Not sure why they are rated low. I had a super positive experience. Quick turnaround, super fair price for the fix. I was quoted over $300 for replacing a battery cable at a big name place. A1 did it for less than a third of that. They even let me come back to pay when I didn’t have the cash on me.

Dont take your car to this place they dont test drive after fixing problem and when you return they want no accountability but will try to charge you more. Sure the price is great but I was not treated fair when returning with the same problem I came in with. I had wheel bearings and break job done and vehicle sound the same when I drove away and when I returned I was told the back wheel bearing was bad well if that was the case had they drove the vehicle they wouldnt feel as Im trying to cheat them. He wanted my money but failed to give me quality work. And the people who work on the cars are not certified technicians.
