Had a blown tire on my semi. I called and got a quote on repair and service call. They said would be at least an hour but to my astonishment they arrived way sooner and completed my tire repair in a very reasonable time. The charge for the service call, tire, and repair was exactly as quoted on the phone. The service charge and repair charge was I felt extremely reasonable. Price of the tire was slightly higher than average but I would have no problem recommending this company and I will be using them again if the need ever arises.

Came in with a van with a concerning sound. Someone took the time to drive around with me, lift it up in the shop, inspect the brakes, diff fluid, bearings, and drive shaft all for free. Was super helpful, polite and patient.

By far one of the best shops I’ve dealt with. Dropped this truck off with drive line issues. Paul really went above and beyond fixed drive line and found some issues we’ve been having for awhile. We will definitely do business with m&m if we are in this area.

Sorry to say but I always heard good things about m&m but we dropped our truck off months ago and informed them I need the truck as it is going to be my work truck . They changed out the exhaust system pretty quick but now moving to electrical progress has slowed to a screeching hault! I have called no joke 6 + times and have been told each time i will go talk to Chris the mechanic and get more info they NEVER call back. I had to cancel a flight to Colorado because they missed a deadline and now wont give any info .. Ive been given two separate dates that it would be completed and both times have failed to meet deadline.. I really hate to leave a bad review especially since you still have my truck but hopefully we can edit this review to something more positive in the future..

Well what to say. Lets just say the guys that work there did a good job of repairs but the owner himself diagnosed the wrong problem but wont admit it. Plus they more than doubled the price of the part. I get a little mark up but thats taking advantage of people. Paul the owner will take your money and run. If you can deal with another company I would. I will never go over raton pass again for the simple fact that if something goes wrong with the truck I wont have to deal with them again.

While pulling our 5th wheel camper my Gmc duramax experienced a clogged exhaust filter coming out of New Mexico on Raton Pass and put me into limp mode. We managed to reach the summit somehow and got into the campground there for the night. First thing in the morning we limped/coasted down the hill into Trinidad and to M&M. We arrived before hours and waited for someone to show up. The first lady to get into work came out and asked what was the problem and said they would help us out. She assigned us to Chris the tech and he got right on it. Chris was very knowledgeable and friendly and soon had us back on the road. Our experience with M&M was first rate and we highly recommended them.

Got me in and got me rolling again. Only charged me for the battery cable and ends I needed. Would definitely return if need be.

This is one of the most scandalous businesses that I have ever dealt with. They are financial predators. The prices are outrageous. The worst thing is that they take advantage of people who are in a tough spot. I would give this a 0 star if it let me. Dont use their services. There are so many other good reputable towing companies that no one should have to use this place.

My wife was solo in the 31 motorhome and lost brakes near Raton. M&M towed the RV to Trinidad on a Friday late afternoon. Had parts and repairs completed by noon Monday. Great response. Great service. Good value. Most importantly they insured my wife was safe and back on the road asap...even offered to let her plug the rig into their building while waiting on parts (instead followed her to the local RV park to insure she made it ok.) Im sure there are some folks that are having a bad day and things just dont work to their standards, but I dont see how you can go wrong with this company. Thank you M&M! - JP

I really can’t say enough good about this company! From Liz, Chrissy, JR, Jordan, Mickey, to every other employee I cannot name they were extremely helpful in a stressful situation! My wife Lynette was stranded 7 hours away from home with a bad transmission, first off they came within good time to rescue her from side of road and get her safely to a motel and taking care of diagnosing car! Every employee we encountered was friendly, helpful, understanding, professional! JR advised us honestly on the best and safe way to get the car home! He even went so far as to cut us a deal on the purchase of a tow dolly, which he didn’t have to do, because he knew we were far from home and stressed! These employees and this company should be in every town USA! Can’t say enough good about them except 10 stars! Feel like we know them now and if we get that way again I would never hesitate to call! We had a tire patched on our big rig and 5 Days laters it came off our driver tire was flat we took it to a different shop they said M&M didnt put on the patch right....I called the owner here she paid the bill ....I will never take my trucks back to M&M👎 very bad service Im not happy with that

