Wasn’t as bad as the other reviews stated they did advise it was gonna take up to 4 hours to get me unloaded but only took 2

Zero Star. My friend picking up load on here. His arrived 11:15am (appointment 12:00pm)& still now 5:52pm they didnt start the load. Not come again. Super duper slower

Waited 7hrs to be loaded, desk people will lie. Blame it in shift change and tell you what you want to heat just to keep you quiet.

This place is terrible. The check in people are very rude they talk to like they think they own the place this one girl with a star tattoo on here face she is the worst person i have ever met. Not coming here anymore. Its all FBS

When I Arrived at 1805 (for an 1830 Appt) the Gate Guard informed me of A 5-Hr. Loading Delay, I Politely told her that was Unacceptable, informed my Dispatcher....then left. Brokers never really inform companies of those type of things.

Its a disaster . 2 hours to get in, than 2,5 hours at the dock door to learn that they cannot load me due to lack of product. Canseled the load, lost the day .compleately disorganised place.

I come early on my appointment and 2 am and they told me your appointment is 12 pm. I come at 11;20 they say again your appointment is is 12:30 pm you can check in before 30 minutes. And then I come again 12:30 the girl on the Gat say to me you not stopped at read light. So go back at line. By the way I get duck 1 pm I am stillin duck and now is 5 pm

Avoid this place you must come only 15 minutes before your appointment and you can’t park on street cause they have no parking signs all over the streets I been on dock 5+ hours they are still loading.... docks are tights but you can still park with some effort...check in/loader is nice.

Dont be more than 30 Min early and dont be late. Long waits and long lines to check in.

The check in guy was nice and good but took me 4 hrs to unload dry loads .

Appointment at 2 pm. In a door at 130 pm. Took 6 hours to get loaded. Worst place I’ve been to in a long time. This is the eld era. This type of thing should be illegal. I read the reviews here after 3 hours. Looks like this is a common thing with this place. Horrible

Live load location for most common carriers check easy pull up to first stop sign - wait for green arrows to pull up to shack - of long lines be sure to get out of your truck walk up and check in so you are not considered late plenty of signage along driveway on property not sure about street side (mc aruthur) - have proper info and should be set - wait times vary so plan properly nearest availability of parking Tracy travel not much parking - pilot on i5 nb exit Roth(lathrop) I’d pay for reserve for sureor truck stops south i5 in westlyBe safe drivers have fun

Do not book load from this place It takes me 3 hour in the line to check in then take 2 hour to load me. You will miss your appointment time. Bad place for truck drivers.

This xpo is worst management its was good before when the used to take one drop and one live load to check in .. now they made 3 lines do green light to each line one by one some time they skip turn and u get stuck ... Now yiu to arrive 1& half hour to 2 hour eaely before ur appointment time to get check in by ur appointment time. And you get checked in after 30 min of ur appt time they put you late ..or stand by ... Even they removed security gurad position to save money but its costing us the truckers in duty time ... On docks you have to back in from blind side . Or make u turn to put it on dock . I hope pepsi-co look in to this .

Checkin is worst part of this place. They are taking too much time for check in. If you go early they will send you back. 5 stars for forklift drivers for unloading. They are very fast.

It depends what time on the day you get there, normally after 11a.m. it gets packed, but if you get there before 10 its pretty empty. This is from December, so it can change.

Weird check in, nice employees, need better entrance signs for big rigs, great until they bother you and want you off the property

I had an appt at 0900 got here at 0830 didnt get to the gate until 0930. Like other drivers say check-in takes a long time. Got a door right away however. Really tight backing, and yes you got to blind side or flip around. You have to disconnect from trailer and pull forward. It almost 1030 and still waiting for them to finish loading. Was told it would be quick ha,Manage your clock if coming here or you will be sitting somewhere.

Horrible experience people at the guard shack so rude and the people who unload your load it takes them to three hours to unload what the shipper people took 15 minutes to load it and on top of that they’re like will give you a call once you’re unloaded they never call I had to walk to the guard shack and ask them like did you have the person remove the lock from Glnd hands so I can hook up and go told the person at the guard shack you never called and the response was like we were busy like what do you think we don’t go somewhere to goNot even worth a one star right if there was an option for a -5 that’s what Would have been my review

This place is bad even for California standards got here early and after 1h wait for check in they turned me back because I was 1h before appointment so I went to the back of the check in line for another 1 1/2 hr wait to check in again. Ladies at the check in have an attitude so be prepared to deal with them. Avoid this place if you can.

Cant check in 1 minute early, and when you check in on time they delay until you are considered late. Now its payback time :)

One & Half Hours get Loaded

2-3 hours pickup. Loaded fast but you have to wait long to receive a call to go get BOL. Entrance is around the building, sing in/out and receive BOl at the security checkpoint.

3hr wait at the guard shack for a drop and hook was a little to much.

The main entrance is on stone bridge drive, theres 2 lanes going in I, 1 exit 1 entrance there is a lot of traffic going in there, during the day, better at night.so if you have an appointment, show up 30 minutes early thats the most the will give you before your appointment to come in.if there is a line youll wait for hours just to check in so you may wanna take your chances.Come an hour early or at night.They will make you wait to get loaded, 3 hours, just because they can, drivers get detention after 3 hours with Pepsi. (Sucks)

Lazy people work here. Why make appointment when you can’t load on time. If you try to check in early they are busy. But if you are late then it’s better to drop that load and find something else. Otherwise you be here all day/night.

You better pack enough drive time and hours along with breakfast, lunch and dinner cause these folks are not going to be in any kinda of hurry getting you loaded. Dont bother coming early except for 30 minutes early and thats for real for real.

Loads can run heavy, usually account is preloaded, so never had experienced inside by shipping office.

Well couple minutes for check in when they are not busy n for unloading, loading take 2 hours when not busy.

Just too lazy to slide the tandems forward instead they ran the tandems over the wheel stop between the fence and the wheel stop so you have to drag the trailer over the wheel stop or the trailer supposed to bump up against you.

Bad place 2 hours to check in at the gate, first & last time here.

Drivers beware!! Worst stupid management ever.. they should hire some educated people..these illiterate people are probably ruining the company’s reputation. They don’t care about other person’s time. They get their paycheck and they are done. If a driver has an appointment for 10 am, he will probably have to wait 10-16 hours to get his load. This isn’t how a company should work!! The people at the check in station are rude!! Never picking their load (even if broker pays double! Oh hell no) boycotting like this is the only way they will learn. It’s ridiculous how much time they waste!!!

Clean cut company. The service entrance in the back has a nice crew. They let me through when picking up my brother.

The heavy set (for lack of a better word) lady that works the day shift at guard shack is one of the rudest people Ive ever met and has absolutely no concern for anyone but herself. But every one else is very nice.

This place sucks! One of the worst, if not THE worst warehouse Ive ever delivered to.Busted my a** to be here by 8 am which was my scheduled appointment time. Waited in line for almost 45 minutes just to check in. Got a door, backed in (which was a pain in the rear because of the 4-wheelers parked all over the place), opened trailer doors, slided tandems all the way back, dropped the trailer and finally pulled forward. 2 hrs later I get a call from the receiving office saying that I was 2 (two) days early and they can not unload my truck today. Wow.

Was there at my appointed time. What the broker failed to tell is that you have to be an hour early because you sit in three lanes waiting for your turn to be checked in. Was told that I was an hour late and was now a work in. 3 hours later I was loaded.
