Amazing place! Theyve got so many different things to buy, and the service is simple, and fast! The people standing at the door are nice too! Everyone in Tracy seems to be nice. Are we in America, or Canada?

Today I went in 8/22/21 I know its busy cashiers are very rude mavdeep was one I was talking to the other cashier no response at all just throwing stuff I will not be back

If you like to change around your house at least once a year walmart is cheap and has a variety of colors and designs to decor your home

I must admit, the last couple of times I have visited walmart the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Very limited selection of bikes and very few employees available to help customers. The bike area only has a few selections for kids. The adult bikes are mostly cheap Huffing of the same model. Electronics area was unattended for the 30 minutes I spent in the store. I tried calling them six times after I returned home but they never picked up the phone. They have a cellphone rep that only comes in at noon but theres no way to know that ahead of time.

Excellent and friendly staff! Our room was exceptionally spacious. Great view of the pool from balcony. Love their gift store and we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast! All just a short walk away! Cant wait to stay here again!

I only go to Walmart if I absolutely have to!! Their customer service on the floor is exceptionally poor. They locked everything up and you have to wait forever get anything! I mean cologne body wash? But yet they have vitamins that cost $100 sitting free give me a break!

First time trying the curbside pickup. I tried calling the posted phone number to let them know I was there. No answer and the voicemail box was full. I caught one of their attendants and he scanned my barcode in the email and brought my order right back outside to my trunk. Great recovery on his part. Anthony was his name. Hopefully the store reads these comments and, at least, acknowledges him and his efforts.

I use to love going to Walmart but now I dread going. The lines are way too long, to pay with cash is a joke because you have to stand in line and every thing is locked up. If you had a top notch security you wouldnt have to lock everything up and it takes almost hours before someone comes and opens the locked cabinets.

I like this place. There is almost anything I could find here. There are good food and mini stores. Awesome place...

It’s Walmart, what else to say. If you can’t find something in any store, probably Walmart will have it.Enough parking, gardening, pharmacy, photos and mostly all the services offered by Walmart is available here. Only drawback is not much wireless coverage inside the store that makes it difficult to use Walmart app to find aisle number for a product.

I find the staff here to be very helpful. It was really busy in the tech department and Darrell A. Kept his cool and assisted everyone.

Wanted something from jewelry department pushed the button no one came waited a while looked at the cards while waiting. Rang it again . finally a young women walked by talking in her ear piece whos working jewelry. Apparently the girl was out to lunch she said well someone has to be covering for her. Long story short rang it again someone finally came and the poor lady didnt know how to unlock the extra lock on the case.she went to get the key tried once didnt work .asked if I wanted to wait an half hour for the girl to come back from lunch. Im not that type of person to get nasty I just told her I will get something else and thanked her. I just went home.

Horrible customer service!Took them to long to unlock the case for mens t-shirts, went to the front of the store, no one had the key to assist the customer, so I said I was going to TARGET!Oh and the lady in the shoe department, Rude!!!I guess I will call for someone after asking several times could she help us.Maybe you should explain customer service to your associates, and sales, you loose money when customer leave dissatisfied and go to your competitors.

Bought a cell phone here from a rep named Ian. He suggested sprint because I could add my sons phone for a fair price. That never happened . I got my phone stolen, and come to find out, Ian made up his own pin # for my account as well as put a phony address, and e mail. I saw no.papwework, signed nothing . Sprint cannot send me a new phone because I dont have the pin number to my account, nor do they have my correct address or e mail. Ive reported this 5 weeks ago. Nothing has occurred. Meanwhile the phone number Ive had for 20 years is in sprints possession and Ive lost business everyday for over a month . Terrible customer service, and do not buy a cell phone from this store . I will be taking sprint, Ian, and this Walmart electronics depot. To small claims court, and I will win.

Things show on the shelves for a sale price but dont ring up as that price, so three times now Ive to got to take the pic for the manager and get money back, idk, some weird way. They need to fix that. Aside from that, they usually have what I need, friendly helpful staff, should have more lines open or allow check out yourself to be able to scan wine... their should be the employee who helps around the self checkout who can ok ur id quick... its absurd to have to go in a long line with 1 thing...

