Its been one year since I placed an online order and still havent received it. No one will answer my calls or emails.Edit: Finally, a response. Can I please get a refund or the items you sold me? Id be willing to change my rating if one of these two options is met.

Wanted a 5x t-shirt and didnt have it .

Today, I visited Raven Zone to pick up a long sleeve plain purple shirt in size XL. I previously spoke to Tracy last week and she advised me that some XL shirts needed to be ordered. Upon calling she store this morning and speaking to Ben, he informed me that he needed to see the color and brand of the shirt I was trying to match the color 0f.Upon arriving at the store and speaking with Ben, he became very rude, arrogant, sarcastic and told me that I was not going to wear a plain purple shirt. Excuse me! I told him that he does not tell me what I not going to wear. I knew what I wanted the shirt for and he was out of place telling me that I was not going to wear a plain purple shirt.His professionalism left a lot to be desired. He had no consideration or respect for me as a customer. I will not be returning to this store to spend not one dime. Ben could really benefit from some diversity training. This customer will definitely be shopping elsewhere in the future.

I wouldnt order from this company EVER They will take your money and never send your merchandise. Your money that you try to put into businesses like this is Awful. BE FAIR TO PEOPLE AND IF YOU CANT HONOR AND SEND THE MERCHANDISE DONT ADVERTISE OR TAKE CUSTOMER MONEY WITHOUT SENDING THERE MERCHANDISE. THEY WILL ALSO PRINT PRE LABLE AND YOU WILL BE TRACKING FOR NOTHING BECAUSE THE MERCHANDISE NEVER LEFT THE STORE. SMH

The place and Kate are awesome - held an item for me so I could get to the store from 40 minutes away. Store has great stuff.

Very friendly its my favorite store for all types of reasons Kim and Ken are very kind and will take their time helping you find what you need hospitality kindness and consideration cant ask for more. ^_^

Finally received my order, kinda late but better late than never!!!

This shop is amazing. It has so much Orioles and Ravens fun stuff nicely displayed from t-shirts to socks to fun shoes. Great service. Good prices and quality merchandise. Easy to locate because it has a big purple jeep out front. I bought a wonderful both Orioles and Ravens t-shirt there, for which I have received more compliments. Also going to buy some Ravens socks in January because my Orioles socks are so comfortable and well-made. I recommend this shop highly.

I wish I could give it zero stars. So on last Sunday I went to this store for the first time. As soon as I walked in there was a gentleman standing at the counter and a lady behind the counter. Both staff just looked at me but never greeted me. The lady decided she wanted to show the gentleman pictures of her grand baby and still not acknowledge me. So I decided maybe I will walk around and look a little lost and someone will say something. Well that never happened and I walked out. This business has lost me as a first time customer. I will not recommend this store to anyone first impressions are everything and they lack good customer service skills.

I placed an order 11/01/2020 and I havent gotten any updates not any feedbacks regarding my order....SMH...they just took my money and refused to respond to any of my emails, calls and social media messages .

I have emailed this store twice since May 29th to the email address they direct you to with no response. I ordered some things, one being a sticker and I received the wrong sticker. I wont purchase again after spending $50 on 3 small items and not have nah type of responseUpdate- when I spoke with the store they were very apologetic and are mailing me a new kne!Update- the sticker I ordered was never sent 🤦‍♀️

Have anyone ever received anything from Raven zone? Because I ordered 3 tee shirts from them over 28 days ago and got nothing yes nothing. I called no one answered or returned my call. I sent countless emails no one replied. What can I do to get my money or my tee shirts??? Help!!!! This place is a scam... Here it is 2 years has past and still no money like he said and no Tee shirts. Guys... Beware of them flashy sites. call the company first before you give them your money.. If you cant talk to a live person then hang up.. RAVEN ZONE IS A SCAM. TRUST AND BELIEVE. I wish I would have called first.. 2 years my Raven family and still no shirts or money on my card... WOW......The owner said thier was a problem with the press yea rite.. The first thing they did was block me from texting them... These guys should be in Jail... How is it legal to take hard working, good peoples money like that???Remember what I said 2 years yes 2 years and no tee shirts...
