Very professional and fast my preferred store of the three in traverse city.

I am happy with all Thirlby locations but the guys at Thirlby south are absolutely great!!!! They have always been extremely knowledgeable and go above and beyond the norm. The only place I choose to go.

Always friendly and knowledgeable. They put new windshield wipers on my car when my husband was in the hospital. No grumbling even though it was freezing out. Love them!

Best part store in town, very knowledgeable and always friendly staff at all locations, they also have hard to find parts or can get usually them in a day, all Thirlby stores are great and I wouldnt hesitate to shop there

A little over priced compared to everyone else selling auto parts..... everyone working there are all angry or snappy... disgruntled idk the word but I dont like it and I tried to go to a different store thirlby owns and they all act the same..... life sucks selling car parts huh.... hahaha

I worked there for over 5 years. It was a great place to work. Ed Thirlby and the rest of the family treat you like family. They are family owned and run. They help employees when they need it. Generally a good go-to but not so much this trip. No masks, clerks not really distancing, not enforcing distancing among some customers who werent, no curbside, had to sign a receipt with a community pen, didnt have all I needed . . . They were happy to help as best they could with the parts I needed but their concern for my health was missing. Impressed but not in a good way this time. Ill go elsewhere next time.

Great people work here I swear. My truck ran out of gas out front of their store and they paid for me to get to a gas station. Honest people and great to talk to as well. Store prices are great too. Definitely get my business.

Thirlby is the best. People in TC dont know how good they have it with these guys. They always have the parts I need and the guys are always super helpful. The machine shop here is second to none. Great guys and great work gets done back there.

The service here is amazing, to say the least! I went in to buy wiper blades and oil and when I couldn’t get my oil cap off, a young man came out and not only helped me remove it, but fixed it so that I could easily open it next time. Even before that, the cashier offered to install the wiper blades for me. I wasn’t driving the vehicle that needed the wiper blades, but I appreciated that so much! I am a woman who doesn’t know a ton about vehicle maintenance, so it is such a blessing to have that assistance, and not only that, I am never made to feel dumb for my lack of automotive knowledge.

Wonderful, I am from out of state. I had a battery connection problem, the young man that help me, came outside, looked at my battery connection, went back inside to get the proper bolts, put them in and would not allow me to pay for his labor. My being stranded was simply a $2.95 fix. thankyou so much

Very knowledgable folk. Their machine shop is well equipped and full of competent workers. They will point you in the right direction to balance price and quality for your wants and needs. Honest people, honest business, couldnt ask for more.
