I would like to thank Stephanie for all of the help she gave my mother, who is 80, while picking out a chair for her front porch. Stephanie and her co-workers went above and beyond the normal scope of service to find a chair my mom liked - and could afford. They even took a chair out of storage for my mom to see - and that was the chair my mom bought. Its very rare to find nice people who really care about their customers this way. Everyones helpfulness was very much appreciated. Stephanie made that sale happen. Give that girl a raise!! Thank you again!! :)

What a great place! If youre ever thinking about buying patio furniture you should start your search at this place. They have so many different styles colors and different types of material I couldnt believe it,and they have most all of it in stock My wife and I spent about two and a half hours in there today and Jim would not let us leave until my wife was happy. Great place very friendly staff, not pushy, very knowledgeable and they dont work on commission. We are both very pleased

The showroom had an excellent selection of very high quality furniture and very good pricing. Their sales staff is not commission based and so they are there to help. Lauren assisted us and was courteous and helpful. She made our shopping and buying experience wonderful. I was very impressed with everyone who helped and Lauren was very helpful and wonderful to work with.

We made the trip out to Trenton a few weeks ago to check out Labadies, and it was so worth it. They have the best selection of outdoor furniture, at very reasonable prices. We came back today to purchase a table and chair set, and we’re leaving with that and some ideas for some other spaces in our yard as well. We highly recommend Labadies and the great staff! You won’t be disappointed.

We have outfitted our entire patio from Labadies. Jim was very knowledgable and spent a lot of time with us over a couple of visits to get things just right. He even came to our home and drew out what he thought might be best for our space. We now have a lovely dining area, coffee area, fireplace area and lounge area outdoors. We love spending our time outside. Our furniture form Labadies was the best investment we have made over the last two years as we were able to take maximum advantage of the spaces Jim helped us create outside. We also loved the huge selection of furniture available at Labadies and ability to mix and match different types of outdoor furniture which came together quite nicely in the finished look. We definitely recommend shopping small with this local business which has been serving the Downriver community and beyond for many years.

We have twice purchased patio furniture from Labadies. The furniture we bought about twenty years ago was outstanding and friends are still using it. The furniture we recently purchased we love. There was a minor defect in the table and Labadies replaced it right away. They sell high quality products and provide outstanding service.

My husband and I went in to Labadies over the weekend to look for patio furniture. We were looking mainly for an umbrella. When we arrived we were able to browse the selection freely, without being bombarded by salespeople. We found a few items that we liked and the gentleman there was incredibly helpful. He gave us all the information we needed and answered all of our questions and concerns. We did not feel pressured at all to purchase from there, however, we did. We not only got a great deal on an umbrella, but we also purchased a patio sofa and fire pit! The quality of furniture there is fantastic and the workers are amazing. We were really disappointed with their sales team. They had the outdoor dining set we wanted but would only sell us the set with a table, 4 chairs and a a bench seat instead of six chairs that we wanted to purchase. We wound up buying from their competitor, getting exactly the set we wanted and saved 27% in the process. They are not the only game in town. We will never return to this business.

This is the first review i have ever written. I live in Sylvania Ohio and could not find quality and beautiful patio furniture anywhere. One of my google searches brought up Labadies. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT WHEN I WALKED IN - beautiful, beautiful outdoor everything and so so much! We bought a gorgeous outdoor sofa set (all cushions sold are Sunbrella), a stunning fire pit of slate and glass stone that runs on a hidden propane tank, a round outdoor rug, and covers for everything. The prices were super reasonable and our sales guy Jim was too good to be true. Zero pressure and able to answer all our questions. This is a family owned business and it shows! Because we bought multiple things he gave us a large price break off the total. I just cant say enough good things about the place! There is no way you wont find what you are looking for. It is well worth the 45 min drive, nothing like it in Northwest Ohio.

Labadies had exactly what we needed to complete our deck and patio remodel. I prefer to see what I am buying and they had a huge selection for us to see and try out. The owner, Jim, helped us pick out the fabric we wanted for our couch and loungers and gave us a great deal! He was even willing to hold the furniture for us until our deck project is complete. I highly recommend Labadies if you are looking for quality outdoor furniture.