For the 4th time food was delivered to my address that I didnt order. This time I tried to contact Walmart so they could get the groceries to the right address. I tried calling the associates from the phone menu and three times the phone rang for 5 minutes and then disconnected. I tried other departments and reached the pharmacy but they were unable to transfer me to anyone who would pick up the phone.These groceries were supposed to be delivered by 8:00 am. I wasnt aware of them sitting outside my front door (because whomever delivered them did not knock on my door) until a neighbor knocked and told me they were there at 9:30 am. The ice cream had already melted, milk was warm.I spent over 30 minutes trying to talk to someone at this store to make them aware of the problem. Somewhere there is someone named N. I really hate that they have so many things lock up makes you feel that no one is trustee. When your shopping and in a hurry that really sucks. Becusae if you want couple of items but they are all lock up. You show up and find a few people waiting for the same clerk you have to wait in till they done and then you go to another area and have to wait some more. And sometime theirs no one around so you hit button but no one respond to your call and you walking around look to see who is in charge of that area asking all these clerks but no one has the key. Its just so bad that you dont want to shop any more, oh wait! when your walking out the store they have these long line to walk out because the person who check your receipt is so slow.

Tracy Walmart. Used the online grocery pick up on the App. The direction on the collection location were horrible. U need to go to the front of the store in the middle of the parking lot heading north. They have 9 spots marked to park in. My shopper was right out in seconds. I love this feature and will continue to use it because it works.

Store is very nice and clean however If lack of customer service a person this store will be it. I waited 15 minutes to get help at the power tool section and thats because I had to go track the guy in hunting and he didnt even knew he held a key for power tools. Get it together.

I will avoid Walmart or order for pick up in the future. Its too crowded and there are too many things locked in cases that makes a quick trip impossible. $3 shaving cream locked up? Plus the employee was rude, and kept making excuses for why it was taking so long when all I did was push the button. I dont want to shop somewhere that I feel I am constantly under suspicion.

You either love Walmart or hate it. I struggle because the staff is not helpful its always dirty in there and so it doesnt make your shopping experience enjoyable. But on the plus side the grocery department usually has things no other store does and that has always impressed me.

So far it seems like they trying to improve this location but need to keep things in stock... like upgrade their inventory of Chemical Guys products in the automotive section.

If you need something “unlocked” expect a long wait. Especially if your trying to buy legos. Tried twice to get legos here both times were half an hour wait. First time I had to complain at check out for them to send someone to unlock toys and this sweet little old lady working in make up area helped me out, even though it wasn’t her area. The second time I tried to get someone to unlock legos I gave up after 30 min. So whoever is responsible for unlocking the toy area sucks at their job!

Store was kind of messy, things hard to find. I had to ask multiple associates for hand soap. The young lady watching self check out said nothing as people jumped the very long line. Needs to be supervised by someone not afraid to speak up. Selections were better stocked than most Walmart stores. Associates were nicer than ALL other Walmart stores Ive been to.

Walmart is a fun store to shop in.I go in after a very hard day at work and really what makes my day is finding a DVD in the $5.00 bin! I began with just getting one...now I have a giant library from over the years of just passing by at the end of my day. :)

Was there 2 weeks ago. Went to self-check out which I usually do, but then end up regretting it when there’s issues and have to wait for the self-check out associate to either come back to their post, and then wave them down to eventually come over and help. Surprisingly, this time I had the most help I’ve ever received. Had an issue with some grapefruit and put it aside to deal with it last. I didn’t look up or wave for help, but an associate, Marof M, came over to me and explained there had been a problem with the grapefruit all day. He offered to go take it to the manager and explain. He quickly went over to the manager (who was standing around with 2 other workers just talking). When he came back, he said he needed to go check the price and would be right back. He then quickly went to the grocery dept and came quickly back.I have never had a Wal-Mart associate take the initiative to approach me for help before I ask. Usually you have to find one first and then wave them down for help.Further, he was willing to go speak to the manager and then go do a price-check quickly and help me with my issue. Very impressed! When I see that a certain department is open until 8pm and I rush to get there with 5 min to spare and they have shut down the department already I want to scream! Every job I’ve ever worked for has disciplined the manager if they close early by even one minute. These people make up the rules as they go, I swear.

