The pharmacy manager Hailey is very rude! I have been filling my medicine there for more than 5years, now this Hailey has messed up my file and created a new file without all my medications or insurance when I tried to talk to her about it she gets rude and talks over me not listening like shes Gods gift to pharmacist every where. Im taking my business elsewhere.

The absolute worse pharmacy Ive ever been to. Would give minus 10 but option not there. Wont even answer phone at pharmacy dept. Tried several times in space of two hours without them picking up, waited twenty minutes each time. Best to go elsewhere. Which is what Ill do.

Worst pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. They are rude. 90% of them. The pharmacist Hailey is rude, knows EVERYTHING and doesnt try to help at all. Never has the meds you need and so slow your waiting in line no matter the day or time. Definitely need to do some sweeping on this cvs since the reviews are horrible. Moving on to another pharmacy so I dont die

Wow, I just dropped off and was told my two simple prescriptions would take over two hours to be filled. That’s absolutely absurd. On a week day morning? The place was empty. Fresh out of the ER, and now I must suffer for two more hours. I’ve used lots of pharmacies over the years, and have never heard of a wait time over 30 minutes.

Terrible service! My prescriptions were misplaced several times. When someone finally answers the phone they dont even bother to listen to you but we wonder why Trotwood cant keep any businesses here.

We live less than two miles from this CVS Pharmacy, and the wife has prescriptions she needs for cancer. Drop off the prescriptions, and were told to pick them up the next day. We go back the next day, and they tell us itll be another day. Tried calling on day two so we could pick the RXs up, and we were put on hold for over an hour. Tried calling after we were disconnected, and it automatically hung up on me. Time to go to Walgreens.

Automated phone customer service is completely useless. Very frustrating.

Nice store with helpful employees but they dont always follow the posted store hours. Its very annoying. I have gone.there several times when they were supposed to be open until 9pm but were closed at or before 8 pm

Poor customer service, called day before to pick up my medicine and was told it was ready for pick up. hahaha got there mid afternoon the next day and still waited 1 1/2 hours for it to be filled.Not a happy customer and Im going to change pharmacy this has happened multiple times.

Took over 4 hours just to get a medication filled, after waiting in a long line that took over half an hour I was told to wait an additional 15 minutes to bill insurance.

Yep rude customer service

I do not recamend going to this location unless you want to to be so upset you cant see straight. The people in the pharmacy cut you off after they ask you a question and if you call they hang up on you. Truly awful experience every time I have dealt with them.

Unprofessional and inconsiderate. Go to Walgreens.
