Great location. The range is well ventilated, and spacious. The staff is so friendly!

Range is nice and well ventilated. If you buy firearms from them, you get free range session just bring the paperwork they will stamp it. I would say their guns are about 20% higher than say Sportsman Warehouse, but they are small shop dont have the volume of big corporations. I will always come to use range when I am in the area for business.

Reading the negative reviews on here make me laugh. Selected this store to help me get my first handgun. They answered all my questions and were enthusiastic about teaching me, considering that I am a first time gun owner. Getting my first rifle soon, and selected them as the FFL. I have enjoyed doing business with them.They are fair to all their customers from what I have seen, and they enforce their rules to ensure a good/safe experience at their range.

Long wait time to make the PPT, around 1 hour on Saturday in a line (feb 2021). They have mobile application, so you can wait in your car, its a huge plus. Totally understandable, just be aware.Everything else is great, smooth transaction, nice people.No guns for purchase available, yes, but exactly the same situation in all stores in California.P.S. I bought my first firearm here and it was definitely overpriced but I understand they have to make their money, the thing that made me a little irritated is I came with a group of 5 guys all buying fire arms and only 1 employee helped us, the other employees stood around or helped other people walking in so it took almost 4 hours for us to buy guns ! I would think they would realize maybe somebody should step in and help the one employee but they seemed like they didn’t care much but overall it’s a nice range. Usually have to be put on a waiting list and I’ve waited over an hour at times

Extremely friendly staff. Only range in the bay area that isnt appointment only and shotgun only. Everything looks quite modern. I never waited more than 45 seconds while inside the shop. Though the lines for the range are long however. Let me shoot my mosin here and rent a few guns as well. One of the best ranges Ive gone to! :) Props to the entire team!

I got here today n was very bad experience. The man helped us was very rude. We payed 260 bucks and I know it is firearms but one of us, didn’t have much knowledge about it. We all were kicked out of range with no explanation and warning. Staff should know that some of us will be having their 1st experience. Not every one is trained or expert. Stop being rude to people there.

The only place in town to shoot your guns, the range is great and there is a decent selection of guns to rent and buy. Although every time I go I feel like I am a burden to the employees mainly because the employee just seemed cold and uninterested in talking or that could be just be in my head. Will probably go elsewhere to shoot for a while.

They never answer the phone .. I always try to call and get no answer.

I went today for the first time and used the indoor range. Facility is excellent and the staff was great. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. There was a young women that came alone and they rented her a firearm and took her into the range and was very friendly and helpful to the women.I like that they rent firearms so my wife can try out different firearms to see what fits her the best before she makes a purchase. I will be visiting often and will be bringing my family as well. Great time cant wait to go back.

Went shooting here for the first time. A while new level of experience. They have one loads of gun options to choose from.I tried AK47, double Barrell shot gun and a pistol. The staff knows a lot and they teach you enough to get started off right away.

The store employee seemed extremely uninterested in talking, helping me, and basically doing their job. They made me feel like a burden and not a customer. In all honesty the other employees there at the time seemed nice and helpful enough. I guess I got the one having a bad day, but I was certainly not going to spend $700+ dollars on a new firearm after that interaction. It was my first and most likely last time at this store.

Hands down, just a very well run shop and range. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and always courteous. Ive been to the range 5 or 6 times and I have purchased 1 pistol from Elite. I havent ever been disappointed in the least. Looking to pick up a new shotgun. Any guesses as to where Ill look first?

I have to say that elite armory is my favorite range to shoot at in the Bay Area. I travel from a hour away just to come to elite armory passing multiple other ranges on my way. The fact that you can rent a firearm, take it on the range, and then purchase a new firearm on the same premises is a huge plus for me. The staff has always been helpful and professional in answering any questions about new firearms or the range. I look forward to purchasing my next firearm at elite armory in the near future.

