Purchased a gas cylinder that unfortunately proved defective. Called customer service and after a very short conversation they promptly offered to send a replacement. There was no hassle and need to return the defective unit.

My wife bought an Executive chair and it was too high her feet could not hit the carpet and the keyboard was not in the right position. I bought a 2.1 short gas cylinder replacement. It was shipped carefully with bubble wrap to protect it. I used my pipe wrench and hammer to remove the old tall gas cylinder and now my wifes feet hit the carpet and her keyboard is in the correct place for typing. I would have liked to give this more than 5 stars.Leon H

EChairParts is legit!! I was initially skeptical, I had never heard of them.They are awesome.I bought an ErgoChair 2 only to discover it did not go high enough for me. I did some research and found out a gas cylinder was the answer to make it work. I bought one from Amazon and it made my chair into a bar stool no good.I found their site. See the picture. I told David what I needed. He taught me how to measure it, gave him the results, and then he told me the part to get. And it worked. I needed something super specific and he had it and advised.This has been one of the best customer support experiences Ive had.