Shady Predatory Towing practices - {Owner response in review}My Sons car was parked safely on the side of the highway between mile marker 25 and 27 on I-25 after he was involved in a pretty jarring collision and spent the night in the hospital, on Tuesday. I talked to and cleared it with Chris from the State Trooper that the car would not be towed if I could make it down by today (Saturday) to get it. I showed up at 10:00 am today and the car was towed (Friday) to M&M towing for no reason other than they M &M saying it was abandoned...not true! and M&M still charged me $205 to release a Vehicle that should not have been towed in the first place. Whether its the shady state trooper and additionally this shady business, or just this business. I would avoid doing business with them period. they are not interested in you they will do just about anything to generate a dollar

Water pump went out on new truck so I hit assist button and M&M was dispatched to come get me. Steven showed up in excellent time, even with me being 140 miles away. He was very professional and courteous he got my truck to dealer, and even offered to wait with me until my wife could pick me up so I could stay warm in tow truck. Would recommend 10/10 service

Liz and JR were very professional and courteous. Frank was a life saver, literally. There was a glitch in the authorization process, which was not M&Ms fault. Repairs were completed fast and before schedule. My wife and I are very grateful for their service!! Thank you guys!!!

Excellent service.... But heres the deal, when I talked to their dispatch I found out there was an extra charge to also tow our trailer that was behind our broken down vehicle. This additional charge wasnt a big deal, but because I was dealing with a vehicle break down I acted like a jerk on the phone when the dispatcher. She handled it very professionally, and after JR showed up to tow the vehicle I felt bad about it. JR did an outstanding job and over all we received great, timely, and professional service. Id highly recommend M&M Towing.

I wanted to give them 5 stars, because they were very nice and the service guys were great. Unfortunately I can’t do to the fact that they charged me $175 to drive 2 miles to jump my RV so I could drive it to their shop. Had I known they were going to gouge me that much I would’ve called AAA. $175 to jump a vehicle that is going to your shop for $800+ in repairs is a little too greedy. The other thing I had issue with was that they wanted to charge me an additional $70 to clear the error codes on the RV that I just paid them over $800 to fix. For those who don’t know, clearing error codes takes all of 5 minutes. Thank God the mechanic said something before he did it. Part of fixing the problem should be making sure the error codes are cleared so the idiot light isn’t on anymore. I’ll use the $70 towards buying a diagnostic scanner code reader and clear it myself. You can buy them online for $100.Overall the service was great, but they are way overpriced. I would try another place if I ever need assistance in the area again.

I had a Return line for my cooler blow a hole in New Mexico all my oil out. My insurance roadside assistance called M&M repair and towing to take me to Raton. Steve was the gentleman that came out and greeted me to pick up my car myself and two children and was the most personable yet professional and polite person I could have asked for. If Id known that the shop in Trinidad did repairs I probably would have gone to them but Im definitely keeping this number in case I ever need to be towed out of New Mexico or Southern Colorado again. And Steve is definitely a keeper and I hope the company values him.

This is a great towing company with great service! Got stuck in a 9 car pile up off of Sante Fe Trail and these guys were quick to rescue us all on a sunday morning! Highly reccomend M&M.

Awesome towing Service. They responded quickly, even dripped me off where I needed to go. They even picked me up and driver me to my company truck to get some of my things then back to my motel room. Great people!

Excellent service. Both the dispatcher and the tow truck driver were very friendly and helpful with getting to where we needed to go. Being from out of state, traveled 15 hours and got stuck in a snow storm 40 miles from Trinidad only to have the car pack with snow and overheat. They arrived at a very timely manner regarding the road conditions, distance and late night hours. They were also very reasonably priced, I have no complaints. Thank you M & M

Towed our 1 year old coach and scratched it with the light bar. Owners response was your husband asked for the light bar and he put it on the coach My husband did ask for the light bar because the nearest shop was 1 hour away. If we were told that if the light bar is used, it will scratch your coach then we would of chose not to use i . Did my husband put it on. NO. Did he assist pulling the strap, yes on one sid . Beware, if they damage your coach, they will not take responsibility

Blew a coolant hose coming over Raton Pass at 5 in the evening on a Friday. Frank, was able to get to me, repair it, fill up my coolant, and had me on the road in less than an hour and a half, all while I ate dinner! I have these guys saved as one of my favorites! The cost for parking lot service was fantastic as well!

