The woman that helped me, was very knowledgeable. And she worked (alone) with me and two other customers. She moved from one to the other in such a way that we were all helped without anyone spending too much time waiting. The shoes feel great. Its still too early, however, to review the product, but the quality of care was outstanding!

I have not had this type of service in years! When I was a kid wed go to the local TC businesses where they would size you, actually check the shoe for size once you had it on, not anymore, youre lucky to get someone to even go in back to get you a pair of shoes let alone size you. The manager helped me last Sunday and he check my size, brought out shoes and continually check the fit until he and I both found the perfect shoe to fit my feet.

For way too many years, I tried to save money by going to do-it-yourself shoe stores but finally took my orthopedic doctors advice and sought out professional help. So, for the last 10 years, I have purchase my walking shoes from the super friendly staff at Run Fit.

Stopped in after work hoping to find a GOOD pair of shoes three employees greeted me! Then Chad took me over and watched how I walked. He brought shoe after shoe out to see what felt more natural! It was amazing! I will definitely be back to see Chad and the other employees!

Chad was awesome to work with. He helped fit me for my new running shoes yesterday on my lunch break, it was a quick visit, but he got me exactly what I needed. And he didn’t just have my try on one shoe... We started with certain ones, then tried on like 8 different pairs and settled back to one of the first pairs he gave me. I bought a pair of shoes after trying on a few pair! The gentleman told me..... and I quote if the shoes fit properly, you DO NOT have to break them in.... right....🙄 so the next day when I need to walk my 5 miles I could barely get in 2 miles.... # 1.my hips were VERY sore the next day because it was correcting my gate, #2. The second day I did to my and I ended up with a blister on my foot... So much for not having to break them in!I know better than that, you HAVE to break in shoes!... sir please do not tell your clients that they dont have to break in shoes! Im finally not sore anymore and its been just over a week!
