Ive called so many times to make an appointment for my girlfriend. it was her birthday and all it does is ring constantly. terrible customer service. just wanted to give her a gift.

Got my conch pierced and it looks amazing. The piercer was such a nice guy. He took his time to make sure it was right and looked good with my other piercing on the other side. Super clean place. Friendly owner. Will be going back for any new piercings.

I just got my nose and helix pierced with Kidd and he did an amazing job it was painless and he definitely took his time. I highly recommend going to him for piercings he is very experienced and knows what hes doing. I will definitely go back to him if I get any more piercings!

Razor, is back! I got another tattoo and my room mate got a piercing. Great prices, good people and they know what their doing. I went in with my best friends and had a very good experience with the staff their. The owner kept it honest with me and he let me know what I was getting myself into before I got my tattoo. Although I was already informed he still let me know the facts.

Went in with my sister to get a nose piercing last week, the people were super friendly and made us feel very comfortable and excited to have a new piercing! The man there (I believe hes the owner, not sure) was very funny and girl who pierced us was so sweet. Definitely recommend this place, and pricing is affordable as well!

You know I would never go to this shop again. Today I went to blue moon and one of the employees told me, they messed me up and didnt fill out the lines and like freestyle it. I suggest for anyone to go to hi times.

Called the shop today on my lunch to get a second opinion on a noise ring I just had done 3 days ago at blue moon. The noise ring was sunk into my noise and I went to blue moon yesterday and was told that it was normal and looked like it was healing well actually. Called as well and was told that was normal and wait it out a few days. When I called the owner right away told me they used the wrong jewelry and if i wanted to come in and have Danny look at it for me. Came in and Danny right away told me it was infected and the jewelry was way to small. Had a few options but just decided to take the bad one blue moon did out and have Danny pierce my other side of my noise properly. Not to mention he was in the middle of a tattoo and the gentleman he was tattooing was ok with him helping me right away! He cleaned out my first one to make sure it would heal properly and pierced my other side with proper noise ring jewelry and had me in and out with in 30 mins. Also went home with all the proper cleaning care as well which was not given at blue moon. Highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back. Thank you for helping me today :)

I no longer work at this terrible shop! I am now at Blue Moon! This place is dirty and cheap, So me and my 32 5 star review highly recommend you do not get anything from this shop! I have tried to call this place so many times to ask some simple questions about a tongue piercing and every time I call it just rings and rings until I hang up. I’ve called in the morning, I’ve called in the afternoon and I’ve called at night and no one ever picks up the phone! Terrible customer service! I’ve heard such good things about this place but they can’t even answer the damn phone so I will never been stopping by here.

Went to this place to get some CBDS it was very clean inexpensive guys running it were friendly and knowledgeable explained everything wanting you to get your moneys worth also he saw my tattoos and said that his guy can finish them for me at a fair and competitive price looking forward to see what he can do. They kept talking about this guy RAZOR in which ive never heard of him said hes really good lets see what up.... thank guys yall get 5 stars

Kid pierced both of my ears with my own earrings I had brought in, fast and easy process highly recommend him.

Waited 3 hours to get my snakebites done and the piercer pierced them completely uneven. They also over charged me, never again there.

Best glass in town, the new piercing artist down there is awesome!! Best by far!! Has like 10 years experience or something like that. Which is noticably differnt then other local places that hire amateurs... I goot the worst, most painful piercing of my life from Blue Moon that was crooked and got very infected 2 days later... Thankfully Kidd at Hi Times fixed it and then repierced it after it heal with almost no pain especially in comparison to the first terrible experience at Blue Moons!!Kidd had a very nice attitude and was very gentle, even the clamps were painless (anyone who has been pierced knows thats the worst part lol) I will never get another piercing from anyone else! Thank you soo much for you expert service! Soo satisfied with my Piercing and its straight!

Got my nose pericing by Kidd he really helped me out. Blue moon messed up my nose pericing never go there . Always come to hi times

If you going come by the shop come an hour later than opening time which is 10:30 been sitting here now for 45 minutes and no one has still opened up shop I’ve seen least 4 customers leave and one just blow a gasket from now being open @ 10:30
