This isn’t the first order I’ve received from this location. I just picked up an order last night less than hour before they closed. Because I was rushing, I didn’t take a good look. My husband placed an order for our kids for Valentine; since he’s stationed elsewhere. (Backstory: It’s supposed to be the biggest fruit arrangement which original price online is $134.99. My husband got a good deal and then a discount which came to $119. ) When I got home, I unwrapped it in the living room where it’s kind of dim with small lighting. Took a pic with the kids. To be honest, it wasn’t exactly Filled up, they place a lot of kale in there and space them out so they don’t put too much fruits (either being cheap or pretty lazy). Anyways, I let them enjoy it anyhow while I got dinner ready. Almost an hour later when I went to living room and brought it back to the kitchen (where it has bright lights)to wrap it back up and place it in the fridge so they can have dinner. When I tried to pick out a strawberry for me, I noticed the one I picked out looks like an old strawberry and the other side had white looking substance. I pulled it out of the pick stick to take a quick look to see if it’s mold! I took it to the sink and wash it off and noticed the white substance seems to be coming from inside the strawberry. Then, I started to check the entire arrangement since I’m in the kitchen light with perfect lighting. This so called fruit arrangement that’s supposedly worth over $100+ was filled with strawberries that were NOT fresh. Ever go buy strawberries and then there are some bad ones at the bottom you’ll see that looks rotten, well that’s exactly what I had on our arrangement. Almost 95% of the strawberries on my Valentine arrangement for our kids were rotten. I was so disgusted at the horrible service that we were given. I’ve only received edible arrangements from here (3-4 times now) because my husband orders them for us. But this was really bad service and I’m def making a complaint.I told myself to let it go when I seen how “mediocre” looking the basket looked as well as how they were being “cheap” with the arrangement. Not to mention, heart shaped balloons they don’t have (I was given 3 pink star balloons). But to see the fruits rotten like that?! Negative!!! I’ve ordered/received from other Edible Arrangements locations, and they always had beautiful tasty fruits and baskets that were very full. I have never received anything with rotten fruits quality. Not to mention they don’t ever pick up their phones when I tried calling them about the issue. I understand they were busy since it’s Valentines Night, but they did pick up after 3 mins on the phone. But all you hear is them talking to each other and leaving the phone off the hook hoping no one calls. Not know I’m on the line smh.

My boyfriend ordered me an arrangement on Valentine’s Day, it was supposed to be delivered to my job but never arrived within the business hours. I called this morning and demanded to speak to the manager but was told that she wasn’t in the office yet, I’ve been calling and haven’t had any luck with any one picking up the phone. I demanded a refund when I spoke with someone earlier today and was told they don’t do refunds. So the arrangement never made it to me the day it was ordered and now I’m not getting a call back my boyfriend is out $88 now and no arrangement. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’m definitely going to file a complaint!

I ordered an arrangement for pickup an when i arrived, it was on time and ready for me even though i ordered last minute. The girl in front even introduced me to their new smoothies which I tried and loved! Cool new place for gifts and even snacks

Fyi I ordered at this location two days ago turns out they are shutting that location down. I had to call corporate just to get my refund. There was no answer in the store and it said it took my order but it was never prepared. At least tell your clientel that this location is closed. Very unprofessional!!! Shoutout to the manteca branch who came in and got the order done rushed and on time.

Fantastic customer service! I was submitting an online order that I wanted to have delivered today, however I was pushing the clock and wasnt sure if they would be able to get it delivered before the end of the business day. I called to see if it was possible and she told me she could get it there. We got off the phone and I submitted the order. It was delivered within 2 hours! She made it happen for me even with other orders to finish and deliver!

The girls always do a great job. I think they should be able to accept tips, however they are not. Too bad because in their line of work they deserve it.

If you like fresh fruit this is the perfect place to go.

This is wrong i had to choose 1 STAR to even make a comment on here. 0/10 FROM ME. I HOPE THE MANAGER GINA LOSES HER JOB FOR BEING RUDE TO CUSTOMERS SO SHE CAN LEARN A LIFE LESSON!!!! NOT ONLY WAS SHE INCOMPETENT ON HOW TO MAKE A QUALITY CHOCOLATE DIPPED VALENTINES DAY BOX, SHE COULD NOT MAKE IT RIGHT 3X NOR COULD SHE RECOMMEND ANOTHER TYPE OF FRUIT, AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE MY HUSBAND HIS MONEY BACK, SHE ALSO WOULD NOT CREDIT MY EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT FROM MY JOB WHICH SHOULD OF BEEN 10% OFF OUR ORDER. SURE I HOPE I MADE HER THINK ABOUT AMERICAN STANDARDS BY ASKING IF THAT WAS THE BEST SHE CAN DO. SHE ALSO HAD NERVE TO TELL ME SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH ME AND MY HEAD, AND THAT SHE WAS GOING TO CALL THE COPS IF I DIDNT LEAVE. I FELT SO FLATTERED INFACT TO BE POLITE I BATTED MY EYES RIGHT BACK AT HER AND OFFERED TO CALL THEM FOR HER OH!
