Extremely knowledgeable staff here and a broad range of batteries for everything. One look at my car remote and they knew the specific battery I needed. They happily tested the one I brought in to make sure that was the cause of the problem. Prices are very reasonable especially for the level of service you get. Great deals on bulbs too. Very pleased with the customer service I received. After I ordered online they called to let me know they had the same battery but for a lower price and wanted to know if I wanted that instead of the one I ordered. To me that personal service goes a long way, so much more personal than an email.

They were top notch.

They replaced my phone battery and the replacement died faster than the one they had replaced and was getting really hot. I took it back and they swapped batteries with no questions asked. Now my phone is back to normal.

Simplicity.The service experience to replace the front screen on my iPhone 8 was easy to schedule, lots of date and time options to select from, and the directions provided prior to the visit itself were very clear. At the time of the visit, the customer service from the associate was wonderful. All the procedures that were going to be performed were clearly stated, along with when the device should be completed (it took the full hour window, and it was disclosed it would be pushing right up to that hour to be completed). I loved the transparency and the follow up once the screen was finished. Hopefully I dont crack my screen again, but it was a very smooth and quick process to get it fixed at an affordable rate.

Dropped my phone off, and got it back a few hours later. Cost about 10 times what Id have had to pay Verizon/Asurion, but I also got my phone back on the same day. Didnt have to bother with shipping, and having to wait a few days without a phone.

Id never heard of this business before today, but found a great place to get my (out of warranty) iPhone repaired at half the cost of the Apple affiliated store (also a great place btw) and with zero wait here at Batteries + Bulbs vs with Apple having to send the phone in for the same repair. (I had a broken screen; no other problems). Im told Cam, the head repairman, has had years of experience with apple products, which gave me confidence.

I called the local store before placing my order online. I was told the battery they recommended would be the same size as the battery I was replacing. When I went to install it in my boat battery box, it was about 1.5 inches longer and did not fit. Purchased new battery box instead of returning.

Came in 10 minutes before closing knowing exactly what I needed. Counter person was rude. I explained the website was not working correctly and asked if I can get the 10% discount since I couldnt order on line. He did give me the discount but was not happy about it. I wont be going back.

Bought two halogen bulbs for microwave light, paid twice the price $15 compared to all other brands Ive seen around town, got a little over a month out of first bulb, replaced and a little over a month out of second bulb. And yes I used paper towel to install them so I would not touch them. Garbage product and they dont stand behind what their selling. Never shop there again! off brand garbage..........

Had a key cut at B+B for my new Chevy. Kind of surprised at the cost of $30. Was told it is because the chip is still in the key even if its not activated. Took a little longer to complete than I had expected too. There was a calibration problem with the machine and it took 3 attempts to get it right. On the bright side, the key worked perfectly!!

I came in because my phone wouldnt charge. As soon as I walked in Ryan and Mike greeted me and started to help me. I found out that my charging port wasnt working so they show me a wireless charger and then Sarah showed up and assisted with helping me. I ended up buying a $52 wireless charger and it works great and I dont need to buy a new phone. I will definitely be coming back to them if I need help with anything Cell phone related.

Brought my old powersports battery in with the part number clearly on the label. First the employee attempted to sell me the wrong battery with the terminals opposite but when I noticed the manager helped him select what they thought was the correct one but when I got home to install it did not fit and was about a 1/2 thicker. When I went back to exchange the manager apologized and said he would do a better job training his employees. But he was the one that helped the employee select the wrong battery!!!!! Whos going to train him lol. I asked what they could do for me and they said nothing. So I returned it and took my business online, where I purchased a better quality battery for less with free shipping. They also offer less expensive batterys online.

So far not a good experience. Not covering a bad battery I bought for my motorcycle back in March. I barely even used the battery and they are saying it’s user error. Currently waiting to hear back if they can fix it. This review will be updated to be better if my needs are properly tended to.
