The gas attendant service is horrible Is the 2nd time Ive been there for gas and had to wait almost 25 minutes In the meantime the gas station attendants are standing around conversating with one another as soon as I pull off Then they decide to come over by that time its too late So I took my money to exxon were the service was extremely good thank you unsatisfied customer

I really enjoy the fruit juices/shakes. Good price, and a healthy choice. This QuickChek also offers Gas at their gas station. Sometimes, it gets a bit crowded, because drivers are rushing to get gas and (tire-air). Overall 3 STARS!

It dont matter what quick check you go to in America you will always get terrible service. I ordered a sandwich from here and asked that the bread will be toasted not only it wasnt toasted but it was hard as a rock when I got home I had to throw out my sandwich. Imagine getting home from a long days of work getting ready to eat your dinner and is not what you asked for there was no mayo like I asked no vinegar and no oil. I only go to QuickChek because it was open during this cove in 19 hours and every time I go to QuickCheck they remind me why I shouldnt go back smh

Must improve the service night shift, rude people and they just said Kitchen is closed is susposed to be 24 hours open!!! Whats happening here!

I honestly believe it depends on what time of day it is that youll receive good customer service. Using profanity in front of customers repeatedly as if its okay is not right.Than instead of asking the manager about a customers concerns she just assumed and charged the customer anyway. I love the location but a few of the staff members needs to be trained again or let go.

Theyve messed up every drink order Ive gotten from them. I once ordered a frozen hot chocolate, and the employee didnt even put chocolate in it and then said that was how it was supposed to be made. And just now I ordered a frozen latte and what she handed me was completely liquid.

Figured I’d stop by quick check to get myself a sandwich however people just don’t want to do their job. I don’t recall her name however she works the late night shift. I was putting in my order and she tells me that she’s closed and unable to make my sandwich. Told me that she’ll open up in 10 mins.. I’m not going to sit around quick check at 4am waiting 10mins for a simple sandwich to be made. Poor customer service, and she needs to adjust her attitude.

Customer service is great, bathrooms are clean, and prices are good based on the type of store. My only issue is they have a calendar posted for the soup, but they don’t go by the calendar.

My favorite Quick Chek, they sell diesel and the attendants are very helpful and friendly. I am also able to maneuver here with a pick-up truck and gooseneck trailer.

Lack of customer service, no respect to clients after 10pm specially if you are Hispanic. Sandwich quality 0% I will go back tomorrow to get my money back I have to put my nasty sandwich in the garbage. If you are the manager and you really read this I will come back tomorrow at morning or I will keep giving you bad reviews. You need to know more about your employees they are no good for business.

Would love to grab a coffe on my way into work but it is very hard when there is no coffee ready at 2200 in the evening! Asked if coffee was ready on the back shelf but was told I had to wait! WAWA says thank you!

Id rather go to 711 down the street where the people who are WORKING are acting professional and courteous to the customers. honestly every time i give quick check a second chance im even more dissapointed then the last time and its not the store its the staff. tonight i almsot put down everything me and my son had to purchase while we waited way to long because the girls at the register couldnt stop laughing and cursing and carrying on their conversation while people waited in line and thats the norm there those cashiers need serious training.

Not the best prices, not the best selection, not particularly clean, not the best coffee, not the friendliest staff...its crowded at times, parking lot poorly designed and youre not supposed to make a left turn out of the parking lot onto the side street (which is safer than making left onto South Olden). The air pump is in a parking spot, and too many people block it.

Service there is good if you have the one girl named Jessica make u a sub. Anybody else forget it. I had this other girl make me a sandwich twice and was very unhappy. The sub was all sloppy and she forgot some of the condiments. I tried to call and let management know but no one pucks up the phone.

The gas attendant inserted the nozzle upside diw and the gas overflowed. I tried speaking to supervisor on duty, they lied the no one was ther. I tried calling all day to speak with somone onbjiq do I get reimbursed for gas that spilled on the ground.

Great coffee in the early evenings lately,,great job guys!!! And cashiers do an excelllent job too!!

Great customer service from Dorien and Carlos, they Prepared my large order of food (Hot and Cold) in a timely manner and continue to hold conversation. Great great great job . Best quick chek in/near Trenton Nj, hands down 🙌🏽👍🏽 Very pleased with their work . Enjoyed my visit 👌🏽 Btw they made my food exactly how I liked without complaining about my extra extra Mayo haha.
