I always buy jewelry and clothes there but on September 3 was the worse day of my life. I brought it earring for $55. I tried to wear it next day for the party the one of the earring broke I called them right away one the the lady told me were close due to holiday you can bring tomorrow to exchange it, when I take the earring back others lady told me I cannot exchange it because its broken I told her it broke while I was putting it on. she made nasty face and walked away from me she didnt even listen to me.Unfortunately I guess once they have your money they could care less about providing support or customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves and their business practices. I never wrote bad reviews about anybody but this was too much the way lady acted toward me. No sense of humor. Its not about money its all about trust and relationship between customer.
