Mary Kay assisted us in choosing tile for our kitchen. When we were done we were very pleased with our choice. She was patient and very helpful.

If I had to do again I would have used the tile store our contractor recommended. Considering its Covid time and all they werent bad about spending the time to help us pick out our tile. The price was more than another shop but I wanted to keep my dollars local. Problem started when our first tile was not available (We werent told for weeks) so had to rush and pick a new one. Contractor had already started the bath and then we were told theres a delay in new tile so what should have been a few days without a shower turned into weeks and him doing the remodel out of order. During calls I felt the person I spoke to was very rude seeing I was a paying customer. This was not the same person who helped us pick our tile. She was nice - patient and friendly.

The one start was the only way this review will be posted.im writing this review because ive never experienced a disregard to customer service as I did yesterday. I came back to this store because years ago i bought tile from them for my 1st bathroom. Im looking at redoing my 2nd bathroom and started here. Since we are under COVID restrictions i had to call while outside to be let in. I called and was told to wait for a few minutes, i asked him if i should come back he said no just wait a few. i sat in my car for over 5 minutes and noticed a couple go right in, no problem. i called and was told i could come in and i did. i point this out not because it bothered me but because i thougth this was a perfect opportunity to avoid the rest of what happened. i noticed there were customers being attended to so i decided to walk around a bit. I looked around and legitimately they were busy. i decided to ask this lady, who seemed to be a salesperson because she was helping some customers, if there was anyone that could assist me. She emphatically said NO!, to be honest, i was taken aback. While i understand theyre busy, she was so abrupt. She was a bit direct an honestly rude and said were busy right now no one can help you. you need to call for an appointment.Im a suporter of small businesses now more than ever, im not asking to be treated like royalty. to be honest my bathroom is small and it wont break their bank. But small businesses are part of a community and they should remember it, we are your neighbors. there were other ways she couldve responded, she couldve asked do you have some time to wait, i can be with you shortly or ms. im sorry we have so many customers now but walk with me and ill schedule you for an appointment. or the guy who told me to wait couldve told me to come back and schedule me for appointment, i already told him i was willing to come back. Her NO was so final and thats how i took it, so ill never return. lucky me there are other tile companies locally that were willing to consider my business yesterday. i see the owner replies to reviews so i hope he considers reviewing this one. i dont describe the people because i wouldnt want to compromise their employment, hell it might have been the owner. but this is to the small business owner who i was so willingly to support a 2nd time but lost me with a simple NO dont do that its not neighborly.

I went there a few years ago. I wasnt really sure how to go about my bathroom remodeling. The lady I spoke with was SO RUDE! She didnt have the patience at all to accommodate my questions. I went to Tile Masters in Bordentown instead. They were super nice there and I did business with them. I will NEVER recommend The Tile Shop in Kuser rd. if you want great customer service.

Great selection, significantly more than the big box stores. Straightforward pricing, which I did not find at another local tIle store. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. Make sure you check in at the desk when you get there if you want help, because they will let you browse.They mentioned that some orders can be ready in as fast as two days, but they could be as long as two weeks too, since they do not stock tile in their store. Overall a very pleasant experience.

My contractor recommended The Tile Shop to help me select tile for my kitchen and foyer floor and also pick tile for the kitchen backsplash. The women who work there were Extremely Pleasant and accommodating to my needs. With Suzans expertise we were able to put together a great color scheme to enhance my kitchen! She made the overall experience very Pleasant!

As a contractor, I recommend this store. I have purchased tile for many bathrooms, floors and kitchens here and have never had a ptoblem. As for price, you get what you.pay for. If you want tiles that are misshapen, different sizes and colors, bent, go.tomthe big box stores. If you want quality, no lippage, excellent quality, go HERE.Also, I have dealt with other tile stores in the area and the customer sercice, competence and selection here is far and above anyone else. As I said before, I am.a contractor and I have seen more than the average homeowner. Tiles for.big box stores are.made.poorly, thats why they are so.cheap!

Very expensive for the quality of tile sold. Big box stores, better quality and better value!

Ordered a piece of 36 marble piece for a doorway. Brought it home to find it was cut at 30 and no refund or exchange even though it was their fault. Lesson learned, make them document the length of your cut and YOU measure before you walk out. $43.00 down the tubes because of their mistake.
