Shout out to Crys. Went in on 8/9 and there wasnt any Gentleman Jack left on the shelf. She went to the back and grabbed me a fresh bottle. She also price matched total wine. Of course my clumsy self dropped the bag when I got home and the bottles shattered inside the bag. I returned to the store to replace both bottles and they didnt charge me. Super awesome experience, outside of having to drive all the way back to the store, but that wasnt of their wrongdoing. Thanks again Crys and to the Bevmo team! You just gained a customer for life!

This store didnt have much of selection and when I asked an employee about a product I was looking for she didnt even stop to talk with me. She kept walking past me and just said no they didnt have the product. Man at the register was polite.

Spent an hour in there and had a cart FULL to get stocked for a holiday party. I probably had $300-$400 worth of stuff in there. I was denied the ability to purchase because they wanted to card my little sister (who just happened to be with me). Seriously?? What kind of crazy policy is this? No other stores do this. Thanks for wasting an hour of my time. Two stars because they have a bunch of unique liquor there but unfortunately I couldnt buy any.

They take their ID policy seriously, and I watched a whole group get kicked out, lol. So I asked and found out that they have a whole company policy on top of California State Law regarding IDs:1) If you’re under 21, you can’t be in the store alone and you definitely can’t buy anything2) If you look young (AKA under 40), expect to be carded3) If you’re in a group shopping/at the register, expect the whole group to be carded4) If one person doesn’t have ID, expect the sale to be declined because it’s assumed the group is sharing the purchase5) A pic on your phone of your ID doesn’t count as proof because it’s not legally admissible6) “If we go out and I come back in alone, then can I buy this?” Yeah, that was a no.Basically, the company takes serious issue with selling to anyone that might be underage and will check the parking lot to make sure you’re not sending anyone else in to buy later too. That whole attempt was TV worthy, lol.

We were looking for something specific we asked a young lady for help and she took us right to where we needed to be. she knew exactly what we were talking about, she was very knowledgeable I was impressed.

Tracy Bevmo is so nice. I asked for a flask sized funnel the other day and the entire staff jumped on whether or not they have them or if they only come in a flask set. One person jumped on the computer to order one if they didnt have it. Found it on the shelf and bought it right then and there.

It has a lot of alcohol so its great. It also has some unique sodas you cant get elsewhere

With a fantastic selection of Beer, wine, and spirits, BevMo! off Grant Line Road in Tracy is my go to spot to grab a nice beverage on my way home from the Bay. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well as incredibly helpful. Yesterday I was helped by Jenn at check out and her cheery mood perked me up after a long day at work.Id highly recommend this location to anyone needing a keg for a party or for a quick pick up of a bottle of wine for a romantic evening in.

Nice place to get a grand selection in spirits and more. Love that they have premium alcohol, party options, drink recipes and more. You can find a nice selection of cigars as well

Great selection but prices on liquor are very high compared to other retailers here in Tracy. Makes it worth the time to drive to Pleasanton to shop at Total wine and more.

Evil store with lots of goodies. They have a lot of the main stream and moderately mainstream stuff. If its rare it wont be here, but they aim to please and will do their best to get something you like. Their customer service is really good too and they know their beer.

Ive found great deals here on liquor. The workers are friendly and helpful. Ive been here a couple times and every time its been a pleasant experience.

Coming from Houston this was my first time in a BevMo and I will definitely be back! The people running the establishment are from Houston, just like me, and were extremely friendly and very helpful orienting me to my new SPECs!!!

My husband and I came to buy some beer after both of us working 15 hour shifts, only for the employees, to be ridiculously disrespectful. My husband was the one who went down to buy it and as he tried to get what we wanted an employee, Melissa, approached him only to tell him that he smelled drunk and he was walking like he was intoxicated . Mind you my husband has gotten three surgeries on his femur so he walks with a natiral limp so for them to say he was drunk and using that as an excuse to accuse him of being intoxicated was ridiculous. And for them to falsely accuse him of smelling like alcohol, mind you it was only 9pm on a Friday . They then denied him the right to buy our beer, he called me because they needed me to pay since he was supposedly drunk and wasn’t allowed in the store . When I went in there and asked him why they did that and even after I explained what was wrong with his leg and why he walks with a limp, Nicole then tried to tell me they were refusing service to me if I wasn’t going to pay and leave . I have never had such a horrible experience with anyone’s customer service, and coming from a customer service background I would never leave a review but this was just sad . Would never shop at a Bevmo again after this experience . I understand it was late and they wanted to close but that is no way to treat paying customers that come here often .
