This is the closest Xfinity store near me so that helps. Very nice agents who are always willing and able to assist. Had an issue with trying to activate my daughters new iPhone 12 mini that care couldnt do over the phone during multiple calls so I scheduled an appt. No wait when I arrived but it took 15 to 20mins for the fix to occur. Wish I could have saved time but thats a telecom GIANT for ya. Now I need to call again so I can get a credit for time wasted and waiting a replacement phone that was shipped out after weeks where FedEx wouldnt admit they lost it to begin with. Awful overall experience so youve been advised.
The manager named Donelle was fantastic on helping me return some Xfi pods when the other representatives werent. She cares for who she helps what she does everyday their. Really want to recognize her for helping me when nobody else would.

My husband and I went there with our toddler and infant to shop for the phones. We all wore the face masks.The representative in front of the shop told us that they only allow one person at a time in the shop and couldnt let my husband and I go inside together. We left immediately. That rule doesnt make any sense. We couldnt find any logic to it. I dont know who to blame, the shop or entire companys policy. We really liked xfinity mobile. We are so disappointed in them that we are just ready to switch to a different company that doesnt impose non sense rules

Go to another a store if you can. They made us wait 45 minutes outside when it was over 100 out. 5 people in line and the Store Manager walks out and says, they will be with you have a good night. Staff is nice, but that Manager needs training on how to better treat customers.

Dissappointed. I needed a new cable box. I called & ordered one. They told me id have to pick up the box, no appointment necessary. On a hot afternoon, with a mask on. We are to stand outside 6+ft. apart & wait till a sales associate comes out & finds out why you are there. Then tells you to wait in line till someone comes out for you. I was 4th in line. It took 20min for them to call my name. That was too long for a 65 y.o. to be standing in the heat with a mask on. I felt like i was gonna hyperventilate & pass out from the heat!! I was called in & assisted by the same person i had spoken to 20 min ago. Who then tells me ive ordered the wrong box. He corrects the error, collects the box & proceeds to ring up a receipt. Transaction completed. Total time 30min.

After waiting for 1 hour my visit at the Tracy Comcast store went smoothly. When I first walked in no one told me I had to sign in to be waited on. I noticed no one else knew what to do once they walked in to the company.
Keeping my Internet Only option for the same price was impossible.Had several problems with keeping my price the same after the contract was about to expire. Online chat or live agents wasnt going nowhere.My solution was working with Marysol from the Tracey Xfinity office.Not only did she keep my contract to a 0.1 Cent increase but also offered a free Xfinity Flex box for those customers like me with INTERNET ONLY.

The best customer service ever. I did have to wait about 7 minutes, but it was not the fault of any of the employees. People had questions because they were technically impaired and the questions needed to be answered. I am very happy with comcast/xfinity.
I was trying to get my discount that the guy was promised me over the customer service hotline and was been told as long as go to the store and the people could help me. I have waited an hour and ended up just giving the hotline number for me to call back. And they can’t even cancel my membership. Low efficient workers and very unprofessional. They are laugh at and make fun of their customers instead of helping them. One of the employee was walking around without doing anything even there was abundant customers on the line was waiting to be helped.

COMCAST IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM. If you do and need to call them for ANYTHING especially canceling an account MAKE SURE you ask for the representatives name and number and EXACTLY what you are calling about. They didn’t process my cancelation fee that was paid before sending me another bill which I called and told them I canceled, but because I technically called twice and canceled they charged me twice for canceling. With no prof that I called the first time I was forced to pay again. Its a SCAM.

Ive seldom been pleased with the customer service! Always be sure that when returning their equipment to be sure theyre not continually charging for services that you no longer receive! Check your monthly bill carefully! Long lines and not efficient service!

