The guy i dealt with was about as rude as ive ever had to deal with you would think dealing with customers would be a priority

Ive shopped at this building supply store for decades. Generally speaking, theyre very helpful to both Consumers as well as Businesses. If its not in stock, theyre able to place special orders for anything you may need. Earlier this month, I walked in (with my young daughter) to pick up a special order from Bob Nixon (very helpful gentleman). Bob was out of the office, leaving me to wonder who I should speak to next. Over the next 10 seconds, I heard a male employee voice from down the office hallway ...cursing both Gods name & the Name of Jesus. As a Christian, this is absolutely unacceptable to me. Unfortunately, I suggest you shop elsewhere...until this problem has been properly addressed.

Northern lumber is a great company. Somehow they can get products and material that nobody else can get. Their prices are competitive, but the service is outstanding. I work with Shawn Thomas, who is super helpful and always available.
