the wait staff was excellent as was the food. I had a Monte Cristo on some of the thickest French toast Ive ever seen - delightful. My three dining companions felt similarly about their selections. Would recommend.

Nice server. My cheeseburger was delicious. Pleasantly surprised they had beer! Coffee freshly brewed. Friends dinner very good also. Eggs over easy with toast and bacon. Clean. Use distancing.

Stopped going a few years ago because of service and food was subpar. Decided to try it again and its worse. The only good thing was the waitress. Kitchen staff decided to go on break and not make our food. So we waited 45 minutes in a place that had 6 customers and food sucked. Skip this place and thank me later!

We had a great server, excellent food, as always, and I just want you to know, the housemade potato chips are the best Ive ever had.

The staff was all very friendly and sang Happy Birthday to my nephew and even provided a candle! Our waitress was awesome. Fast, friendly, tasty service!

Only reason a 1 star is the milkshake was good. We ordered online & Uber delivery was great. However, the bread was burnt on the club sandwich & monte cristo. mac & cheese salty. rice pudding good taste but runny, cake stale. The Diner had good food years ago, but had gone downhill. Thought wed try them again. Wont make that mistake again.

Great service! Hosts greeted me nicely at the door and brought me to a table quick and swiftly. I love the round tables in the corner. I loved the Reuben. My server Ben was great and attentive. I will be back! Great diner.

We had a lovely experience here. Plenty of variety on the menu. Our server was very good. And the food was delicious.

My food was okay the service was average and the whole time I was eating two waitresses all they did was talk talk talk which was very disturbing when I was trying to have a peaceful lunch. And they were loud. When I was done I had to get up and go to my waitress which is one of the people who was talking the whole time to get my bill so I could pay and leave the restaurant I dont know if Ill go back again for a while. I used to go there at least three times a month maybe four and lately the service has not been that great or the food.

We both had Greek Omelets with Hash Browns, Rye Toast and Coffee. All was excellent and the Service was Exemplary. Would highly recommend.

A good solid diner. We went for breakfast on the weekend and the diner was busy. Fast courtious service and breakfast was great. My wife had the French toast and it was some of the thickest Ive ever seen.

The crab cakes are HUGE! Softball sized huge. The Love Potion milkshake is to die for. Chocolate ice cream, Nutella, and strawberry syrup. It was so much food, half came home. Live in Cola, SC, came up for.my brothers wedding. If I lived closer this would be dangerous. Highly recommend! 10⭐s

Weve been coming here for years but apparently new owners took over. We sat at the table for 25 minutes and no one came over. When we asked for a waiter and they gave us water. We finally got a waiters attention and he said oh yes Ill be there and walked away. Five more minutes went by and then we left. And all along they kept seating people, but not serving them. Its very sad whats going on with the diner

First time visitor. I love Diners love the breakfast and quick service. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was table and condiments were sticky. It just needed a through cleaning. If I am in the area I will visit again.

Tasty food, friendly service, and always busy. The food was fresh and hot, everyone enjoyed their meal. Cant wait to get back and try something different. I had the chicken wings and fries. The fries are delicious.

The website mentioned being open 24 hrs, and google shows they close at 9pm, but when we arrived at 7:45pm we were abruptly told the kitchen closes at 8pm and unless we knew what we wanted we should find someplace else to go. I’ve never been spoken to like this at a place of business. It was so harsh. The hostess did tell us in a more delicate manner but the first person we spoke to here was nasty. The server was very attentive and fine, the food was okay but the individual who initially spoke to us when we walked in makes me never want to come here again.

I liked that we were seated as soon as walking in even when crowded. The food servings are huge, I didn’t eat everything. Food is kinda bland tho, i didn’t like that their isn’t a complete breakfast meal with eggs and meat included everything had to be selected as an add on. With all that said I’m still happy to support a local business.

And honest to goodness greek dinner! The servings were plentiful, tasted fantastic and the server did a wonderful job. The facilities were needing clean and all COVID precautions were being followed.

