We just got our tub delivered! So excited. The whole experience was great, we had done our research online and then went to the 3 dealers in our area. We werent really jazzed about the first 2 we went to but then we met Eric at Home and Hearth. Im in sales and he spoke my language...he educated us so that we could make an informed decision. We put down a deposit, I did further research and within 1 week of paying we have it up and running. Rebekah just emailed us asking if were happy with our purchase. The guys who installed it were prompt, efficient and nice. Overall, for first time owners, we are very happy.

I ordered a hot tub on June 30th, I knew there would be wait for it and was prepared, as I was still building a party barn for it anyway. Rebekah kept me informed and provided all the answers I had for them. Communication was spot on. We got a call and our hot tub came in, scheduled the delivery and install within a week it arrived. Really fast, Thank you. The installers came as scheduled and did an awesome job on getting the tub in position the way I wanted. They valued my input as much as I did theirs. Tub was up and running within 2 hours of them getting there. We have had our tub now for 3 days and have gotten in it last 2 nights, with a planned night tonight with friends. The tub is awesome. I recommend them for any of your hot tub requests.

Wanted my fireplace vented in lower level hallway. It was instead vented in a bedroom. Ask them to fix 3 time, once in person and ther by phone,, to no avail. NEVER FIXED. Took place the November 2020. Situation still not resolved.

Ordered a cover for my marquis hot tub in August. After a couple months contacted them they never ordered it even though we prepaid for it. They then ordered finally . Kept checking on it they were very rude kept saying we will contact you never came in finally did a charge back on credit card end of January. Terrible place.

Terrible place! Misleading - yes we have a hot tub only to find that it would not arrive for 6 months and was 2-3 times the current going price.STAFF DID NOT WEAR MASKS and when I requested they put on a mask I was told they DID NOT EVEN HAVE A MASK. Lots of American flag pins and hats but no consideration for the health of their customers. I will never deal with this business again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, I dropped my tub off for rodent damage and was told I would be called if service was over $1000. After 3 weeks and no call I decided to call Jim and left a voicemail. Four days later I called again because I still did not hear back. Jim finally called and said the total was $2100 and the tub was ready to be picked up. After disputing their work and the fact I was lied to they deducted $500 in labor bringing the total to $1565. At that point I just wanted the tub back in my possession. After I got home I noticed there were still tubes damage and dead mice laying in it. They also billed me $277 for MISC Caulk, Nails, Fasteners I took it to another service technician that night. That Technician confirmed my suspicions that they lied about half the work they did. He pulled 5 more dead mice from it and fixed everything they failed to for $250. DO your job correctly and be honest its really not that hard to do. Pictures are from after they serviced it. They did the bare minimum to get it working and billed me as if they did a full restore. Didnt even take the time to shop vac it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

We have found Home and Hearth to have exceptional products. After our old spa was struck by lightening we researched all the local companys. We found that we really wanted the Viking at Home & Hearth. We picked out all the colors and features and purchased our spa. They have been great to work with. They delivered and set it up and provided us with such good service that when we decided to invest in a new Grill we only went through them. We are glad they provide quality products and found the service great.

Poor service in warranty. Hot tub had a fiting leaking and they have had our hot tub for for three months now.

Purchased a GFI box for my Hot Springs spa. Salesman said he was unsure of the price since they had just put in a new computer system but estimated at $150. I did him the favor of letting him leave my card open once he knew a actual price. Salesman calls back stating the GFI was $575 and I needed to bring the box back after I had already had licenses electricians install unit. After many phone calls and a very pushy conversation the Salesman stated he would cut me a deal and only charge me $344 on a unit that at cost was $244. That was unacceptable to me. End result was me paying cost and I told him that Home & Hearth has lost me as a customer for life. Salesman responded with thats fine with him. Be wary of the cost on items from this location and know that even though TC is a small town H & H does not value their customers.
