I had to get two new front tires because they were getting bald. Very quick and efficient service to get you back on the road, it took them about 35 minutes to finish everything. It costed me about 150$ which includes the tire rotation, balance, etc!. Definitely call before going in to make sure they have the tires you need because it is a first come first serve with their tires.

Avoid getting assistance from the oil hobbit (short middle aged lady, no neck, wears a hat). This tw*t masks her incompetence with supreme rudeness.

This place is a joke!! They couldnt find a leak even though the tire was losing air. Told us there was no problem even though, once again, the tire wouldnt hold air. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING down the road to Big O Tires. They will fix you up quick! They fixed our problem for free even!!

Took me 3 visits to get my tires installed . Service manager was really rude, condescending.the Tech was courteous and helpful, but that manager, wow, something else.

I’m not sure if anyone within management will see this but...my husband and I were moving from Nebraska to Phoenix, unfortunately I had popped two tires near Raton. We called Walmart and Pat and Joe are absolute saviors. Pat stayed and made sure that I was able to get my tires fixed, even tho it was getting close to his leaving time. They knew how important it was for us to continue moving and did everything they could to make sure everything worked out.Pat and Joe in the Auto Center are the absolute best ❤️

Worst experience ever. I get to the tire shopan hour before it closes with an emergency very flat tire I told him we needed help . We are traveling across the state and Have no tools two young girls and he refused to help us saying he had an oil change to do and refused to help us Told us to go to Big o. even though I begged him.

We arrived 30 mins til the tire shop closed with 2 really bad rear tires. The first worker that came out was pretty rude, but whomever the manager is at the tire center is really a life saver. He took our vehicle in to get the tires changed. Thank you PATRICK, JASON AND Closing manager for getting our vehicle taken care of so we can be on our way home. Yall truly made my family and I day.

Got the the tire center an hour before they closed with an emergency flat tire. Traveling across the state in the middle of COVID-19 and asked if they could help fix my tire. The guy was very rude said no, he had an oil change to do and couldn’t get to us. Said to go to Big O tires even though they were already closed. I then begged him explaining we are 2 girls who just need this tire fixed to get to our destination and he said no.

They serviced my truck, and as I tried to get out of my truck when I got home, I couldn’t get out, my inside handle was broke. I drove back to Walmart and explained the situation. They scheduled a repair at a local business and offered to pay the cost. Very honest and stepped to the plate on service. Thank you!

Fast and efficient

Auto service center closes 2 hrs early. Even when you call a person says the auto center is open so you drive the 45 minutes in, but get there and they tell you there is nothing we can do, we dont have enough techs.Once is understandable but twice inside of a week..... Place shouldnt advertise services if they dont provide them.

I never thought I needed to lock my interior console to keep them from stealing my phone charger cords!! Morning before my service, I had cleaned my interior cubbies and vacuumed and had them wrapped nicely in the back console space. Left Walmart after having my oil changed and was 2 days later I look for them. Both chargers are gone!!! I live in theMountains so I know no one else was near my vehicle! It makes me so mad. Obviously no camera in my car to catch the thieves but I hope Karma will.

Service is great and the ONLY auto care center open on Sunday. Highly recommend.

Lady helping people into the shop was incredibly rude and slow. It took 20 minutes to collect mileage and tire size on two vehicles only to be told it would be told it would be 6 hours or more before they could even start changing my two tires out because they had two sets of 4 tires in front of me. Waste of time and now I get drive on an unsafe tire longer to find a place to take it.

Arrived at 5pm to get 4 new tires put on. There was no other customers there at the time. Took over 3 hours to put on the tires. I was called back to my car and told that my lug nuts were bad due to being over tightened. This Wal Mart was the last place that changed my tires as well. I bought 20 new lug nuts and gave them to the mechanic. After the ovee 3 hour wait, I was told that two lug nuts on one tire could not be tightened. I was already tired and frustrated so I said ok, Ill look at it later. The mechanic said, let me do a figure 8 in the parking lot to make sure a tire doesnt fall off because of the loose lug nuts. Took the car home, and the two loose lug nuts were stripped. I replaced them . This is horrible service without safety in mind. Stay away. Should not take over 3 hours to put on 4 tires, and a person should not be sent out the door with two stripped loose lugs on one tire that had loose lugs that They stripped.

The employee refused to change my oil because he had two tires and closed soon, it was 6:40 but Walmart says closes at 7:00.Dont say you are open till 7:00 if you are just going to shoo people away rudely.

Mismanaged shop. Allowed two customers to fight it out over who’s next without calling security to intervene. It’s dangerous times and staff needs to be more proactive in situations like that.

Its all about the knowledge of the mechanic. These had none.

The shop staff left screws off the shroud, which started to come off from underneath the car after arriving to Pueblo. The man who checked me out did not mention anything about it. When I called and spoke to the shop manager from Wal-Mart, he said that the receipt said the screws were missing. This was the first I heard of it. In addition, this is only the second oil change for my car, I feel that the Wal-Mart staff lost or broke the screws/fastners. They get less than one star.

Waited 3.5 hours to get one tire changed and rotated. The worst part was that the manager skipped over everyone in line to change multiple tires on a trailer that pulled up. Ill be sure to request the same deluxe treatment package the next time Im stranded at this Wal-Mart Auto Center on the weekend.

Took 2.5 hours to mount new tires & they were WAY out of balance. Took back, another 2 hours, and still WAY out of balance. . .poor customer service. Will never buy tires from or get any vehicle services from the Trinidad, CO location.
