These guys are great. We’ve experienced prompt and professional service at each and every interaction over the past five years or so. They definitely provide solutions to my needs.

I was referred to A Better Sound for TV installation’s in my previous home and was impressed with their outstanding customer service and pricing. So when we built a new home, of course we reached out to Josh and his staff for our Home audio/video needs which included a home theater system. I had also read a previous Google review which made me a little nervous and I discussed that with Josh the owner. He addressed each point the previous dissatisfied customer mentioned and being a small business owner my self, I believed his responses.I am glad we discussed things and the scope of our job. They met or exceeded our expectations in every aspect of the job and finished on budget and even more important, on time. We have had zero issues with the job and the owner has reached out on multiple occasions to see if everything was still performing as promised and to see if I had any questions or concerns. I subsequently referred them to a friend and they came thru with flying colors on their home theater system as well.Tremendous communication, customer service and fair pricing. I would highly recommend A Better Sound for all home audio/video needs.

Josh came to my home and promised to upgrade my WiFi and we’d add a new tv. He never returned ANY of my phone calls since. I don’t feel I can trust this company now. Poor service

Josh does good work but he doesnt return calls and his billing was downright fraudulent. Its too bad because he and his workers did a good job originally, but arent interested in service.

I have a TV that under warranty was to be repaired by this business. More specifically a TV remote. Almost a month later I still have not heard from this business other than a brief conversation with an office worker. No answers. No clue if this will get resolved. Several phone calls and emails were not returned including one message I left today saying that I just want a response. If this is how they run their business I wouldnt trust them to do ANYTHING let alone repair a television. They are either incompetent or dont care about their reputation.

They did our theater room and our whole house sound system in our 1st home. Now they are going to do our next home! Honest, reliable, and professional.

I just bought a house that this company ran wire in a few months ago. There are a bunch of cables labeled in the basement that we can’t find or locate.. No diagrams. He has a cell phone. His voicemail is full. I have texted him numerous times, so he is definitely receiving my messages. I drove to their business address and nobody was there. He won’t answer his phone! So I can’t ask a simple question like “where did you run the cables?” . I rarely get irritated to the point that I will take the time to write a negative review. My opinion is that if he won’t answer or call people back he shouldn’t be in business. This is going to cost me to have have to re-run the cables. Other reviews here seem to point to the same experience. Don’t use them. You would most likely regret it.
