Expensive but has a great selection of party goods. I like to buy different decorations and use them to make my own center pieces using a vase, hibachi grill sticks, foam, and straws. See my llama decoration below.

Rebecca and Jessie were phenomenal. My 60 latex balloon needed the hi-float stuff so it can last a little longer...they blew another 60 without a sweat. Thank you ladies..it was a pleasant visit and you both rock!! Great customer service 💯

Well to be honest, it was great! Normally Im good at finding whatever it is Im looking for but today for some apparent reason I couldnt find (potato sacks) but the associate found them with no problem.

Fun store especially in the month of October but a bit pricey.

I got some reading glasses here for cheap! There are also a ton of other stuff great place to shop for the little ones birthday partys. Sometimes it seems like they do not have enough staff to work all of the registers but they are usually pretty quick even when they are busy. Will definitely be coming here for stuff for memorial day weekend coming up!!!

Great location. Came here for a Halloween costume and got 1/2 off when I discovered a piece missing. Cant beat that!! The employees were very friendly and helpful.

The workers are lazy and we stood in line for 5 minutes while there was 3 of them and two doing nothing but be on there phone.

The sales associates in here were extra nice and treated me with great respect and helped me get supplies for my little girls upcoming birthday party! They went the extra mile in calling around to find something for me! Awesome service!

I’m disappointed how the staff prepared my 24” balloons. I went there on Dec 22 and ordered 8 24” balloon. But, by the time I made it to my event I only had 1 balloon. Why? well, they use the same thin ribbon string on the 24” ball that they use on the regular smaller balloons. These larger balloons need and require a heavier weighted ribbon. The cheap ribbon they use on these larger balloon will not hold with slightliest but of windy — which it what happened to me. I lost one balloon like this walking from the door to my car. Further, I spent $15 on additional weights that were complete TRASH AND WASTE OF MONEY. By the time I made it from the front door to my car, 2 of the weight cups were no longer within the thin wrapping they use to wrap the weights. Further, the weights are not heavy enough for these larger balloons. Completely disappointed and a waste of my money.

Fine party store. Bigger selection of Halloween costumes than I would have guessed. All the carts were filthy.

We went to Party City to get my daughter a Halloween costume she wanted to be a skeleton she found the perfect costume in her size and the makeup we were in and out and no time this is the way shopping for costume should be and the staff was very friendly I will go back again to Party City for any type of costume

Save yourself time and money and go to Party FairEdit: Thought I would give this place another chance, wife went in over a week ago to order balloons for pickup today at noon. Balloons were not ready and all had to be completely filled. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The young lady that assisted me with a balloon with the stickers on it didnt seem to be too knowledgeable or helpful she just asked me meaningless questions on what I wanted and I told her the most inexpensive material big circle she just continue to refer to the wall again I said big circle most inexpensive and she just kept asking me meaningless questions very irritating and she was slow ...suggestion in this situation wouldve been helpful 😥

My wife walked in on 11/18/17 and asked for Helium balloons for tomorrow. They sold her the balloons, which proceeded to all deflate overnight.She went back this morning (day of the party) and asked for replacements, which was refused, because my wife didnt ask for the correct type. She asked for balloons that would last a day, you SOLD her the wrong ones.No refund was offered or given, and she had to pay again. Screw this place.

This party city is the best place on earth. the prices are cheap, their fursuits are high quality, and the the interior design is just beautiful. i find so many amazing items that i can only buy here such as: tiny rainbow plastic hats, jojo siwa merch, lovely lace front wigs, and a wide range selection of themed recorders. everything in the store has a purpose. theres no junk or comepletely useless items. party city provides you the best service and top quality items to have an off the chain party. if you ever come across this magical place, i really reccomend you stop by and get something nice for your wife. thank you party city for everything youve done for me. 😘😘😘

Doesnt seem to customer friendly to minorities, I wont shop there again. Personalized items that were ordered, I didnt receive a call to let me know theyd come in. The manager showed a non shalant attitude when I went in to make other purchases and inquiry about the items. I asked if items I needed could be ordered from another store, the date the items were needed WAS November 1,2015 never heard a word from anyone to say theyd arrived or they couldnt get the items....this is unacceptable. the store manager is a small statured white male, glasses and quite scruftfy
