The K&D people have been wonderful to work with. We are do-it-yourselfers with custom remodeling projects in our home. Our experience with K&D started a couple of years ago, we were remodeling a powder room and we had a serpentine vanity. K&D was able to match the curves of the top just the way that I wanted with a quartz top and curved quartz backsplash. We were then making plans to remodel the kitchen. My wife loves the custom cabinets that I built 30 years ago, but wanted to update including solid tops. We visited the showrooms several times and checked out a variety of pattern samples. The sales people were very helpful and patient. When we were finalizing our decision, Jeremy at Trenton was able to arrange for us to see a full slab. He also helped to find matching 2cm thick material for the full height backsplash. We started our kitchen remodeling project just before the Covid-19 restrictions were put in place. That played havoc with my project schedule. When K&D reopened, we were able to schedule. The measurement technicians and the installers were always on time and were very good to work with. I am putting on some of the final custom cabinet details and the project is turning out great. My wife loves her updated kitchen!

My countertops are gorgeous! K&D made the entire purchasing and installation experience quick, easy and fun! My salesperson Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had new kitchen countertops made and a new top for my antique bathroom vanity. K&D uses laser measuring technology, so my countertops were a perfect fit. They will email you pictures of your counters on the actual slab, so you know exactly what they will look like before they are delivered and installed. Vey happy with K&D. 5 stars all around!

They did a great job with my countertop and sink and they are friendly. I do wish that they would answer the phone better. A lot of times I have to leave a message and hope when they call me back that I’m available. They have a nice showroom and nice samples to borrow.

We dealt with the Trenton, IL office. Everyone we dealt with was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Jeremy, the sales rep, kept us informed during the whole process. Josh & Chris, the installers, arrived right on schedule and went straight to work. They both new what they were doing and did not waste any time. We had a minor issue, which was remedied immediately. These gentlemen were great to work with. The counter top looks beautiful.

We could not be happier with our Cambria Quartz countertops. (We just got the backsplash done and working on the walls being painted.) It is all coming together better than I envisioned. The countertops are beautiful!The service at Trenton K&D was great. The show room is nice with big samples to view, Jeremy and Troy promptly returned my calls and e mails. I got a detailed bid and revised copies as we went along. Before the install I got emailed a colored diagram of exactly how it would look before they made it, right down to every swirl in the countertop.The installers were very personable, polite and did an outstanding job.Also, cant forget the K&D showroom in Glen Carbon.I stopped in there to look also, I got a womans view and opinion. LOL Thank You!Also, in the beginning I did get another bid and I have to say the bids dollar wise were neck and neck close. K&D might have been a few hundred cheaper. Trenton location is awesome to say the least. First incounter was the fairview location i was no impressed by the sales lady. Looked at reviews to try Trenton location. When beginning the process to replace my countertop, I asked several people advise on where to get it. They all said K&D countertops had the best selection for quartz and granite. I went to the Trenton showroom where Jeremy wa helpful and let me take many samples home. It was helpful to see many of them in large slabs. Once I made my selection, it was about two weeks to installation. Everyone on the team was professional and competent. My counter is beautiful. I had one small problem and iIt was addressed immediately. I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process.

On September 14, 2016 Andy and his helper came to install new countertops I had purchased from KD Countertops in Trenton, IL.. I am so pleased they did a great job and cleaned up everything before they left. They did what cutting they had to do outside and there was not a mess inside the house. They cleaned the counter top before they left and explained to me how to keep it clean with windex only. Andy asked if I had any questions. Measure for the backsplash and explained someone would be back on September 21 to install it. On September 21st Casey and his helper came to install the backsplash.. I got a call to let me know they were running a little behind the appointed time due to something on the job they had before mine. Which I appreciated. I got a call the day before from the office in Trenton and each time got a call from the installers to let me know the approximate arrival time they were going to arrive. I apologize that I have forgotten the name of the lady at the store, thank you so much for the help and advise you offer as I was trying to pick out the tops, sink, and faucet. Also the young man who came to do the template to do the actual measurement before the Quartz was cut.. Everyone I had dealings with were very professional and helpful. The young man who did the template suggested that the countertop needed to be a little wider be standard width and that it could be 10 longer. I was so glad he made those suggestions. Makes the end of the bar look so much better than ending at the edge of the cabinet and there was plenty of room to extend it. I would highly recommend KD Countertops, Had a great experience with each of the people I dealt with and they were professional and were knowledgeable about what they were doing and so very helpful in the decision that I made to get the new countertop.

All aspects of the process were done in professional fashion with a true care for our needs.