Friendly associates on the floor. Did not have items in stock that website stated. Also no carts available. No carts within the first 5 parking spaces all across the lot. After walking across the lot to the inside of store you are expected to hoo back out and find your own cart

It was not a peaceful experience. I went two days in a row at 12 noon for some chicken and they did not even have any chicken ready on a weekend?

This Walmart location is great but they dont seem to have the same customer service. Until you meet Grandma....shes the exception to the rule and went above and beyond my expectations. The Tech/T.V. Department is where we met, and she truly made me feel at home! My grin was a mile wide upon leaving... and its all because of Grandma!

On 4/3/21 I bought a Weber grill to give as a gift for my son’s friend who is having a housewarming party. When we arrived, I immediately and excitedly open the box at our friends house in Sacramento, I found out that it was incomplete. One of the wheel, pan and volts were missing. The embarrassment, pain and suffering we felt was horrible simply because I had to make a run for another grill in order to cook our steak, lobster and shrimp. This is not acceptable here in America where we have rules for reasons like this. This has to be management slacking off. Walmart needs to be accountable no matter how small. I don’t understand how a box of grill can be sold incomplete. You ruined our whole family’s Easter weekend. As I was in the process of returning the incomplete grill, I told three of the ladies in the customer service return area to please make sure not to sell that Weber grill because I don’t want anybody else to go through what I went through.

I am not a fan of Walmart period, in any location. All and all this store isnt horrible, kept in decent order but there are a lot of unpacked crates sitting around that make it a challenge to get around at times, and the isles arent exactly clean, but its Wal-Mart and naturally doesnt attract people with much class.

The one stop shop, non specialized low end, better be able to answer your own technical questions cause you probably come through the door with more knowledge of what youre looking for than anyone working there Super Store. But hey...... they fit just about everything you need and a lot of great impulse buy stuff.

So I had a vet appointment, in which I needed to drop-off my cat. (Coming from Antioch) So I had spare time. I went to this Walmart, and Im impressed. Its a very stocked, organized, and clean store. Overall, an inviting place. Recommended!

Walmart has low prices on tons of stuff yes, but checking out is always, always, always a nightmare. I was considering getting Walmart+ but, I try honestly just avoid Walmart all together. Never ever enough cashier s. Target will always beat them in the service department.

It was fine. Was not very crowded but I waited in line a little long I believe.

I called ahead to see if they had the flavor protein bars that I like. It took a while to get someone on the phone but the lady was very helpful and checked the stock to confirm. They always carry a large selection of these bars which I appreciate.

Terrible service. Arrived an no carts available. 2 peoe out collecting carts. brings them back and leaves them outside so you can get to them. Store very disorganized. Staff doesnt care. Only 2 people checking people out. Expecting customers to check themselves out. Talked to manager Joel and let him know there was only 2 cashiers. He says oh really in a snarky, condescending who cares attitude voice. I said yes really. Get to check out wait over a half over to get to cashier who takes her sweet time. Then doesnt wa t to bag because we brought bags which is what your supposed to fo. But if you buy more bags then they will bag your stuff. Over worst store around. Walmart customer service and employee attitude towards customers is the worst.

Be careful if you order online and pick up in store. They canceling frequently. I think they doesn’t keep the item and nobody doesn’t care to customer. Find somewhere to buy.

This Walmart is hit or miss on many things. Sometimes its really well stocked and organized, sometimes not so much. Theres way too many items locked up so you need to have an employee unlock the item and place in a smaller box that will be unlocked at the register which not every clerk has a key! If youre in a hurry, its not the place to shop. Best thing is to check app first if youre looking for something specific.

Doesnt always feel like the safest parking lot in town to be in. Its Walmart, the prices are good. However this particular store doesnt seem to always have items in stock. In fact it seems to be the least stocked Walmart around. I tend to only shop here when I need a variety of items varying from produce to office supplies. Additionally everything is locked up. Make up, shampoos etc. Kinda a drag that you have to call and wait for someone to open the case
