This is the second time that I have used this business and both times I was very well satisfied with their service. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and fixed the issue with my computer in a short period of time. I really appreciate all that he did. I will recommend this business to others.

These guys have worked on our business laptops for years. They are wildly intelligent and can do just about anything. They are not overly priced, they are very kind, and will always be honest when giving you your options.

Couldnt get Win 10 installed on a suspected-bad motherboard. Thought these guys might be able to see something I was doing wrong. They couldnt get past the error message either. No big deal. Asked if they would install a replacement motherboard so that I could make use of the same RAM & PC case. He then tried to push me into getting an all-new computer instead, arguing that the motherboard is the most expensive component so you might as well get a whole new system, etc. Basically, he just wanted to sell me a replacement computer rather than doing actual computer repair service. NOT impressed.

I just bought a laptop from Inacomp Computer Center. They were very knowledgeable and nice to work with. It was also the smoothest computer transition I have every had!! Thank you so much for getting me back to work so fast and effortlessly. I wouldnt have received any of this service at the big box stores...

What follows is my OLD review from a couple of years ago. Here is my NEW ONE. As before, wonderful!!! The only place I will EVER go for computer stuff.(Old review) -- Have been going to Inacomp for my computer service/purchases for so many years. Always super experiences. Just had an issue with possible hackers and my first reaction was to call Inacomp. Once again, super! I would have absolutely no reservations about recommending them to anyone, for both business and personal machines.

Couldnt be happier with these guys! Needed help right away so I could accomplish what I needed to do in a tight time frame. Inacomp kept me in the loop through the whole process..great service.Great pricing..Ill be back!

I recently brought my Digital Storm computer into Inacomp for repairs. They fixed the computer and returned it running like it was just bought new out of the box. Professional, expert help. Best Buy will not repair everything as there ad says. Inacomp did the job Best Buy turned down faster and cheaper. Great and trusted company!

These guys are seriously great! We really count on our computers for our business and they have always been knowledge, helpful and interested in our needs and have always put in the time to know us and our business. We have used Inacomp both to troubleshoot/repair computers as well as to purchase them. The staff has always been well-informed and helpful, and as they sell business-quality machines we have been delighted with the computers we have purchased. They are always our first call when we have a computer question or a proposed purchase.
