Tracy Awards & Embroidery is AWESOME! They made a name plate for my flag display case. They are very friendly and helpful. And, patient! I made a change to my plate and they were very accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend for any of your work.

They made me a BEAUTIFUL football jersey type shirt to wear to my grandsons football games. It was made EXACTLY as I requested, was ready early, looked GREAT and has lasted through several seasons. The price was VERY reasonable. I also purchased a beautiful blue blanket with the Kimball High School logo on it. Its very warm and comfy when its chilly at the games. Will use them whenever I need their types of services. Customer service was great too. Very nice people!!

Gave one star because no stars was not an option. Do not go here. I was told my Letterman jacket would be finished in 2 weeks turned into a 2 month ordeal. Paid over $300 for embroidery and patches. When I finally got the jacket the name was not done as ordered and the patches were sewn on in the wrong place. I requested that the owner call me. Its been over a month and no response. My biggest regret is paying for the work before it was completed. Do not go here you will only be frustrated.Wendy Bowers

Awful awful awful dont waste your time. I would say dont waste your money but the price isnt the problem. It is the lack of customer service. They make promises and then dont follow through with them. So so sad. I have had letter men work here in the past and it was A+ NOW it is just sad.Tracy Awards and Embroidery please take this review to heart and make the needed changes.

I was told that my jacket would be ready by July 26th. It is now Sept 14th and its still not done. I was supposed to have it in time for my senior portraits. To add insult to injury, I received a voice message on Aug 29th, stating that jacket was ready for pick up. However when I arrived, I was once again told that my jacket was not ready. The customer service is terrible. To date, I still do not know when my jacket will be ready. Dont waste your time and money with this company. They obviously do not care about their customers.

I am very disappointed, I went in two days ago and was told they would be back to me the same day with a quote for my work that needed to be done. Well, we are two days past no phone calls no emails and when I just called to remind them no one has a clue. They must be making a lot of money to throw other business away! They wont see any of my business!

Let’s just say that I’ve gone over there about three or four times and they haven’t been open. How do you expect to get something done if it’s never open????
