Not inviting. Salesmen was very intense. Had this whole thing he was trying to go through and we just wanted to check out some beds. The prices were all higher than Mancinis. Only pro is they seem to have some brands others dont such as Purple.

So disappointed with this store and their customer service. Before purchasing, Justin Brown was super nice and helpful and helped us decide what mattresses would work the best for our small children. Once we paid everything changed. Justin called me to tell me that the mattresses didn’t arrive and wanted to upgrade us which I said ok and he didn’t mention the dimensions. However the new mattresses have different dimensions than the one we previously ordered. My husband went to the store the day of delivery and asked if we could return the mattresses if they don’t work. Justin said YES. Mattresses arrived but were smaller than the beds and higher and our number one priority was the height since we have small kids and we don’t want them to fall off and get hurt. When we wanted to exchange we were asked to pay for the $99 delivery again. Wait a second?? We get the wrong mattresses and we have to pay again? Also it was very hard to get a hold of Justin and we didn’t like his tone over the phone. I would never purchase a mattress through mattress firm again.Justin was a able to get us different mattresses over the phone but he wouldn’t let me exchange back to my original order over the phone. I had to drive all the way to the store to get what I originally ordered. Mind you we paid a lot of money for these mattresses.Their customer service sucks!!!

Marlin was great! We went in to buy a mattress for our teenager. He helped us pick out the perfect mattress! In fact it was so comfortable, she fell asleep while we were checking out. Our daughter who moved into her own apartment in Sacramento to attend school there needed a bed for her place. We decided on surprising her by getting her a bed.We met and spoke with Vince who was very accommodating in assisting us in picking out the right bed that would suit our daughter and because “labor day” was coming up, had some markdowns available. In the end we were satisfied and informed our daughter of the purchase.The following day, the bed was delivered or at least we thought… Our daughter called us and complained that the mattress had stains on it and the delivery person, Marcus also informed her, “that in his opinion,” he wouldn’t take delivery of the bed because of the condition of the mattress.Marcus asked to speak with me and conveyed that he noticed the problem at their warehouse but was told to deliver the mattress anyway? Marcus said that he took pictures himself of the problem(s) and would send them into the company himself. “I applaud this fine gentleman for speaking out on our behalf!”As soon as the store opened today, we met and spoke with John and asked if Vince was in today, which he stated that he would be in later today. We conveyed our concerns and the problems to John and he said he would call the store to get the matter resolvedA couple hours later we returned to the store and Vince was at the store. After retelling our story to Vince, he said that considering what had occurred he, “he would make things right,” by replacing the mattress with a new one, much to our relief. We conveyed what had transpired to our daughter who was more than satisfied with the outcome.I want to foremost, express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to “Marcus” for his sincerity and honesty and his, “taking care of his customers attitude!”I also want to thank Vince for taking care of us and assuring us that we were taken care of. Alyssa was amazing!!! She let us try so many beds until we found the one we loved. Then she up sold us on a water proof mattress, bed frame, box springs,purple sheets and pillows. We came in only for a bed and we walked away on cloud 9 even though we spent 2800.00 we felt like we won. Oh BTW we had box brings but yet we bought them! Just came back from this Mattress Firm and the people their were really helpful and nice. Paula Javius is the lady there that helped my wife and me find the right mattress for our price range. She was very attentive and patient as she helped us go from mattress to mattress trying to find the most comfortable bed. When we found the bed we wanted she did a great job helping us figure out what else we would need with the bed (box spring, frame, etc.) without making us feel pressured to get anything we didnt want. The whole experience was very pleasant and we would recommend anyone else who needs a mattress to go here.

The in-store help was great, the delivery service is terrible. They only put you in an all day window and by the time they give you a two hour window its too late and you have to choose another day and only hope that days delivery window is more convenient
