I broke down next door to JNR at 4:00 on a Friday evening. I called and told Jordan I was heading downstate and really needed my car for the weekend. He ran over, drove my car for me to the garage and got right to work. He was hustling! At 5:04 I was pulling out of the parking lot with new parts installed and he was locking up the shop for the weekend. Nice guy, good work and very fair price! JNR Auto & Jordan were awesome. We were having car troubles while we were in Traverse City. Ended up needing an alternator for our Honda Odyssey. He was able to get us in on the holiday weekend. Swapped it out in less than 2 hours. Originally went to Dave’s Garage near by who wanted to charge us almost double the price because they knew we were desperate.
