They locked the doors 5 min early and when I asked an associate if I could grab something I needed for a project they told me there was nothing they could do.......I know I was cutting it a bit short but my total transaction would have got me outta there before 9 but instead of helping out they decided closing up early was more important

The store is always clean. When you ask where something is they find out for you. No wait in line. I like to order on line and pick up in store. Very convenient. Ashlee at the checkout was particularly friendly.

I’m a BIG Michael’s girl. Love the place! This Michael’s I’ve only done pick up orders, but they are always so friendly on the phone when you tell them you’ve arrived, they’re super quick and so so nice when they bring out your order! I will def be checking out the inside soon when I’m not being so lazy & have more time to browse! Def a good location with great staff!

Was asked to leave because I didnt wear a mask even though I was not sick, socially distanced, and had no intention on getting close enough to anyone for as long as necessary to warrant the need for a mask. I am well aware that my dollars mean nothing to you and I am more than ok with spending them at Amazon.

The store was not busy. They have a hand washing station before you enter the store, and they also provide facemasks if needed. The store is extremely clean. They are practicing social distancing and clean all counters and the credit card machines. They also have glass protection between Michaels associate and the customer. They are doing an excellent job.

Easy parking lot access and clean, organized store. Good discounts on season decorations and plenty of assistance available if you have any questions.

This Michaels allows dogs in the store, which is always a 5 stars for us! I called ahead to ask and make sure that a well behaved dog (not a service dog) could come in, and they happily said all dogs are welcomed!So my girl Shelby and I went inside and shopped for a bit. The staff was great, the store was clean, and our cashier was super friendly.If you are traveling with your pets and need some craft items, this is the place to go!

The nicest customer service Ive seen in the store in a very long time. I was very pleased to be able to shop here again without feeling like Im going to annoy the cashier or the employees just by doing what you do when you go into a Michaels store.

They never seem to have what Im looking for and when they do the coupons they offer arenthalf as good as the ones at Hobby Lobby

This place is a craft lovers dream! Competitive prices and deals galore! The staffs friendly and courteous. The gal at the register took the time to pull out the weekly ad and apply a discount on top of my already discounted, or sale items, and who doesnt like to save? They have a huge clearance aisle, awesome for the super thrifty spenders. I love Michaels!

The store is always clean and the products mostly organized. Its typically pretty easy to find what you want as the store layout is consistent with other Michaels, but there are sometimes issues with products being half opened or pens out of sorts in their organizers (sometimes). Employees are nice, if a bit too dispersed, but Im a frequent flier of sorts, so that might add to why I dont see them. There are assistance buttons to call for someone on closed cases which is nice.Coupons also make it worth it.

Great place! Have all your craft supplies and much more. I get a lot of my cake decorating stuff there. Also had a couple pictures framed there.

Supplies for all types of crafts! Lots of holiday decorations! I get a lot of decorations here. Always good deals on sale and can usually find coupons to use on their website.

Offers a nice variety of items, but the biggest reason I dont give them 5 stars ... they only accept one coupon per transaction.Their competitor, Joanns, goes out of their way to help you find multiple coupons during the check-out process. Saving you even more money. Cashiers are much more friendly as well. Recent experience had a young cashier give attitude that she really could have cared less to be there. Not good customer relations at all. Made me rethink shopping there in the future.

The store definitely needs a remodel to make it more inviting but they have a great selection of art supplies and crafting supplies. The sales are also pretty good.

I love Michaels. I go there for almost all my art supplies. The best walk in art store. All of the workers seem very informed about the products. The only cons is sometimes I cant find the brands of things I want and some of the prices are a bit high. Art supplies is usually expensive anyways though.

Very very big, everything you ever need, for example, the store is always on top of new styles, always has what you need to decorate your house. Michaels has everything you need. If you crochet then they got yarn, they got picture frames, cute chalk boards, etc. Very good place to go for whatever you need.

Found exactly what I wanted in little time. So many crafts but they are arranged in a customer friendly order.Michaels also has a charity that the customers can participate in.

Please for the love of God, if you are decorating a cake, get your icing somewhere else or make a buttercream. Save yourself the heartache. Otherwise its a nice store. I like Michaels, and this one seems to be run well. The employees seem happy and engaging, and the store is always clean and stocked. Thats about all I can ask. But seriously about the icing

Stopped in to just check it out. There was a lot of good sales! The cashier Destiny was super kind and made sure I got set up a new rewards after mine somehow does not exist any more.

Whether you already have a craft you are working on or are looking for one to do, they have everything. Sales are not amazing, some items are reasonably priced while others are a bit high for what they are. Some staff are great at helping when asked.

Needed some Arches watercolor paper. I called the day before. They said they had it. They didnt have the one she said they had but another. There were 6 in that particular rack however all of the were either smudged or bent. VERY disappointed.

We did the Design-A-Frame make break and our kids really enjoyed it. Couldve been better prepared though.

I do love Michaels overall but they seem to not ever staff in a way where an employee can be found to answer a question. It is always a clean and organized store with goid selection. If you are looking for fabrics then go to Joann Fabric and Crafts. For everything else ship Michaels.

Love this stores there are good sales a lot and if you sign up for and account they give you even more of a good deal! I got 5 canvases for 5$ yesterday what a great deal!