This was the first time in years that we stopped at the Towson Diner; boy we missed it! The food, after all this time, is still fantastic! The best Eggs Benedict in all of Baltimore. Friendly fast service that never lets your coffee get cold. I hope it won’t be years before we get back there.

I havent been to this place in years! I was very pleased with my club sandwich, and the waitstaff (Hannah) was very attentive. Ill definitely be back. Reserving a five star rating for after my next visit.

Have loved this place for years and have had great experiences there in the past. But disappointed to see that they are no longer a true diner as they dont even open until 7:00 a.m.? Called them at 5:00 a.m. and saw that they were closed, very disappointing :(

Stood around a while, open seating and no line. 4 seperate employees chose not to interact with me despite my growing/continued efforts to open dialogue and be seated.. Immediate eye contact avoiding, refusal to return basic civil greetings. No one ever offered to seat me. I eventually looked to the woman behind the counter eho was doing her best not to speak a word back to me and said four employees wont even greet me or be pleasant. I must be in the wrong place and I left to walk to tge next open food establishment while my cars bding repaired acrods the street.

Everything you could want from a classic diner. Great hours, breakfast all day and a superb atmosphere. Food is consistent and our special requests come to fruition every time.We come here almost weekly and always have a great consistent meal. It was delicious as always and high quality food.Haven’t been here for dinner, but an extensive menu.

Best breakfast food I have ever had. Seriously, even my homemade from scratch pancakes arent as good as the ones here.There are always people of all ages, lots of families with little kids, young couples, college students from nearby towson, and elderly groups as well.

The food was okay. The waiter was not great. He didnt introduce himself or welcome us and had an attitude like he had somewhere better to be. He took forever to get to our table to take our order. When he took our order, he didnt say anything like what can I get for you?, etc., he just stood at the table with his pen and paper silently until we said something. I found a good amount of egg shells in my omelette and the potatoes were bland. That was my first and last time visiting this establishment.

The food is always good: the menu extensive. Eat-in service has been slow due to the limited number of servers. Take-out was ready when picked up and still hot when it arrived home.

Great classic diner food! The service can be a little slow, but still a great spot to get something to eat any time of day. Last time I went, my eggs that ordered over easy were more like over medium, but everything was still delicious. The homefries were nicely seasoned and crispy as was the corned beef hash.

What a find! Wanted a place to grab a quick meal. Steak and Eggs were surprisingly amazing. Waitress was attentive and friendly. Was not expecting much from a Diner and we were quite happy with our meals. Id go back when in the area!

I was in the mood for some breakfast food and decided to check our Towson Diner. The prices are a bit high, but the food was pretty good. The portions were good as well. I got the Hungry Man Breakfast that came with 2 Pancakes, 2 eggs, a side of bacon and hashbrowns and I was very happy with the meal!

Great food with fast service. We had standard breakfast fair to include Chip Beef on Toast that was amazing. Pancakes that were light and fluffy and really good. Scrapple cooked to perfection. Home fries that were flavorful and perfectly crisp. The staff were friendly and tha place was clean with good distancing between tables. I highly recommend and will return time and time again. Not my favorite spot in the world. Only agreed to come here only to help a friend. Food here us not all that. My eggs beneict was drowning in hollandaise sauce. My friend is a trained chef couldnt even enjoy her meal, that should say something. The salads are never fresh nor the cook knows how to to use a knife.

Atmosphere is very nice, upscale with a old school flair. Breakfast is standard Greek family diner pricing, but plenty of food for price. It was extremely wonderful to share breakfast with my boyfriend and have a decent cup of coffee. He ordered french toast and I had a ham and cheese omelette. My home fries were a little under cooked but nothing to severe

Ok. Its food. Husband ordered a corned beef hash and cheese omlette. Dont do it. They said they whipped the hash into the egg instead of filling the omlette with the corned beef hash. Couldnt tell there was hash in it...weird. Sent it back. Not like any omlette Ive ever had. Ill pass.

As a local who’s grown up in Towson, the Towson diner has always been a great place to get food! Everything from simple breakfast to pasta. I’ve never had a bad experience there. The staff are friendly and efficient.