Went in about a month ago looking to purchase a firearm but due to high demand majority of the handgun was sold out I forgot who I was talking with but he did mention that they get new firearm in daily and if I would like to be in the wish list I think thats whats its call and I told him sure so he put me down for a glock and a Springfield I saw the list there was like around 15 other people above my name I was really hoping to hear back from him within two weeks but its been almost a month Im sure one of the firearm probaly came in he probaly just skip my name but I hope thats not the deal but just to throw this out there I feel like most of these gun store that only employs caucasian those employees really gives you the vibe that they dont want to help you out if you a different race thats just my personal opinion anyways other then that the store is decent and clean havent got the chance to go try the gun range but will soon

I read a few of the yelp review where yelpers want things for free or they attack the business on yelp- this is a real shame.Id love to take my mcdonalds coupon to dennys, then get mad when dennys doesnt take it-Or get mad when you follow the FEDERAL LAWS, and refuse to break the law and sell to someone other than the intended owner...People take to yelp as their way to attack businesses, and there needs to be a way to DELETE these fraudulent reviews...Again, keep up the great work, and thank you for the service you provide!

Id give them one star if their range wasnt so amazing. . . I left my gun there to have a deep cleaning and apparently it was placed in some kind of ultra sonic cleaner so I guess whoever cleaned it forgot to run anything through the barrel because when I field stripped my gun and went through the barrel with a cotton tip cleaner there was enough carbon in it to make charcoal. . . Extreme fail in this so called deep clean. . .

The indoor range is top notch. Well ventilated with shooting stations that have bullet proof sides. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Too bad the place resides within the political borders of California. A Communist State where its people who run it hate our 2nd Amendment!

If I could give -☆s I would other than the fact that Steve that works there was super helpful and nice. He needs a raise! As for the owner or whoever runs that place, dont appreciate your customer service at all!!! The place is very clean and tidy, but the the owner or person in charge needs some lessons in good customer service. My father gave me a GC for the previous gun range business that was in that space. It was a xmas gift and only for $60. $60!!!! Not $600 dollars or a $100!!! Just $60. Since its not from the current gun range owners, they refused to honor it. Ive worked in customer service for years and this is just plain bad customer service. I dont care what the deal was when the business was bought from previous owners, you should still honor a GC or atleast find some way to compensate for it. Thats called GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It was a gift from my dad! A heartfelt gift that just went down the drain cause the business changed ownership. Whatever! You just lost what would have been a loyal customer for life and I will be telling everyone I know about my insensitive, poor customer service experience. Sometimes its not about the money when youre a business owner. I get that Im only 1 person with this problem but if you get overly cocky and confident that you dont need customers that bad, cause screw them if they dont like your lame policy, you will reap what you sow someday. Im a very loyal customer and I will talk up anyone that treats me like a fellow human being and understands to treat their customers like they would want to be treated. Pretty sure if the owner was in my shoes theyd be aggravated with the poor customer service too and that they couldnt get their GC honored. I dont care about the analogies your trying to make. Starbucks and Petes coffee are huge major corporations. Youre business isnt even in the same league as those businesses. And btw... for the sake of keeping customers, Starbucks does provide FREE compensation for their beverages depending on the circumstances. They make exceptions. I think a good business does not see every situation as black and white. Life is full of situations where it falls into a gray area, and my situation was one of those scenarios. As the owner of your business, you own it and you alone can decide to help your customers any way you see fit. So you alone are responsible for just deciding not to be kind and make an exception for, like I said before, what would have been a loyal customer going forward. I understand your logic, but I dont agree with it one bit. Every person Ive talked to about your business not honoring the GC has agreed that for good business and as good customer service, you should have just been kind and and honored the $60 GC. If you would have honored it, I would have ended up spending so much more money in your business even when some of your items are overpriced. I would have paid the higher price just to support your business, but since you wouldnt, I would never give you one hard-earned cent of my money to support you. You have an extended mag for my gun I wanted that is priced at $54. I found the same mag online for $33 and another off brand mag to try for $22. I bought 2 mags for the same price as your 1 and with free-shipping. If you would have honored my GC, I would have happily paid for your 1 overpriced mag just to support your business. In fact, I probably would have bought 2 of yours. With the online market growing so fast and customer service being so key, you really should take that into consideration. And Im sure others will read this and agree with me. Thank you for your reply but I dont accept any of your excuses for your poor customer service. Plain and simple!

I came into gun shop and was greeted my a friendly staff. The facility was very clean and organized. The range was full and i had to wait. Rigo the staff member was very easing going and answered all questions. He told me about the training classes they offer which would be great for my wife and her friends. The classroom and range are top notch and great to have so close to home. Great job guys.
