We stopped in here March 13th 2021 and selection was definitely way down due to everyone going out and buying everything. The side by side that we went to buy had just sold an hour before we had gotten there and there is no expected date for anymore to come in. Kinda saddening but that’s how it works nowadays. Trying to get information to see if they have a dirt bike in stock is impossible! I gave my email, AND phone number thinking that was enough to show that Im ready to buy! WRONG! I didnt give them my last name fast enough, conversation ended and havent heard from since. Hard doing business locally when they wont do business with you. Id give a zero star if possible.

I went to Tracy Motorsports for my 600 mile service on my Yamaha Tracer 900. I chose to travel to Tracy Motorsports because of the excellent reviews. The 600 mile service was performed promptly and professionally. Unfortunately though I had discovered a screw in my rear tire and needed it changed. They recommend a Dunlop road smart 3 to best match my stock tire. I agreed and they mounted the tire same day and I had my bike back in a timely manner. However, when I got home to inspect the tire I noticed that it was made in April of 2017 so it will age out soon. I wrote a review expressing my dissatisfaction with the tire on google. To my surprise I received a call from Noah at Tracy Moto who wanted to make the situation right. We discussed several different options and found a solution. Noah and they original staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with there service. I will definitely be going back to Tracy Motorsports for my motorcycle needs.Original 1 star post:So I went to Tracy Moto for the 600 mile service on my Tracer 900 and when I was dropping it off I notice a screw in my rear tire. I decided to change the tire due to this and the sales representative said he would take care of it. I told him to make sure the front matched the back and he said there is no need for them to match exactly. He then said he had a dunlop which was similar enough to work so I agreed. I have recently put up a review and then took it down because they call me shortly after and told me it was ready, so we trusted there experience and took the rzr home before taking it one of the plastics did not fit properly and when we brought it to the attention of jeff one of the technicians he said its not a Ferreira its just a rzr. Its defenetly not a Ferreira bt it did cost 36,000 dollars. Once we got home after inspecting it throughly there was multiple issues-the liquids wer not check ( water, oils and fuel)-wierd noise is coming from either the transmission of the motorI just want to let people know to be careful were you the get youre work done on youre toys. Hope thise onfo helps people make a inform decision.

Front wheel bearings went out while trekking cross country. Stoned service writer tried very hard to convince me my rotors were warped causing my head wobble. Said they were too booked to help. A week out. Wouldnt let me borrow any tools (understandable) to let me bust out my own bearings. I have been a Honda motorcycle mechanic for a decade, these guys tried to leave me stranded hundreds of miles from where I started and was ending my day. My shop would have, and has, gone above and beyond for people in the same shoes I was in at this time. These guys do NOT do that. Thank god Braap Motorsorts in Modesto took care of me after I rode the extra hundred miles on a wobbly front wheel to get there.

........Most unprofessional Establishment. I drove almost two hours away for a PWC that was in stock. Arrived around 11 to 12 noontime. (No other customers there at this time) Long story short after being approved for the PWC in full amount. they tell me sorry the PWC has been sold 🤔 (very unprofessional) I guess we Were racially profiled and they automatically assumed we weren’t capable of the purchase!!!! Or just playing favoritism to the other guy that just got to the store ah few hours after we’ve been there one or the other🤷‍♂️ Again very unprofessional !!!!!so if you have your heart set on Anything at this location I would suggest You find another location with it because they pick and choose who they want to sell things to🤦‍♂️ Oh yea Junior was cool as for the people above him just plain chicken sh!tt👊

I have my motorcycle stored in Tracy while Im stationed over in Japan and was getting ready to come home. I had called to see if they could assist me with a no start issue and was told it would be $189 for an hour and a half labor to troubleshoot and check the fuses and batteries.I setup everything and was shocked to get a quote for over $3,000 to completely go through my bike. I was told because my motorcycle had been customized and sitting in storage they would have to put original parts back on I refused to pay that amount and was told it would now be $250 because they did compression testing and other inspections.Avoid this place at all costs of you have modifications to your motorcycle!

Traveling through, and no other place within 200 miles was willing to take the time to help, or to fit me into the shop schedule. Then they went and had to be helpful that morning before they were even open, and another employee made sure I had coffee while sitting on a comfy couch waiting for my motorcycle. A little disturbing how well it went, after so much trouble with so many other shops.Maybe the timing played a role, maybe my level of desperation affected my feelings after the fact. But these folks did so well, and got me back on the road carving out the curves so quickly. Im thrilled. If I find myself in the area again, I know who to call.

Went in end of June to get my first bike. I was looking at their Honda Rebel 500. Talked to Jerry Brandt who didn’t seem to really care I was there even though their show room had zero customers. Anyway I gave him the benefit of the doubt and took his card. Called him up to find out and asked about the Rebel and if they could get their hands on a specific color. He said he’d find out and call me back. Waited a week (it was July 18) and never heard from him and honestly didn’t expect to. Took a trip that day after not hearing from him and bought my bike from Modesto Honda Kawasaki KTM who were amazing! Hopefully the service department at Tracy know more about customer service.

If you saw Julia Roberts in “Pretty Woman” when they wouldn’t let her buy anything, that was my experience. The sales representative told me I should’ve come in a few months ago, I told him we were shelter in place. He said that‘s when everybody else came in. I’m not everybody else. Asked him to tell me about the different ones they had on hand, he said, this one does tricks and this one has storage. Ok, but that still doesn’t tell me much. No other specs, details, nothing. It was like pulling teeth with the sales rep. He also walked away in the middle of this potential sale to talk to someone. I had to find him again, to ask about the buying process. He said I could finance...well, maybe I wanted to buy it out right. I asked about sales or rebates, he said I should’ve come in March. I asked him to double check, he didn’t. I’m here to purchase but I want to make an educated purchase. He hasn’t tried to sell me anything and it doesn’t seem like he wants to. This is how much he didn’t want to make a sale....Entertain me with your financing because hopefully, he knows how to do that. Big fat NOPE! He “couldn’t find the loan calculator on his phone”...last I checked, a regular calculator worked just fine. So, he doesn’t want me to purchase out right, nor does he want me to finance. Got it! I’m happily taking my business elsewhere, to someone who knows their products, has more knowledgeable customer service, and will sell me the toys I would like to buy. Hope he doesn’t work on commission because that’s a BIG MISTAKE. I’ve got to go shopping now.

