Indifferent or hostile depending on their mood that day. $5.00 energy surcharges on every order often not removed by the counter guy when it should be. Got a fireplace front, open box missing mounting brackets, so they bill me for two and claim manufacturers warranty I tell them no more deliveries as I wont accept open boxes so next they drop off another gas log set outdoors at my house, no phone call, no one home, rain coming and bill me $5.00 again.
