I got my windshield replaced and 2 days later when I took the blue tape off, like they say to do, the paint on the roof peeled off with it. The owner said its not his shops fault and I was on my own. No remorse to help the customer have to pay for a paint job now as well. Would not recommend.

I recently got a crack in my windshield and needed to get it replaced. The receptionist was super nice and they helped me get my windshield replaced fast and efficiently. It has been a few weeks and I have had no issue with my windshield whatsoever and will definitely go back if I ever need a similar service again.

They try to rip you off, at this business 500 for a front windshield I got quoted 250 at one place and safe kite mobile device quoted me 335, I would never let anyone go their if you dont shop around get ready to get riped off at this place what a joke, and all my quotes was mobile devices way lower than them

They were pretty quick, estimating that it would take 30 minutes, and getting it done in perhaps 20-25 minutes, but I was disappointed in the fact that they hadnt properly clicked into place some of the trim around the windshield, which I pointed out to one man, who (kind of) fixed it, and then I had to inspect it more closely when I got home, and had to fix a few more spots. I take attention to detail very seriously, and I wasnt very impressed with how much crumbled up polyurethane from the old windshield seal was left on my dashboard and the interior of my car. They did not clean up after themselves.

Two windshield replacements went well, one rear glass replacement horrible. Lots of chips and scratches to the surrounding paint hidden under blue tape until it was removed. Zero accountability upon return, fifteen hundred dollar quote to repair the paint. Buyer beware.

These dudes were kicking me out from seeing my car and when I went to pay the cashier told me to not lean on the window roller button when I drive because It can break. Now coincidentally my window makes a sound when I roll it up. Only a matter of time before I have to go back there and pay them again to get it fixed right?

Wanted to wait for my review. Couple of weeks ago my husband brought my 2003 Toyota Tacoma truck for a front windshield replacement. I had an appointment for 11 and I was unable to make it at that time so we rescheduled for the same day. No problems.My husband said they did a timely job and the service was great.Since then weve had a couple of storms and no leaks. Great job lowest price auto glass!Forgot to mention I called around and you cant beat their price.I am very happy customer and will refer for more work for them

Led aftermarket glass and insured me that it is just like oem. Well the lights for all the camera sensors came on. I went to the dealer for diagnostic they told me the color on the glass doesn’t match original equipment specification and to install an original glass. I called other body shops and dealers they told me the same as the dealer. I called the low price auto glass and Tracy that did the original installation They told me to come in like they were going to help me. The owner of the shop came out that ripped me off the first time Told me that I should go get my own glass from the dealer and when I asked him about reimbursement for the original glass that I bought or the $200 that I spent at the dealer he just told me I was at loss. His receipt says there’s a warranty and he is not willing to work with his own policies nor issuing any type of refunds to help me out this guy is a crook I do not recommend anybody to do any business here or trust him. Mind you not he is doing all of this during the COVID-19 pandemic he stole and robbed me.

I had a small hiccup in the beginning with this company because the window replacement was very blurry in certain areas, but they came through and got another replacement the next day and fixed it with no charge. The employees treated me good and had positive attitude. I have a Subaru Legacy 2019 and it wasnt easy finding the replacement because of it being brand new. Great job and thanks again!

I called around to find out the pricing for glass for a buddy that was coming up for the weekend and his window was shattered so I found this place. Sounded legit. I made 100 and 10% sure that the glass that I needed was the rear glass. They even talked about the one windshield wiper and everything. Gave me a low price that no one else came close to. I told him to go there before he headed to my house. They were telling him that they thought it was a different window so they bumped it another $80 from what we discussed over the phone. Not to mention that I even asked if it was in stock so it could be quick on the install. They did not have it in stock and the person that I sent over there had to wait 4 hours after he had arrived before the glass could even be installed and they still had the nerve to tell us that they didnt charge us for the glue which was another $20. This place is a scam artist. Rubs you the right way over the phone and tells you different when youre there. Last time I will ever send anybody here. I had spoken to someone that could have done it at my home for the same price they bumped it up to. I would not recommend coming here unless you get the price you get quoted for over the phone.

The service was quick being that it was a Saturday. I gave it four stars because while replacing the windshield they scratched the VIN barcode. I dont understand how one who replaces windshield will scratch the barcode. Maybe they rushed? Just glad the windshield got replaced.

Let’s just say they are very unorganized!!! I scheduled a appointment on a Friday for Monday at 9am. I get there the lady tells me the technician is not there and it’s going to take 3 hours to look at my window. Now I’m wondering why she did NOT call me and tell me this instead of telling me when I got there that the technician was not there and not coming in until later. So I left and asked her to call me when the technician gets there so she did and right before we hang up she says it’s going to be 75.00 to look at the window and see what’s wrong.... now remind you they have free estimates all over there front window and not to mention me and the lady discussed the different prices, she never mentioned 75.00 to just look at my window. This place lacks communication!!!!!!
