Brian Zimmerman and his family of workers are the most remarkable people that I have worked with in decades. I call them a family of workers because the workers are treated like family and feel like a valuable part of the Four Seasons Nursery. While they were at my house every one worked hard stopping only for lunch and a brief break but I’m not sure they took a break every day. They respected me, my property and their profession. If they made a mess, THEY CLEANED IT UP!!!! What a novelty, I was beyond thrilled. The Zimmerman family puts their heart, hands and head into everything they do as a business and I am so grateful because they didn’t stop until the transformation was complete. Now, my sanctuary is truly my home.

Use this spot mostly for compost but occasionally get a shrub or two. Never had any issues, havent lost any shrubs purchased but I also take care of them and dont just plant them and neglect expecting them to thrive. Some water, mulch, and weeding can ensure your purchase thrives.

Very pleasant to work with in buying, but they do not stand behind their products. A native tree we bought as a memorial died (planted in June, dead by Fall, waited to see if it would revive this Spring-it didnt), and yes, it was planted with additional good soil bought from Four Seasons, watered and cared for. Their response: We cant tell what happens to our plants when they go out the door. I can sort of understand that, but notice that Lowes and Home Depot offer a one-year guarantee on their plants/trees. We will not risk buying another tree from Four Season Nursery.

I was shocked to learn that they did not accept Discover or American Express credit card. When I suggested that the management should rethink this, I was informed that they would not change anything so why bother. They said I could come back later.

Four Seasons has a beautiful selection, very helpful, friendly staff, prices where great! I wish they had a store closer to where we live! We’re 200 miles away and still bought a tree from them!

Great place for native plants and one of the most creative landscape teams in TC

Service experience was very poor. after spending thousands of dollars on plants, I thought they would stand by their work. All plants did well except for a $60 Dorothea Rhododendron, which died after being planted by them.I tended this little plant carefully for three years hoping for a rebound. It never flourished or grew. Four Seasons refused a refund or credit. Once your honor is lost, it can never be regained. I will never do business with them again.

I ordered 45 astilbe plants and they just arrived, and theyre beautiful rootstock!Im very impressed with the quality of the plants that I received.

Ive had wonderful experiences at Four Season Nursery. I read the previous review and laughed. Who would wait 3 years before letting them know about a problem, LOL? I am a responsible gardener and realize plants sometimes just die no matter what we do or where we buy them. There are no guarantees in life. I will continue to take my business there.
