I am, unfortunately, a somewhat frequent customer because the original house windows keep shattering, about one every winter. Bonnie and the team at Twin Bay Glass have been phenomenal at replacing the glass, and none of the replacements have had a single issue. The cost is very reasonable. They also replaced the glass in my front door, which had a BB hole before I moved in. That was a HEAVY wood door, and they took care with the frame around the window when it was replaced. I also like that I could save money by bringing my windows and door in directly, instead of paying for the house call. Glad they offer these options.

They called me back very promptly. Workers knew exactly what they were doing and I had a new window in about 3 weeks time. Honest and hard-working

Had a small crack on my windshield on my month old 2020 truck. My insurance covered it, but the place they wanted me to get it done at was almost 2 weeks out for an appointment. My insurance gave me some partner shops, and Twin Bay was one of them. I called (and per the other 1 star review it does say please hold immediately, but that didnt bother me one bit since all other reviews were amazing) and they were able to get me in the next morning, less than 20 hours after I had called, thats amazing! The staff inside was very friendly, and I was out in less than 45 minutes. I definitely recommend Twin Bay Glass!

We needed to have the glass in a medical scanning device replaced, and they did an excellent job. This is not your usual request and the first try did not go exactly as planned, but what really impressed me was the second effort. My device is now working well again, and our patients say thank you to Twin Bay Glass for your excellent customer service.

Twin Bay installed the glass for our shower and its beautiful.Staff is easy to work with, and the installers were very professional.Also had glass installed on cabinet doors and it really looks sharp.Very happy with the cost and the service.

I was very impressed with the customer service at Twin Bay Glass. They cut a custom mirror to fit an old frame. After installing it myself, a crack developed several days later. I brought it back in today to have the mirror replaced. They did so on the spot in just a few minutes. When I went to pay, they refused payment and asked that I would consider them in the future. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend them!

I always walk into twin bay glass needing a mirror, glass, or even a hole cut into the bottom of a large mercury glass vase, and im usually in a hurry. The staff are so very nice, understanding, and somehow they get the project done within a couple of days. The work is alwsys top notch and seems reasonable, as well. I highly recommend twin bay glass for your projects.

Make sure they come to you,in house technicians do not make scheduled appointments a priority and were very unprofessional.my headliner was folded back/damaged and had finger prints in it,at one point i looked out and my interior pieces were laying on concrete floor unprotected.asked technition a valid question about new window and was very short and rude with me.will never go back

Very rude customer service over the phone. In retail it should be a goal to get your customers in the door. The woman we spoke with on the phone about some products was extremely rude and acted as if we were interfering with her day just for asking a couple questions about there products and pricing. I might expect customer service like that from a large box store but not from a local shop.