Joanne was not helpful and rude. I can already tell before we even got her that she wont be very helpful. Her body language tell us she doesnt want to be at work. I wonder how Comcast still employ this person. For someone whos been working there for awhile and not know anything tells me she is just their for paycheck. Went to swap a modem, the gentleman was courteous, but gave me an open box XB6 and no hardware to go with it except power cable, so I had to make a2nd trip next day to get a coax cable and an internet cable,
Donnell was amazing, I went in with a seriously confusing situation and she handled it like it was nothing, she was super nice and even helped me save a little money. I hate paying my bill inside the store but she made me want to come back. Thanks!
The wait is so long. I waited an hour just to get my remote replaced to find out they could of given me a new without waiting in line. The sale person that took my name to get help didnt tell me that.
This cable company is very pricey. I go in to make a payment in the machine and a male employee completely ignore me to tend to the other lady who was after me if you want to get technical. Never approach nor greeted and again help a another person in front of me. Look im not looking for special treatment but be fair and equal on everything. I greet everyone and in spite of some rudeness Ive received I continue to help everyone. If your going to make me make my own payment and do the job of people then I expect your employees that you do have there to be more friendly equally across. My opinion and my experience. 😠

I have requested transfer service request two weeks ago, every alternative days one new technician going and saying that cabling not done. this has been continuing for lat two weeks, ZERO progress till today not sure when they will done this work.

Went in to return equipment and was approached my the employee. I told her what I was there for and she told me I would have to wait in line. In the meantime she was not helping any other customers, just checking people in as they came in. I waited for 20 minutes for my turn. While I was waiting she helped another customer who came in to return their equipment. So while I was being helped by another employee I asked her why I wasnt helped the same way when I came in. Needless to say she didnt have an answer for me. Wasted my time for something that took less than 2 minutes. Never going back to this location.
Overall no problems here. I just showed up at 6:24 pm and they were closed. Sign says they are open until 7:00 pm.
I had a technician come to fix my wifi and he left. I went to turn on the TV and cable went out. I went to talked to them about it.... Long lines and need to go back again.

A year and a half ago i was looking for the best TV service, direct TV had an ok offer but one of comcast agents said that if we chose comcast the payments would be 140 a month amd we would get 100$ gift card, so we said ok sign me up.. after we cancelled we asked were the goft card was the whole time they said it should be on its way, we never received it, so we called an an agent said we can only get 100 back if we did not make any late payments so it cancelled us out for 100$ which was not told to us at first, not only that but comcast kept raising the payments instead of what was agreed at first, which is 140$ payments a month plus 100$ gift card for choosing comcast Xfinity.. wont be getting comcast again nor will i trust them and what they say.. horrible service
(MUST READ)It is unfortunate that Comcast is the only option in Tracy past 25Mbps otherwise I would leave Comcast and never look back that being said below you will know why.If you have to go in and you cant get your help online or over the internet then avoid JOANNA at all cost as she is shady. Dont be fooled by her friendly attitude it is fake you are just an upsell to her, trust me. If any of them (especially Joanna) ask you to sign, make sure to ask them to give you paper copies or show on the screen what youre signing. The little digital pad wont show what she did to your account and I took her word for canceling my TV service and returning the box.To give you my specific example I had a Cable/Internet combo that after their promotion period increased my bill substantially. I simply went in with my Cable/DVR box to return and asked to cancel my cable service as it was coming out to $200+ a month.Mind you I had a 250 Mbps blast service with my cable package. She went ahead and offered home security while canceling my TV service. I get home and notice that my Netflix is buffering and that has never been an issue at home in over 3 years. I naturally run a speed test and find my speed hovering at 65 Mbps!Joanna decided to sign me up for a new internet contract with a substantial speed downgrade of 60MB/s without mentioning it to me or showing that I was signing up!!! If a customer asks you to keep the same internet but just cancel it is safe to assume they dont want to downgrade the speed they had for over 3 years!Moral of the story these people want to sign you up for stuff, and that is the only time they are friendly and helpful. Otherwise, your just burden and they will do anything to get you out even if it comes at a severe downgrade as a customer to you as seen in my case.Good luck as I mentioned earlier we have to deal with the joke Xfinity/Comcast till wireless technology supersedes the bureaucracy of hardwired internet service providers. But mark my words when that happens Xfinity will go down as we will no longer be stuck to trash company with trash service.
