Just bought a gift card but the employees were helpful and let me know about alot of upcoming deals and sales to tell the gift recipient...very helpful.

No one knows how to use their engraving machine, they did my hat supposedly three times and then I ended up with a hat with a signature that does not resemble the person it was supposed to be and then his numbers are un even and then my last name on the back of the hat does not line up evenly with the seam in the back, might be a good place to get a hat but I wouldn’t recommend getting anything engraved there

Oh my!! I just found this wonderful jewel of a book/beverage place in the Grand Traverse Mall on Airport road. Ean is the owner of this Friends style place to meet friends or just come in to drink one of his great beverage selections. You can even sit in the rocking chair and watch all the harried shoppers dashing by! Local author books abound and there is a huge library of books on sale and/or trade. Ean is a gracious host/entrepreneur!!

Not a good place to work. No bathroom breaks and bad dsm. Will go behind your back. Good luck. Dont treat any employees good. Thats why high turnover

If you try to order something NEXT DAY AIR.... you will not receive it next day. So deceiving. 24-48 business hours to process an order, THEN they will ship. Five minutes after ordering I read this on my order confirmation, and I tried to cancel. Four hours later, I was told they cant cancel my order. Horrible customer service.Edit.... I did receive this item, but well after I intended to receive it. In all fairness to Lids....they did refund me for this entire purchase. I would have rather had my item in a timely manner, but in the end, they did try to fix the problem, and I Thank them for that!

UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT. Cody the manager told me he literally wanted to go home, I dont know if that played a factor in messing up my embroidery or not, but none the less the font came out wrong and he REFUSES to fix it or replace it. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

This store has had a long history in the GT mall struggling with turnover and finding management that wont phone it in.Best of luck shopping here.Also another store that does not provide a bathroom for their employees.