We used M&M for towing a broke down 18-wheeler from Springer NM to Denver CO. Very professional and knowledgeable. Provided excellent service at a fair price. I called 10 companies in CO before hiring M&M for this job, they will be my first call if I need help in the area again.

Con artist. Tried to charge me 3200 dollars to change a head gasket. The part is around 300 so 2800 in labor?! Might as well buy another vehicle for that price

Had engine check/low coolant light come on our motor home as we ascended Raton Pass so we stopped by M&M...Did a pressure check and topped off coolant...Even took care of us immediately although there were other vehicles in line. Very hospitable!

I came across M & M after my car broke down, but fortunately for me, it was in the area where this marvelous repair shop was located. My fellow passengers and I felt very comfortable waiting for the car to be looked at, and owner Cristine and Ana would make sure we were comfortable and helped up find a motel to stay at, made our reservations, and gave us phone numbers for where we could eat.Frank, the mechanic, exhausted all efforts to let me know what was wrong with the car and explained everything in full detail (to someone not too car saavy). He made sure I understood all my options and discussed what I should/could do.My car ended up staying there for two months, and I had full peace of mind knowing it was in their hands. They dealt with my pain in the rear warranty service with incredible patience, while I focused on my university work. They maintained contact regularly to update me on any new status of my vehicle.M & M might be a business, but they are a business to be proud of, because people are their first and most important priority. After my experience I consider them family and thank them incredibly for their service.

These guys are great! My wife and daughter were on their way to New Mexico from Denver when our SUV blew the serpentine belt about 15 miles away from Trinidad. That is kind of scary when your family is stranded somewhere and you are not close enough to help.They towed the vehicle and the tow driver was very courteous to my wife and daughter. M&M then gave them a ride to the car rental place and when she came to pick the SUV up a couple of days later they also gave her a ride from the rental place back to their garage. I do all the repair/maintenance work on my vehicles so I am very skeptical about having someone else do work on them. The bill was very reasonable and they did not try to sell me on a bunch of other stuff. Very good experience and I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks you M&M!

I would never recommend this place, especially if you are a out of towner. My girlfriend slid down a hill in Trinidad and bent the rim/axle of her car. We had to leave the care in Trinidad and pick it a week later on our way back through. M & M repair warned us that we needed a new rim, which they could not get in time, but that it is currently drivable. We picked up the car after hours and visually I could look a the wheel and still see that axle still looks bent, it was still not straight. If my girlfriend would take her hand off the wheel for a second the car would veer hard to the right. We decided it is probably drivable to get it to Denver where she lives. It was very windy that night and as she attempted to manage a gust of wind the car fished tailed and she crashed in the ditch. 400yards earlier or later after the spot she crashed should could have drove off the edge of cliff and died.I call M & M back to let them know I was unhappy. Not asking for a refund, but just to let them know they almost killed my girl by not fixing the car right. The mechanic did not give a crap and said he fixed it perfect.I am absolutely disgusted with the place. Especially if you are a out of towner, never take your vehicle there.she could have died and her car is now totaled. Worst part is that M&M did not even care just a little bit.

We broke down in Trinidad on a Sunday. Paul was very helpful and got us back on the rode. He has many years of OTR trucks. Would recommend him to anyone.He said 5 days...it took 7. We still feel very futunate to have happened on his business.

I had some transmission issues on the way from santa fe to denver and m&m went above and beyond in more than one way. their towing service came to pick my car up after hours AND took me to a hotel since there were no ubers or lyfts. my mechanic, frank kept it real and down to earth when giving me the diagnostics. and when he forgot to leave my car out front to pick up, he came down at 10pm to unlock the yard and get it out to us. highly recommend for honest, quality service. everyone i spoke with/met was top notch!

Worst repair shop in world,guy named Paul is unpolite and with no mechanic experience talking nonsense... I called them for road service they didnt do a sht just rip my ass 330$ for 15 min of service ...

M&m has been working on my trucks for over ten years.

Had hard to find tire that I needed but tire was 7 years old and had been sitting out in the weather. They also charged me present day rate $700.00 instead of the price 7 years ago.Just found out through Michelin tires that a tire over 4 years old shouldnt be sold.

Our truck broke down halfway from Colorado headed to Texas, our insurance helped us find them. Came and got us, dropped us off at a motel then took our truck to the dealership. Very prompt and kind.