Recently purchased a Ranger side by side.Smooth transition of paper work and getting it delivered to our residence.After delivery was made of our unit we noticed the helmets that came with it were not delivered.I called the next morning and spoke with Juvi and within an Hour our helmets were delivered to our residence in Newman from Tracy.Now that is customer service!!Thank you Tracy motorsports for your great experience!!!

After my first experience here, Mike the manager called me to rectify the issues. He told me he would make things right if i gave their dealership another opportunity. Service manager made me feel very comfortable about not only the service, but also the security of leaving my extra large trailer and boats with them. Although we did buy our boats here, we are well aware we can service them anywhere but still choose to come back because of the personal attention we receive.

Its the only motor sports store in Tracy.. but its a cool locally owned store. They have a decent selection and dont hard sell, which is very nice. Its worth checking in for used bikes and new bikes. They have a good amount of dirt, plenty of street bikes, and some cruisers. They have a small collection of gear to choose from as well.Ive had my bike serviced several times and their service & parts departments are quick, friendly and helpful. Pleasure doing business with them.

Usually a really great experience with all of the staff especially Rachel in parts. But on my last visit I had a recall done on my Turbo S RZR and I blew a belt 2 miles into my very next ride leaving me and my family stranded. Thank God someone was there to help us out and thanks to Rachels recommendation I had a spare belt. Just a nite that I only had 20 hours km the belt before it blew after the service. Basically my RZR was brand new. Hopefully someone will see this message and help us out.

I bought my bike from here last year, i gave these guys such a hard time through the entire sale and the sales manager still did everything he can to give me an amazing deal. I also get my bike serviced here since i was sure to get quality work from Honda certified mechanics, even though the service writer Steven seems overworked he always took the time to give me a personal experience every time i came in and every time i called, he was very knowledgeable and always told me the best options to save me time and money. Even though I moved to Modesto I would never take my bike anywhere else.

What a great dealership!I have been stopping by Tracy Motorsports for a long time and always had an excellent experience. I enjoy looking at all the different bikes. Mike and Neal have been my regular contacts, always friendly and wanting to talk about our passions-motorcycles.Today, Saturday, July 23, 2016, my motorcycle riding group, San Jose Victory Spirit Riders, decided to take a ride to Tracy and visit the dealership. We previously called and talked to a very nice lady named Leslie Snowden who told us they would have a not too fancy BBQ for us.When we arrived, all I could say is WOW! The Best Hot Dogs (after all it was national hot dog day) I had tasted, cooked to perfection. There was soda, water chips, unbelievable selection of condiments (several choices of fancy mustard) and I dont want to forget the great chili and shredded cheese. Way more than we expected and the welcome hospitality from the dealership was unbelievable. That had us park our bikes (Victories) right by the entrance in the shade (Temperature was 100 degrees). Our group enjoyed talking to several other motorcycle riders that were visiting the store and answering questions about our bike such as, How do you like that Victory Vision. One person asked me about my thoughts on the Vulcan, which in my opinion an excellent bike, as several of our riders own them (our riding group is open to all bikes-you do not have to own a Victory).Our group had a great time because of the hospitality Leslie and staff showed us.Even though I live in Campbell, CA, I ride up to Sacramento area 1-2 times per month to visit family. I always make it a point to stop by and always make a purchase between $10-$75 as they have items I cant get anywhere else such as specialty Cell Phone mounts, my Star Tron fuel additive and a special model Battery Tender I cant find.I will definitely be back, as will our group, because this was one of the nicest days we ever had!

I recently needed tires for my GSXR 750. Steven, Monica and Trevor went the extra mile to accommodate me at the last minute and very late on a Friday (as I was commuting from Redwood City) to get them on before it became to dangerous to ride. Im always grateful for the service I receive, which is why I go out of my way to make sure that only Tracy Motorsports works on my bikes (this is now the 3rd bike I have trusted with them), despite living closer to two other dealerships. Cheers to this service team! Without hesitation, I recommend them.

Great place to shop for atvs some pricing is a little high

Even though they dont carry the Sea-Doo boat they still had the part that I was looking for. The parts man I spoke to on the phone was extremely knowledgeable and nice. The price was the same as I would pay online minus the shipping I would have had to pay and being in stock really helped

Mark was very knowledgeable about the RZR and gave me much good information. He was a pleasure to work with on the purchase of my new toy. He is very easy going and made me feel comfortable. Definitely will do business here again.

I give this place a 5 stars because of how fast their service is, the selection of motorcycles, the friendly customer service, and the fact they honor their prices listed online.I walk into the dealership nervous as this is my first motorcycle I will purchase and I was given the freedom to browse around and take a look at their inventory. I was then greeted by a salesmen who I notified about an online sale they have listed on their website which attracted me to come to their facility. He was not aware of that sale and pricing listed but he honored and respected that price and started working on paperwork right away.After signing a few papers, I was finally able to leave with my 2017 Honda CB300F paid all with cash and I love a dealership who accepts and even gives a discount for paying in cash. I let them get the motorcycle prepared for me and they had it ready within the next two hours.I am happy customer and plan on coming back looking forward to buying my dream motorcycle from them.
