If I could give less then 1 star I would. This place is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever in my 53 years on this earth had the unfortunate experience going to. My insurance forced me to use this god awful excuse of a store and EVERY TIME I have ever come here they screw up my Rx. Even if you call ahead and spend (waste) your time speaking to someone they screw it up. I picture whoever is on the other side of the call, air pouring out of their ears. Not only do they mess up your Rx but they can’t figure out what’s wrong, until you waste another 20 minutes of them going back and forth to each other and then finally figure out their mistake. And then tell you it’s going to be another 20 minute wait while the pharmacist fixes your prescription.
I’ve never had an issue with CVS on 11th Street in Tracy, Ca. My family has used this location for years. I had just one “bad” experience, but I chalked it up to just a weird day. It was just one time, and wasn’t anything that would make me stop using this location. I’ve always found the pharmacists at this location to be helpful, unhurried when consulting, and competent. I’ve never seen pharmacy staff on their cell phones, as many reviews have mentioned.
I have been using this CVS location for couple of years now and conitions have not improved. I moved here from east coast where CVS stores have been renovated and modernized throughout. This location has rundown and pharmacy is the worst part of the store. They have had one credit card machine that has no pen for almost over a year now! Customer service is a hit of miss. But for the convenience and the fact that it is a pain to change a pharmacy through doctors office, I am still using this location.
The pharmacy staff are particularly unhelpful. Will not go out of their normal process to assist in any way. Lazy to the point of rudeness.
Although, this pharmacy is always very busy I am always treated kindly and get my prescriptions promptly. Ive been using this pharmacy for over 3 years & again with the exception of it being very busy most of the time (which tells you many people use this pharmacy) Ive never had an issue. There will always be good and bad days at any retail/restaurant/company some days slower then usual, people calling out and I try to keep that in mind when I have a not so good experience somewhere.
Worst pharmacy customer service . Almost every time I order my mom’s medications the pharmacy keep saying no response from the doctor office . When I call the doctor office always saying we already sent it to the pharmacy.Last call today I called the pharmacy said they didn’t get anything yet from the doctor! I called the doctor office they said it has been set to the pharmacy on 03/13/19 I called the pharmacy again same day they said nothing yet from the doctor !!!!! I called the doctor office again lady who answered my call put me on hold while she called the pharmacy and they told her it’s ready !! Really ? When I called CVS 2 times in 30 minutes keep telling me it’s not ready ! And when the doctor office called them said it’s ready ! ! So why keep telling me not ready and once the doctor office called you said it’s ready ! . Of course we’ll change to a different pharmacy
This pharmacy is horrible. Every time I come here, theres an extremely long wait to have anything filled. This time, I planned on coming Friday after work, I called at 5:30, and asked if it could be ready by 8pm. The pharmacy tech said that wouldnt be a problem. Thanks to unforseen car circumstances and here I am two days later to pick up my should be ready presctription. But no, they say its not ready, and is currently being worked on. Effing really? Now Ive been waiting for 20 minutes, and its STILL not ready!? And theres only been 2 other customers here while Ive been waiting to pick up! This CVS pharmacy sucks. Im switching to Walgreens!
I wish there would be button for negative 5 too. CVS SUCKS! First of all they were giving me someone else’s medicine & on top of that they are so rude. I do understand that sometimes technology gives you trouble but it won’t give you a right to be rude to others. They are NOT emphatic to others. I wouldn’t recommend CVS to others.

Very poor customer service. The employees has no medical information and has no idea how to prioritize their work flow base on medical emergency. They delay antibiotics perscribtion for 24 hours just because they have other stuff to do and they will not able to do it!!! The lady, Ghazal who was taking the perscribtion had zero understanding of situation!!!!!
I had a 30% off coupon and a $5 reward. They took the 30% off after the reward.
Pharmacy is the worst...rude staff. Ill blame it on the pharmacist that sees and hears everything and doesnt do anything about the rude staff. A girl started arguing with me about my birthday and may name!!! And that Im not in the system. Even though in the end she found my info in the system.
Im not sure where they get these people, but they need to be trained to be more customer courteous and understanding to their customers. They are really rude!!!

This locations is the WORST - PHARMACY ESPECIALLY, some basic ques. to their staff - they have this swarmy, snarky, sarcastic, s*ank attitude like they cant be bothered to actually put down their personal cell phones long enuf to give you hateful, contemptuous stare for having to interrupt their B.S. gossip about their boyfriends, girlfriends, bad mouthing about their co-workers etc. noli tricks - thats her name! and shahina are difficult, spiteful personalities - the rest are even worse. They consider YOU THE CUSTOMER A HUGE INCONVENIENCE, you know, for actually having to do jobs the lazy bunch get PAID TO DO? Do yourself favor - lose your $$ & aggravation elsewhere. Theres a reason CVS is SHUTTING DOWN stores nationwide - DOWNSIZING USUALLY DOESNT HAPPEN TO BOOMING BUSINESSES ?
Did not know that pharmacies can pick and choose which prescriptions they feel until I came to this one standing there with a broken foot in a cast I hand the lady at the count my prescription and then she speaks up real loud so everyone around me can heal the type of medication I have prescribed to me no respect for my privacy and they tell me oh we dont feel narcotic prescription veteran of the Navy fought a war for this country and still in the reserves and i get this type of treatment seriously considering filing a lawsuit against the pharmacy I dont know if this is standard policy for CVS or this one alone but this Pharmacy needs a serious review of its employees
Very unprofessional pharmacy staff very rude took me like 10 minutes to get someone to come up to the counter cuz she was on a cell phone I get it we all have a personal life but if I was on my cell phone at work and make someone wait my boss would fire me in a second cvs if you read this you seriously need to review your staff in this store and probably let a few if not most of them go and hire someone that actually knows how to do their job properly this is a very unprofessional pharmacy

I just called the CVS at 1885 W 11th St in Tracy, CA. The person answers, and said please hold, there are five callers ahead of you and before I could say anything I was on hold.This is something I would expect from Walgreens, which is why I switched to CVS.... do I need to switch yet again to another pharmacy?
