Foxhaven Wellness Center is one of the few holistic wellness centers in the area. They offer more than 20 modalities. I like going for sessions and seeing which item on the spa menu I feel like that day: Reiki, Life Coaching, EFT, Life Readings, Feng Shui, Yoga, Meditation Instruction, etc. Teresa is the owner & main practitioner who makes you feel immediately at ease & has a wealth of knowledge, as well as the presence of a true healer. I find it really easy to address my challenges and quickly make progress with my health goals.