We’re just over an hour away so Labadies on Hoover St. is a drive. It’s worth it.We started small and have become repeat customers. Have investigated other high quality patio furniture stores in our area and big box too. Labadies has a better in-store selection - always better to “kick the tires” if you can see the furniture in person. Knowledgeable staff. Good discounts, and they deliver. It’s heading into fall so we called first…came in last weekend for patio furniture covers and there’s a wall of sizes to choose from (helpful tip: bring measurements of what you have with you if you can).Jim, thanks for the quick assistance. Stopped into Labadies after seeing the billboards all over town! My wife and I were truly amazed at the selection of furniture that they had. Ended up saving some money as well due to the time of year it is now. They are willing to hold our purchase until Spring time because our house is still being built. That sold is!!! Not open during online hours or posted hours on door. Sunday at 3:45 doors are locked. Online says open till 5, sign on door says open till 4. Very poor and insulting customer service. I told the owner I needed to purchase a table. Before I could explain that I have purchased the chairs and many, many other items from his store, he told me, Our tables are too nice for your chairs. Why insult the very customer that purchases from your store.I highly recommend you shop for a patio set somewhere else!

Wonderful experience at Labadies Patio Furniture. The owner Jim personally made sure we were well taken care of by his staff. The selection in their store is amazingg. I cannot imagine a patio furniture store being so huge and having so many options to choose from. Their accessories are reasonably priced and the options they have are mind blowing. Visited today. Meh. Was expecting a decent Labor Day sale, but prices were disappointingly high (despite the up to 50-70% off claims). The store is in the middle of nowhere and up a dirt road--it really isnt worth the trip. They do have a large selection, but by no means is it hundreds of sets as they state in their website. Youd be better off shopping online or going to big box stores.

Upscale furniture. Low class customer service. My husband and I ended spending thousands of dollars at this store on a new patio set. We received a used and scratched umbrella rod, a very rude interaction with Ms. Lemanski in customer service, and a manager who, didnt have time for us.On April 14th my husband and I found the dream patio furniture set I had been looking for. We ordered the set with custom cushions and an umbrella. We were told the full set would be delivered to our home within a month. The furniture arrived a few weeks later; however, we were still waiting on the umbrella and cushions. We began to worry as Memorial Day approached. We were hosting a large dinner party on a 95 degree day. The umbrella was a necessity for our outdoor affair. After calling the store the Friday before the holiday we were told the umbrella had arrived but the cushions were still pending. My husband drove 40 minutes to the store to pick up the umbrella. After getting home and attempting to install the umbrella he realized Labadies didnt include the rod needed to hold the umbrella in place. He drove back to the store and was told the rod was missing. They gave him a scratched floor model as a substitute. I realize they were trying to make the best of a bad situation as we were in dire need of a functioning umbrella. 7 weeks later the cushions finally came in. I spoke with Ms. Lemanski in customer service yesterday. She said I can come pick up the cushions myself. I explained we had been promised delivery on the full set of furniture a few weeks ago. She responded curtly, Our delivery guys are really backed up. They can get out to you in a week or so. At this point I was fuming. I explained I was unhappy with all the delays and poor communication I experienced. I added that I was also disappointed to be stuck with a used umbrella rod. Additionally, my husband had already made 2 trips to this store. Her response was, the delivery guys will call you in a week. She didnt apologize. She was arrogant and unprofessional. All I was hoping for a was a simple apology. A small, Im sorry youve had a bad experience would have sufficed. I wasnt looking for a discount or anything free. I just wanted an acknowledgement that our purchase experience was not ideal. I ended up driving 40 minutes to the store yesterday with my 11 month old son. We picked up the cushions and asked to speak with a manager. Again, all I wanted was an apology. Ms. Lemanski said, Hes too busy to talk to you. Hell call you later. I was shocked. I could never imagine being told, the manager is too busy to talk to you. After waiting all day I never received the phone call. Jim was readily available to make the sale. When I asked for him to discuss our issues he was too busy for me. If this werent the only business that had the patio set I wanted I would have told Ms. Lemanski to schedule a pick-up to return the patio set. Ive never been so angry with a business. Especially one that calls themselves an upscale store.Later that day I had family state they were looking to buy outdoor lounge furniture for their new balcony. I told them exactly where not to go. We will not be recommending Labadies in the future.
