Our Laser machine broke down so we called Steve. He got back with us immediately, made the time to drive up here and fixed our machine in such a timely manner we wont use ANY ONE else but him from now on!! He completely looked over everything and explained it all to us...he is so thorough and definitely knows his equipment. Call Steve....you wont regret it!!

Unfortunately I have stopped utilizing this local shop. I have used them for years but at this point its no longer working. After taking my laser hair removal system to them in December of 2014 for a specific issue, it developed the same issue now in early July of 2015. After years of returning to them they felt the need to charge me the full amount regardless of the reoccurring nature of the issue and the neglect on their part to repair the issue fully the first time around. The reason I will not be continuing business with them is the unwillingness to at least reduce the $900.00 repair bill for the second time in seven months considering it was 2-3 hours of work and a reoccurring issue due to the incomplete work.

We have a medical laser that Steve worked on we were very pleased with his knowledge and his performance would recommend his services and we plan on using him again

Fantastic service and although its pricey, all laser work is and it is done right.
