I truly love Bed Bath & Beyond. It literally has the most random items that you might not need but it will make your life a little bit better. My mother frequent this one quite a lot since her house is quite close, so we decided to go in for a little while and look for a toaster oven. We ended up leaving with a lot more but we also found the toaster ovens thanks to one of the workers there. We also took a little break in one of the massage chairs but were somewhat rudely interrupted when a small older man came over and probably told us it was his turn in a massage chair. Not sure when he even got there or why he thought it was appropriate to do that but its whatever my mother and I were ready to leave anyway. Besides possibly rude customers the store workers are quite nice so your experience should be a good one.

This Visit Was Very Disappointing... there was a bar stool (display) priced $79 the Same exactly item but IN a box priced $89... I decided to take the one in the box, didnt wanna take the display, trusting to be honored the same price I carried it to the front cash registers,but happened that the price was $89 !! There was a manager that Did N0T wanted to honor the price! She wanted me to pay $10. For the box, lady mgr was Very Rude and N0T willing to work anything out! So I left without it! 😾

It is nice that there is a place that you can go that has a good selection and options that specializes in houseware. The price point is a little high for the quality of products though. The place is clean and well organized. Friendly staff but had to wait in line that took way too long. They should have more staff working at the registers during prime-time hours.

Great customer service! Came in looking for maternity pillow, and unfortunately they didnt have any available on their floor. The Sales Associate, I believe her name was Sandra, was professional, super friendly and really helpful, as she assisted my husband and I in ordering the product online. Typically, I would order online on my own, but Im glad we visited the store and received awesome customer service from our Sales Associate! Would definitely come back again for any of our household needs!

Unfortunately my experience today 12/19/18 at the Tracy, CA. store was very, very NEGATIVE. The insulting and assumptive attitude of the young male cashier was accusatory, rude and insulting. After parking my car, I retrieved a cart from outside of the store . It had been raining most of the morning. I went to the coffee products isle, Ifound what I needed to purchase . I needed an additional box of expresso pods. A sales clerk appeared and after making my request he quickly retrieved the product and placed it in the cart. I got in the line and waited my turn.A different young man proceeded to total my order. I couldnt help but feel the negative attitude (towards me).He asked me, if I had spilled something on the box???. I couldnt believe the question...I answered, noHis coworker, informed him, that the cart was wet, due to the rain . He did get the rage that he was seeking so, then he proceeded to find fault with my coupons .It was obvious that we were not racially the same. His question began to be simple minded and did not follow the policies that I was accustomed to when I shop at the Dublin Store. The young man began asking questions that made no logical train of thought. Too, too bad that he did not pay attention during the job training portions that taught PR skills and polite customer service.If he and his poor skills are allowed to go unchecked he could do great damage to the Branding Image of Bed and Bath Stores.Finally I asked to speak to his managerShe came to assist him with the transaction .Immediately this young man gathered himself together and his Negative Attitude, was still present but with a new witness he tried to hide his disdain. I felt totally drained after what should have been a short positive transaction. No one should have to be disrespected by this employee or any other.Shoppers Beware !!!!!!

B B & B has everything you need for your home & outdoor entertainment. Right now its their storewide clearance . Great customer service, clean & organized store. You have to tour the entire store to appreciate the variety of items.

Spacious store, well organized, helpful staff. Located in a small shopping area adjacent to Walmart. Usually empty most days so finding what you need or getting sales assistance shouldnt be an issue.

I purchased a Shark Vacuum the day before Thanksgiving. The check out person was so rude. He started to check me out and as he was ringing me up I had put a gift card on the counter as well as my credit card and as I was getting my 20% discount card unclipped to give to the clerk he finished the transaction before he used my discount coupon. I asked why he didnt use the coupon and he said it was too late that he already rang me up. He had seen me trying to get coupon uncapped. I told him he should have asked me if I had a coupon and his comment to me was thats not my job. I was so shocked.Im from out of state and never have I been treated so ridley.B&B should teach their help that the customer is always right even if they think it isnt so. I shop at B&B where I live an have never been treated so bad.

I love this store! They have just about everything you need for your home and if you cant find it in the store they can order it for you. Awesome Customer Service every time I visit the store!!
