An employee named Brian F was absolutely the best while helping us pick out our mattress and was so helpful checking for other items we were looking for. Hes a model employee and hes the main reason I came to leave this 5 star review. Awesome guy!

I had the best experience at big lots the other day I got signed up for great rewards that That was able to Use right away because the cashier was such a great employee he definitely deserves a raise he will like to remember his name.

Called ahead for queen mattress availability, Brian helped greatly. Arrived shortly at the store and he was ready to show us whats in stock. Found what we need in the warehouse and he processed the sale quickly. Helped us load it in the van. Great customer service!

We went to buy furniture at big lots. Not only was the salesman helping us extremely rude, they sold us a sectional that is all ripped up on the side and wont take it back. Went to ABC and had much better luck both with employees and product. So long story short, we paid 1200 for a sectional we threw away.

Stephen at Traverse City, Mi Big Lots is a great guy! I couldnt find a 20% off coupon as part of my rewards in my email and he helped me out! Very friendly though it was busy, he took his time with me and my husband. Also this store is clean and organized. The bathrooms are clean as well.

We got everything we needed for our new living room for under $2,000 😱 when I say everything I mean everything from rugs to curtains to lamps. Bryan in furniture was an amazing help. Big Lots is a great place to shop. The prices are usually less than the larger stores. The employees always friendly and helpful.

It was fun to explore the bargains and seasonal items and foods on display. I was able to obtain items I needed at a massively reduced cost and picked up other essentials while my friend selected seasonal decor items.

One of my favorite more under rated stores. They always have great deals on most things and stuff you wouldnt even think of that becomes a good surprise when seeing. They seem to have a mixture of everything and at a discounted price which is nice from house hold items to furniture and food even

I just love this store. People who work there seem happy to be there, Tracy is a doll and she is so helpful. She helped to find blankets and sheets for me. When we were talking on the phone she made several trips to look things up and to see if what I was looking for was on the shelves! Cant say enough about this place, my husband had surgery on his shoulder and we needed a new recliner chair so he could sleep upright, we found exactly what we needed. The sales person was so helpful and yet didnt get all pushy. Im going back again very soon to find new curtains!

Big box type stores are competing with Amazon and the overall proliferation of e-commerce & internet buyers. So, this Big Lots store keeps me coming back by doing the little things well and by adding value to my visits. The store manager went above and beyond exceptional service when we bought a matrress recently. For every day type items, there is good selection and the store is always clean and layed out intelligently. Perhaps most importantly, all the staff have been helpful and very friendly to us. Oh yeah, the prices are very good!

Love this place. They seem to have things even Wal Mart and Meijers Dont carry. The prices are reasonable, too.

I bought a beautiful computer table there seen that same table couple weeks later promised $80 more at a big box store and I have not had a problem with that or the file cabinet that I bought Ive always liked Big Lots

Always a great place to waste a little time after smashing some sushi next door at asian buffet. They all ways have great deals on things you really dont need. Quality of goods not always the greatest, but the prices reflect. Not the highest end stuff but not junk either... ok some of it is junk. I buy my trash bags and other little things here on a regular basis. Good for finding cheap presents for the holidays... especially white elephant gifts. After holidays and seasons they alway have some killer deals in their clearance. Some food items and even a small freezer section. Great place to buy bedding and furniture if you want some thing cheap that is not total junk.
